I got a call saying they could get me in at 1:45. I said great and I came in at 1:45. I was greeted nicely and offered water or tea which was nice. I used the restroom and I sat back down. My tech walked over to me and told me she was dealing with an owner issue and needed 10 more minutes. Time passes, not positive how long but then I'm told to come back in 30 minutes. I decide to just walk around the shopping center, I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind too much. Then I walk by her and she tells me she's not allowed to go back in the salon yet and she has to wait longer and proceeds to inform me a little bit about what's going on. Anyway, eventually we get back into to salon and she starts on me, but is continuously leaving to talk on the phone during my manicure. Even talking on the phone while my hands are being painted. Huge waiting periods. Other staff is checking on me. During the drilling periods, the drill hit my skin multiple times, at least 8, probably more though. Once she finishes my nails and is on another call, I start having to pick off nail polish on my skin of my fingers. I'm hopeful at least that the pedicure will be nice. She's pretty much done with the phone calls at this point thankfully, but I think the pedicure may have been a little rushed because I was the only one left there. When she was using a tool to remove dead skin (some type of exfoliating drill attachment) she was WAY too rough on the side of my big toes and I woke up to it hurting more the next day. I'm including photos of the wounds. I also have an event this Saturday and I doubt my toes will be healed by then which will be super painful because my heels hit right on the open wound. FINALLY we finish at 6:20. ALMOST FIVE HOURS LATER! Also, I'm in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy so this was a lot of sitting. I missed my son's last baseball game, and didn't get to spend quality time with my kids after school. It was almost like this was purposeful? The worst part is that I was only given 50% off each service. At this point it should have been free. I told all my friends about this experience and they won't be returning either. Run while you can.

The guy nipped a chunk and while yes he cleaned it, not once did he apologized or mentioned the mistake. My fiancée was wincing in pain for a couple of days wearing his socks and shoes after. He took his time but he was efficient. He was also very meticulous. My nails always looked amazing. Then he left and is now running Pro Nail Spa! Catie provides a 1-1 service for nails. Any clients waiting have to wait outside so you don't feel rushed and can have a private conversation with her. It is very relaxing and doesn't smell like a nail salon. It was a longer process then I'm used to because I've never had nail art done but it was totally worth it. The products she used were high-end and my nails feel strong. I'm confident I won't ruin these after a day like I normally do when I go to a typical salon. I would recommend you book in advance! I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get in from when I originally asked. I'm already booking my next appointments so I can get on a regular schedule. The price is definitely worth the quality and experience you get. The price was very reasonably to me compared to almost all high-end salons I've been to.
