This place was not all that bad just wasn't relaxing. *Don't have a lot of time and would like to kill an hour and get your nails done sure this is the place to go. * Gel acrylic refill and eyebrows $44 ** I will no I am going to try them again so there will be an updated version to my review. Made an appointment about two hours in advance for 6 PM. I was sat at a table with nobody there but the person next to me Lee had nobody there and offered to do my nails which was kind of awkward but I turned around and looked at the guy at the front who is maintaining the front desk and he said it was okay. Lee did a pretty good job was in a rush but the outcome of his skills over weighed the experience. Kim did my eyebrows Overran experience I'd come back and give it a few more try's. I definitely look for me time when i go to a nail salon. I've been going to the same one for 13 years and recently moved to the area so I am picky and comparing to obviously my norm of 13 years. read more

Disappointed from this salon is an understatement. 1. I made an appointment with a specific technician WEEKS in advance, to get my nails done for my upcoming wedding, when I get there for my appointment I'm informed that the technician I requested did not do gel nails, something that should've been said while making the initial appointment. 2. I asked for the "glazed donut" nails and it was applied wrong which led to the cracking and chipping of my nails. The technician applied the shimmer layer with a gloved finger, rather than a makeup brush, which is how it should be applied. 3. The very next day, less than 24 hours after getting them done, my nails began to chip. This is now the day before my wedding and I have 2 chipped and flaking nails. I return to the salon and they "fix" the two damaged nails. I now have to rush from the salon to the venue for our rehearsal, by the time I get there 2 DIFFERENT nails have chipped and flaked. I ended up going to a different salon to have my nails fixed, this time doing them correctly, and not surprisingly at all, none of my nails chipped when the new salon fixed them. 4. I asked for a refund to my damaged nails and was denied because "services were rendered." Terrible services were rendered, terrible quality was rendered, and terrible customer service was rendered. However, before polishing my acrylics I showed my nail tech that I wanted to do French but an ombre French as I showed her a picture and she was extremely rude and said she already did my color which was very much so compatible with a French manicure..... Once I finished my nails they rushed me to pay but they must have forgot I told them I wanted a pedicure. They told me to take the last seat in back and while I waited I began to fall asleep w massage chair. I was then awoken by employee to be told to move that they had another chair for me as they quickly replaced me with a new customer. At this point I could catch the hint that they didn't want my business as I approached the front desk I asked if they did lashes and their response was yes but not now. I've been coming to PA Nails for YEARS! The staff is very friendly and are always willing to help and fix mistakes!

All my daughter wanted for her birthday was a fill on her short, almond-shaped nails. She enthusiastically told the employee who assisted her, Lehan, that it was her birthday and was so excited to have her nails filled and a straightforward design she had chosen. She instead left with uneven nails, no design and hurt. As soon as she got home she said that the employee probably didn't want to do her nails because he asked her, "You're daddy let's you get these nails?" Absolutely none of his business. She asked before she paid if he was going to do any design and he laughed and said, "I can't do designs." He should've told her that from the beginning but it seems like he was trying to take advantage of a young girl's innocence. She spoke up and he laughed at her. Shameful My older daughter also went to get a fill. They are thick, sloppy and rushed. The woman who was helping her cut her everywhere. We will never patronize this establishment again. The only thing my daughter wanted for her birthday was nice nails for her small get together. Now I need to figure out how to do that in the morning tomorrow. read more

have been coming to Richard for 4 1/2 years because of a recommendation of a friend. - always make my next appt for 5p on a friday before I leave. I always get a remminder call the day before and when asked to come in earlier I try to I had it in my calender for Fri apr 5th at 5p.l had a conflict w a charity event so I called Wedneday to change time and or date. The man that answered the phone said I do not have an appt Friday. I said oh did I make a mistake. He kept calling me Sharon with a 754 number. I corrected him three times not sure why he didn't understand but he kept saying i did not have an appt.He never wanted to make a different appointment for me.not sure why?? Totally rude. Finally he just hung up. Now it's been over w weeks haven't heard anything from them. I know they have hundreds of customers and don't really need to have me but Im really super disappointed adter all this time. I thought i tipped well. Good nail place. They are busy more often than not and will be sure to work on someone else if u don't show up 15 mins before your appointment forcing u to wait. Their work is good and most of them are friendly. They speak in their native tongue a lot, so if that offends you, avoid this place because it almost always sounds like they're talking about you. read more

Nope, nope and nope. I have been having Mani-pedi's for years and this was possibly one of the worse ones ever. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. One week later I had to have them redone it was so bad. A good mani-pedi should at least last 2-3 weeks. Toe polish never hardened and the gel just peeled off. The salon that redid my nails said there was a weird base that was not normal under the gel color. It was literally gooey.... What the heck? This was definitely a new low. First let me say with everything going on I hate giving a bad review. I've been going here for almost 2 years. Some of the technicians do a good job. My problem is them not always honoring appointments. For example: Today my appointment was for 9:00. I sat with my feet soaking until 9:20 when my girl finally approached me and apologized for being late. Fine. I get things happen. Halfway thru my pedicure, the guy who runs the place tells me the girl has to stop because she has a 9:30 appointment. What??? I remind the guy my appointment was for 9:00. He couldn't have cared less. He was clear that he didn't need my business. Another girl eventually finished the job. They've increased the prices where for the same price you can go to a place with better ambiance. So very disappointed. read more

Worst pedicure I have ever had when you walk in the guy at the desk rushes you to the back wouldn't let me pick a color before seating me, then they give me the plastic to select a color all bright ugly colors. When I tell her I do t like any of the colors she says that's all they have although I saw plenty of nice colors to select from the front area. I ended up leaving with 1/2 a pedicure and having to go somewhere else to have it completed. Nice of them to charge me for a full pedicure. Wish I could give them a one zero star!!!! read more

Awful experience for my 14 yr old!! Went with a friend and the tech was insulting. My daughter asked for red and black nails and tech tells her that's ugly, she also asked the cookies be alternated and the tech didn't do it. I am so glad I found PA NAILS! I was driving 30 minutes to Boca. By chance I was at the Chiropractor and saw this lady with absolutely gorgeous nails. I had to ask! I was shocked when I found out that PA nails was less than 10 minutes from my house. Richard is fast and does an incredible job. I never got so many compliments on my nails ever. Tommy at the front desk is kind and always treats me well even when I am running a couple minutes late or changing my appointment. It's clean and COVID cautious. I see a couple of reviews that I feel are surprising because I am so happy here. I understand that you can't please everyone. Both customers and owners have good and bad days. I went here for the first time and had a gel pedicure and dip manicure. After about a week I noticed that my dip was starting to lift and crack on some fingers (I have it all the time and it usually lasts atleast 3.5 weeks and looks fab apart from growing out) So I went back to the salon and spoke with Tommy who I think may be the owner. He was SO nice about it and immediately sat me down to have my nails re-done. So many places give you attitude when you complain but he was the total opposite. I have been looking for a salon with good nail techs. I loved getting my gel mani, and regular pedi. It really was great and my nails look amazing. I was a little lost getting to the salon and the manager (the guy seems like the manager), went outside to wave to me and directed me the right way. He was super nice. It is a nice and clean establishment as well. I gave it a 4 star because when I was finished and went outside, the polish on my toes and hands are a complete different shade of red. I know that it's never a perfect match unless you get both gel, but it's like, way off. I went back and the nail tech told me that I HAVE TO CHECK next time. Well, ma'am, that's not my job. Then the nice manager said it wasn't my fault, for me to pick a color for my toes...and again, the nail tech told me to PAY ATTENTION. At that point, I had spent over an hr getting my nails done and had to go back to work, so I just left. Other than that it was great, I'd just check my own color next time. read more

Worse pedicure I ever had! Lady filed nails of one foot but not the other. Didn't bother to cut them neither. Literally scrubbed the bottom of my feet instead of filing. The whole time she was talking in her language with her colleagues and didn't even bother to look at my feet to see what she was doing. I just recently moved to this area and I love to get my nails done so I immediately started looking for a good place to get my nails done. Well this dump was surprisingly the highest rated place in the area. So I go there and everyone seems so nice and friendly and then I get to the counter and tell the man what I want which was a full set and a pedicure. He told me I could start my pedicure but the full set was going to take a "few" minutes. As I'm getting my toes done, the technician starts filing up the bowl to soak my feet in with water and I placed my feet inside when it was ready and my feet were burning. She made the water excruciatingly hot for no reason. So I yelled and told her it was too hot and she fixed finally after repeatedly trying to tell her what the problem was. Then she starts scratching the top of my foot with a nail cleaning brush and I was in so much pain. Then she did a shitty ass painting job, to the point where my pinky toe isn't even painted all the way and she left a huge patch of rough skin on the side of my toe. After all that bullshit I sit down and wait for my full set and I'm sitting there for 2 1/2 hours!!!!! I have a life too and thing that need to get done and they were taking forever. Only 5 people there know how to do acrylic and everyone else only knows how to do pedicures and eyebrows which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. So I got so fed up I just paid the $22 for my toes and left and told them they were understaffed because they're doing to themselves. HIRE MORE NAIL TECHNICIANS THAT KNOW HOW TO DO ACRYLIC AND MAYBE YOU WONT LOSE BUSINESS!! will not be returning ever. read more
