New to the area and chose this place based on reviews. I called ahead for a walk in and was grateful to be accommodated without an appointment. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the other reviews. The nail tech, Rylie, appeared very inexperienced and also looked quite young (truthfully like 16-17 years old). The girl at the front desk was very friendly when I walked in but Rylie barely said hello. Both the manicure and pedicure there was no prior soak or lotion before she went in to cut the cuticles completely dry. She had trouble figuring out how to put the foam sandals on with the toe separators. I asked for a regular polish and in between coats she placed her fan too close to my nails, therefore messing them up about three times. There was no massage or lotion with the manicure despite being $30 and the cuticles were not even cut all the way. I have no issue paying for quality service, however not for inexperienced nail techs. When my nails were dry, I took a look, and there appeared to be a strand from the nail brush on one of my nails, and when I told her she looked very annoyed. After she fixed it, and I continued to dry my nails, she quickly put on her purse like she couldn't wait to get out of there. She also put some drying spray on top of the polish and I think it messed them up because they don't appear smooth as you can see in the pictures. Additionally, she kept on looking at her phone throughout the service every time it went off. I typically never write any review reviews however, again for the price I was very disappointed for the services I received. So sorry. read more

If you don't mind hearing the f-bomb about 5 times during a visit, then the place is decent. They don't do dip nails here so I got gel and the person did a nice job. The pedicure was ok but surprisingly very little massage was included. One of the other technicians was talking to others and the f- word (which I use on a regular basis myself, just not in public places with strangers) was falling out of her mouth at least 5-10 times. I was shocked the owner did not flinch so it seemed to be acceptable. I'm from NY and used to hearing it but while I'm relaxing in a nail studio it just seemed weird! read more

They have the quality, cleanliness, and creativity of a salon that other salons don't even come close to. The nail techs are talented and are all capable of creating designs that will BLOW your mind. They always have the newest colors, crystals, stickers, and products to ensure that they can ALWAYS meet your needs. Each time I get my nails done I show them a picture of a style or idea I want. Then, they exceed my expectations by not only using the picture as a reference, but making it look better than my original idea! They are also capable of doing any nail shape, which is fantastic for anyone who is searching for those gram-worthy nails! In addition to the unbelievable skill, they are as sanitary as it gets. Especially with COVID, they have gone to extremes to ensure everyone is staying safe and in a clean environment. They are constantly cleaning and have strict policies and expectations while in the salon, such as asking clients to wash their hands IMMEDIATELY when they walk through the door, no food or drinks, and masks on the entire time. I returned to this salon as soon as they reopened and have not once been hesitant about their ability to keep their clients safe. I have been here several times now, and this has become my official go-to nail spot! The salon: located in the same plaza as a Starbucks, an ice cream shop, and a daycare center, there is a bunch of traffic in this shopping center. Upon entering the salon you can tell that the facility is kept clean and sanitary. They have music constantly going in the background, and it's a very chill, laid-back atmosphere. The nail techs: I've only been to Christina and Mickey so far, and each time my nails have come out so well. They have been able to do all of the designs that I have ever asked for. The techs are all fun to talk to and have awesome personalities. Everyone in the shop is very nice and personable and does good quality work. Pros: If you like doing nail art, this is the place to go. They use high-grade products and LED lights which are safer for use. Great color selections. Cons: not a fan of Apres at all. Limited parking in this plaza. You might have to park to the back and walk around to the main entrance. The prices have gone up a bit since COVID. read more

I've been going to the Nail Studio for the past 3 YEARS now and i reccomend every one of my friends here. Samantha is absolutely my favorite person and she never fails to take care of me at each appointment. The environment is so welcoming and theres never a dull moment when you're getting your nails done. If you need a go-to nail salon, THIS IS IT! Not to mention theres Belove and Starbucks a few doors down, this place is perfect in every aspect. Picking colors can be hard sometimes, but they have every color under the sun and every person there is so talented. I love getting nail art and Sam is amazing at making my nails look straight off of Pinterest. I can say exactly what I'm looking for and she just gets me and takes my nails to another level. Shes helped with my downturned nail growth and in the years I've gone here, my natural nail is long AND healthy to the point that I can go 3 weeks at a time without getting them done. You can have your nails done simply or done as masterpieces - the team here are all artists and skilled at what they do. Everyone is friendly, choices and ideas for your nails are plentiful, and it's right next to a Starbucks and an ice cream place so you can snack too Adriana does my nails, and she's talented, careful to do perfect work, and friendly. She goes the extra mile to provide great service, gives terrific suggestions, and has taken ideas I've come with and run with them (oh, that time she came up with ideas for my concert nails!). I also appreciated that, one time when Adriana was unexpectedly out, they contacted me and offered several alternatives. I decided to make my first appointment with Elli and I am so happy I did I love my manicure, and I am extremely picky and she's very detailed and gentle. I will definitely return and recommend. I have been going to this place for a few months now and during this time I was pregnant. 1 month after having my baby I had appointment, took a lot to get myself and the baby ready and when I got to the nail studio a woman who I haven't personally seen before yelled my name across the studio and proceed to yell that my appointment is canceled and they don't allow children. This was in front of everyone there, I was so embarrassed! She made me feel like I was homeless and smell and she asking me to leave. I have brought my other daughter to one of my appointments before and the first photo in Yelp is of a child getting her nails done. I had an infant who I just fed and would have taken a nap the whole time. I left and cried the whole way home. With everything that a woman goes through after just having a baby this is the last thing I need. The studio itself was absolutely beautiful! The layout and design was super simple and nicely decorated. The pedicure area was also very comfy! Unfortunately the service was a little disappointing, I think I got a newer tech. I did Gel-X with S almond and a red tip French design. The application of the nails went okay, there was a lot of glue around and under the tip. She was able to get some off with the drill but there's still quite a bit under the nails that's annoying and she still missed some that came off after I got home. The red French is also very inconsistent on almost all the nails. The cuticles and ends are very sloppy, she didn't cap the tip so there's spots that aren't painted. One of my thumbs is so lopsided it looks crooked. The whole process took over 2 hours which is absolutely insane, the nail tech next to me was able to do 2 appointments with a break in between. Might be worth giving another shit with another nail tech. They had great color options and a great team, seemed like everyone was genuinely friends and had great relationships with their clients read more

Minnaleah is a godsend for my nails. I constantly popped off my acrylic nails due to working hard. Ever since I started to see her my nail pop count has lessened drastically! My tech was ready and waiting when I arrived. I truly appreciate not having to wait. She was meticulous in taking her time (almost to a fault). My polish looks amazing. I value a good manicure as so many feel the need to rush them since they aren't the "high end" of nails. My only wish is that my nails were shaped better. It was SUCH a night and day difference from any nail salon I've ever been to. I had girls I would return to at other salons, but have never gone into a salon and felt like I was just hanging out with friends. I have yet to have an experience that was less than stellar. It's no wonder they are always slammed! I have never had a manicure (even gel) last more than 4 days before it peeled off in one solid sheet. Since becoming a client at The Nail Studio, my nails stay in amazing shape with barely a chip or sign of wear for over two weeks. Not to mention that they do such fun and creative nail art that all I want to do is make sure they stay in great shape! I have friends, co-workers, and perfect strangers ask to see my nails all the time and ask where I go. (I carry business cards around with me because people are ALWAYS asking!) I've sent several friends to the salon and will absolutely continue to do so any chance I get. It's such a refreshing change of pace to sit and get a manicure where they know you, care about you as a client, and ask about your life. They are constantly learning and expanding their skill sets and work amazingly well as a team. These girls have become fast friends and I'm so lucky they're just across the street from my house!! I recently moved back to the area and was having a hard time finding nail salons. I went to 2 places that drilled my nails paper thin and used off brand nexgen that gave me an allergic reaction. Then I found this place just driving by. Tip #1: get an appointment. My first appointment was 2 weeks out (I wanted a Friday). The products they use are top of the line. I had a gel manicure that is still 100% in tact with no lifting 2 weeks later and a pedicure. They are more expensive than most salons in the area but the quality you receive is not comparable. Tip #2: Don't worry about who is doing your nails. They are all well trained, use the same quality products, and are super friendly. Tip #3: look at their nail designs on instagram. You will fall in love the same way I did. read more
