Customer service sucks. I was going to that nail salon for the past 2 years, not again. About a month ago I went to get a full set, went with my 8 month old and everything was fine and NO ONE said anything about the baby (he was in the stroller). Today I go to get a full set again, and first thing the lady in the front table said was " I think I can't work with baby..." which I responded "but the other day you didn't say anything and I got my nails done with no problems". While other's go with more than 1 child and they don't say anything. Took my money before I was pregnant, while I WAS pregnant and now after you did them with my almost 1 year old you say no...? Not the best nails in Deerfield. Place is dirty almost all the time, good thing you don't have to be there for more than 1h sometimes. I don't normally go to the salon but my regular Salon is closed on Sundays. I had to have one nail repaired so I walked in and happily they took me right away and the girl who did my nail did a very nice job they had my color polish quick and easy $5 plus a little tip. However there were things I noticed that made me know I would never go back. Number one the salon is very dirty I'm not saying their tools are dirty just the floors are dirty the way the polishes lined up in the display case everything it just had a dirty feel about it therefore I wouldn't trust their utensils. The other thing I don't like is the owner and workers are very noisy they scream to one another and Vietnamese it's not relaxing at all and sometimes it sounds like they are talking about their customers. This is why they only got three stars from me and I would not return but I thank them for fixing my nail. read more

The places is filthy. I came in at 6pm & they close at 7:30. They refused to to do my nails saying they didn't have enough time. My regular spot to get my nails done is snappy nails & they accommodate everyone no matter what time. I will never return to this place again. I tried them for the convenience that they were right by my house but I was highly disappointed. Walking in looks like dissarae & I was scared I would get a fungus from them doing my nails. My toddler is three years old, and I cannot believe they were talking to my child in an angry, aggressive tone. they literally slap people, hands and feet but that's hurting my kid. I come here all the time with my mom to get a pedicure and at first I liked it. The service is usually fast and pretty good, but nothing to write home about. Unfortunately the last time I went, before I even told them what I wanted, they looked at me and said "it's gonna be a long wait". It's as if they didn't want my business they just wanted me to leave. Today I called to make an appointment at 7 and the lady told me it was too late, I needed to come earlier cause they close at 7:30. I've had issues with this place before but never felt the need to actually comment until today. The first incident I had with this place was when I went to get my eyebrows waxed and they burned my skin. Im all about good customer service so the fact that I wasn't offered a refund or at least some type of discount was just insulting but I let it go. Today I decided to treat my mom for an early mother's day gift, she likes this place so I took her. I noticed they were busy so we waited it out and finally we were up next. But instead of getting my mom, her coworker not only skips us but also skipped a women and her daughter that was next and took a young lady that she seems to be familiar with. I'm not sure who the owner of this place is but I'm assuming it's the one lady that speaks the most English and answers the questions. I politely addressed the situation and she was flat out disrespectful and started raising her voice and kept saying disrespectful things under her breath. Not the best nail salon I've ever been to but not the worst. Got right in even though they were fairly busy. The girl doing my pedi kept digging her nails into my toes when she was holding them so that was uncomfortable. The massage chairs are great and overall they did a nice job. I've been coming to this nail salon on and off for about 10 years. I absolutely love these people. Everyone here is friendly and everyone here does a fantastic job. I truly feel like a family member every time I visit. If I don't know which color I want, Kay shows me new colors she thinks I would like. Everyone there knows I started a new job in January and they always ask about how things are going in my life. It's such a blessing to feel welcomed and cared for. I visited this place today for a fill and also a pedicure. After being there an hour with getting my nails done the RUDE OWNER told me I had to wait another 45 minutes for my pedicure. So I sat patiently angry waiting. Another customer walks in and ask how long for a pedicure and the RUDE owner tells her she don't know just sit down and wait. So the customer felt the owner was rude so she left. So while the RUDE owner working on a client in her chair she's saying she do t care about that customer etc! So I told her as the owner that rude of her to be talking like that. She went to yelling at me and told me to shut up and get out. And I did just that. I've been going to Angel Nails for over a year with nothing but great results! I have artificial nails that always look wonderful and get great comments from people. The young lady who does my nails, Kay, is the best! Kay makes sure my natural nails are always kept in healthy condition by removing the artificial nails when necessary and replacing them. I've been to salons in the past that just refill over and over with no regard for your natural nails. My whole family goes here for their manis, pedis, and eyebrow waxing. read more

I love this place. I've been coming here for 8-10 years and have never had a bad experience ever. My go to girls are Quyen, manicures and Tina, pedicures. I love them and they treat me like royalty. Sam is also a sweetheart. She sits next to Quyen. I highly recommend Angel Nails! Keep up the awesome service. They get very busy, so if you're going to treat yourself, don't be in a hurry.
