I've been getting my nails done by Tommy for a little over two years. He used to be at a different nail salon and then opened up his own business! I'm definitely a loyal customer and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The new shop is clean, comfortable, and they even have a complimentary drink menu! Booking/modifying an appointment is incredibly easy. Most importantly, somehow, it doesn't smell like your typical nail salon, with the overpowering smell of acetone. Whatever they have set up in their salon smells amazing! Tommy's quality if work is consistent and clean. It took me so long to find someone who can do great stiletto nails until I found Tommy. He's gentle and not rough like some other nail technicians I've been to. Prices are on par with what you'd normally expect. I walked in without an appointment and was immediately assigned a nail technician. The place was generally clean and modern looking. A single use pedicure kit was opened for me, which included an emery board and exfoliating stone - the clippers and cuticle clippers appeared to be clean but obviously reusable. They line the sink with a plastic barrier for each use and the chairs have massage function (I regret not trying). My technician did a quick and thoughtful job, and didn't even fuss when I changed my mind about my chosen color after I saw it on my big toe! I would have liked to have seen a pricing chart up front to know my options for different services, and I do wish my technician spoke English - but overall a good experience. read more

I was overdue for a pedicure and Bliss fit me in without an appointment. The salon is clean and updated with modern features. They also had a large selection of colours which I appreciated. I got the basic pedicure for $29. There were two other, much pricier options but based on the description, I couldn't justify the up charge. Was it the best pedicure I've ever gotten? No. Would I go back in a pinch? Probably. read more

Yanique is awesome. Her work is incredible and her vibe is amazing. My first visit I went for a soak off of someone else's work that caused a fungus after 2 weeks on. She cleaned my nails so well and then she did a full set of acrylic coffin nails gel polish. And YES she delivered as ordered!!! My nails lasted 3 weeks no lifting no chipping no issues. My second visit she did a fill in with French tip and DELIVERED once again. This is my third time with her and I'm still NOT disappointed!!! Took my mom here to get a pedicure. She received a 15 min pedicure, the quickest pedicure I've ever seen and was not satisfied with the results. The women did not tend to my mothers needs as we tried to explain. We will not be returning to this location. The one star is for the cleanliness and how aesthetically pleasing this location was. read more

DIP NAIL POLISH FELL OFF NEXT DAY!! All nails have zero polish on them after 24 hours. Awful experience. I have never yelped before this. A/C broke which is not their fault. But we got our nails and feet done anyway. They didn't have the colors they advertised and they didn't speak a lick of English. Couldn't explain or understand. Sat for over 2 hours spend almost $300 and they didn't offer one dollar refund. AWFUL EXPERIENCE read more

Stopped in recently for a manicure based on Yelp reviews. I was the only customer and greeted promptly. When I stated I didn't like the electric metal file used to remove my old gel polish (concern for nail damage etc) the technician obligingly used the liquid remover. She offered a soda while I was waiting (couldn't open can because my fingers were wrapped up! Lol) There are some small jars at the front entrance with cookies and candy. I think I'm a little spa-spoiled and used to nail spas that offer a more full bar (wine etc) in other cities I have traveled through, so this one was just ok on that front. Conversation was pleasant. The technician did a good job shaping my nails and applying the new polish, even adding an extra layer for the depth of color I wanted. The price was pretty reasonable. To note: the area around is still under construction so it may be easy to miss the sign. read more

There are many factors that play into my total experience when getting my nails done. Some may not be important to others but for me its a total package. I also waited to see how long my nails lasted before writing my review. To begin ... customer service. Beyond 5 stars. Im always greeted when I enter. Immediately I am offered a refreshment. As soon as you walk in there is a snack bar. YES PEOPLE A SNACK BAR ! cookies, pretzels and other little goodies. I never feel rushed. Its an amazing atmosphere. The owners are awesome! Lets start with cleanliness. 5 stars in my book. Everything is sterilized and very clean. They have white marble floors. White floors are never forgiving and yet they always look spotless. They get an A+ in my book. Everything is very modern and new. Nail colors..... well they have COLORS FOR DAYYYYSSSSSS! YAAAAAASSSSSSSS !!!!!! nothing makes me happier than a huge wall of different colors AND THEIR MATCHING GEL SET ! Wait theres more, how about they have the dip, the gel color, and the regular nail polish set. Thats right my friends the triple threat. I wanted a dark red for the holidays and the owner made sure to get me the perfect shade showing me different options. Once i picked my color he went and got the matching dip. Quality. AMAZING. My nails and I am not exaggerating looked brand new 3 weeks later. If it wasn't for my nails growing out and needing to be refilled you would of never known they were 3 weeks old. Being a new mommy its hard to get out and have a me day but let me tell you the fact my nails lasted so beautiful so long really meant the world to me. I personally get the dip because i have thin nails. I did my nails the first time with Dustin and now my second time I tried Lisa since Dustin was on vacation. Both work beautifully. I got a design both times and have gotten so many compliments on my nails. The quality was consistent and i simply love how natural and thin they do my nails. This place is a hidden gem. Im so picky about a nail salon because there is nothing worse than spending over $60 on your mani pedi to be rushed to leave. Then they are falling apart in a week or two because your just another customer and not effort or care was put into it. Well not here. They take their time and give 100% each time. This was my second appointment at Bliss. Both times I had a pedi but this time I switched from gels to acrylic. I am sorry I didn't post my first which were done right before my sons wedding. I got my nails done at Bliss Nails by Mimi (The owner) on Friday 4/15 at 11:00am. I got Dip powder just as I have gotten every month for the last 4 years (typically at a different salon in Fort Myers, FL). On Friday 4/22 all the dip powder is chipping, lifting, and the clear gel polish is peeling right off. After I called and spoke to Mimi regarding getting my $45 back (I normally pay $35 at other salons), I was told that they don't do that. I live 2 hours away from the salon so it is impossible for me to drive there to get my nails redone. Mimi was not apologetic at all. I will never go back there again. When the previous owners (Sally) were there, I had no issues with the shop; now, there is no customer service and the end result is horrible. 0 stars is not an option... so 1 star it is. ps. the nails that had to be soaken off from a different salon were on me for 5 weeks.. no lifting or chipping at all. read more

So grateful I found this nail salon and it's brand new in Coral Springs. Not only the place is beautiful but the staff is very professional yet friendly. The minute you walk in the welcome you and offer you water, coffee, wine, you name it. If you want service with bad attitudes...look no further! I usually come in for pedicures with Kimmy, though her personality was relatively off putting upon first meeting her, I absolutely loved her work and I like finding techs that I can build a bond with and maintain loyalty! I figured that she just takes time to warm up and is probs a great person. Even after she completely forgot to put a drying coat over my right foot, inconveniencing me to have come back in the next day to fix all the smudges, I still wanted to stick with her because again, loved her work! However, 1 minute before my next appt, I am lied to that Kimmy had an emergency and I had to be with another tech. I insisted though that I only trusted Kimmy. Inevitability I was told Kimmy just didn't want to work with me and I was genuinely confused....so I will find business elsewhere. Shame on me for trying to see past her stank energy and give her the benefit of the doubt. Won't be returning.... read more

This place has been under new ownership since September and they're such great owners! They were busy but very attentive to each customer. The salon is modern and very clean! They have so many colors to choose from in gel, dip and regular polish. They also have a full drink selection including WINE! AND A SNACK BAR!!! Back to the nails- My friend got a dip manicure and I got a pedicure. Her manicure was very well done! The French's are uneven the hearts are funny looking and the attitude was even worse. I would tell her the errors and she'd sigh and shake her head. Towards the end I had to switch out the design to a more simply one because it was looking value branded if you know what I mean. She started rushing at the end because more people came in. Before they came in she had the secretary guy hold the phone to her ear while she did my nails and she called what's most likely to be the other employee to come cause that's what I heard the entire 3 min. Just got my nails done. after all the mayhem at the other salon, I made an appt here. When I arrived they were super nice. I did have to wait but it wasn't long and they apologized (shows that they acknowledged their mistake and then they proceeded to take responsibility and fix my experience). They have sodas and waters, along with a little snack/candy station. I was comfortable and they were extremely friendly with great conversation. They spoke English the whole time to one another (super professional) but above all my nails look great and they're exactly how I like them (emphasis on the 'I' bc she listened to what I like and followed through instead of what they assume everybody wants). read more

This is a family run business so the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. It was recently remodeled under new ownership to give it more of a modern look. There are snacks up front, and a wide variety of beverages. The nail techs really want to get to know you and build a relationship so you don't have to worry about being rushed out when it gets a little busy. You're paying for quality and excellent customer service! read more

it was really clean and cute. the staff is nice. the gentleman who worked on my nails did an amazing job, the shape is perfect. He didn't ask me if i wanted to cut them down ( i was getting a fill) but i'm sure if i asked he would have done so, so it's not his fault. The nail shop itself was well decorated it's a little small but very clean. Will definitely be back. It was $40 for a gell fill acrylics and a polish change on my toes, so it isn't expensive at all. update: went about a week ago for my vacation nails... the color was super pretty and i was really happy with it. But while on vacation these nails were just falling off and it wasn't like I was doing anything, I was on vacation. Highly recommend, place is clean always a good manicure and pedicure. Have my eyebrows waxed also. Never really busy is relaxing as well. I would suggest you try Bliss be glad u did. SB Change of mind-- after many years I have left bliss due to poor service. They don't keep appointments so don't bother making one and don't value your business. I found a another place that is much better. Be selective there r so many to choose from! S read more

She sensed my hesitation, went lower on the price, and came over to do my nails as I received my pedicure--not only going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable but my son as well. As he began to get a little ancy, knowing I only had one hand available at a time, she would pick up one of his toys and try to play with him to distract him. This meant everything. The nails and toes came out great. I was nervous and they made me feel so comfortable. Megan was quick with my toes and the owner did a great job with my nails. We were in and out within an hour. It's been a couple weeks and they're still there, but about a week ago one of the nails started chipping off. I'm sure that wasn't their fault. Also my pedicure didn't seem to last as long as other places. The nail tech noticed there was definitely something up with the consistency of the polish. Anyway, Anna (Ana?) and the other nail tech were very personable and I felt very comfortable there. The inside is very nice and relaxing. The prices are on par for the area.
