All the equipment looks decades old, dingy and worn out. Nail dust settled for months or years everywhere, including massage chairs. Dark residue on the pedicure faucets. Yuck. The guy didn't use cuticle gel like everyone else uses. Just scraped harshly to get the result. He used a brush on my foot that was so old all the bristles fell out of it and clung to my feet. He tossed it. God knows how long it was in use. For the French, he didn't ask me if I wanted pink or the more tan looking one. He just used the tan, then he asked if I wanted pink and painted it on top so it created a red-orange hue that was ugly and sloppy bc he missed edges on some. You can tell no one who works there cares at all. Lady there watched YouTube when she could have been cleaning at least. All the signage is decades old. Seriously Mariah Carey in her Christmas Album outfit. Lol. Plus he didn't even have the sense to make the environment relaxing for his only customer. He was playing two TVs with some dumb ninja warrior show. So I had to listen to both TVs PLUS the radio playing Celine Dion hits. One of his signs says "Ask us about complementary disposable liners with your pedicure" as if that is some huge perk and not standard sanitary care for the customer. Then I wanted to leave without getting the dip pedicure and told him I'd try to make it back in an hour and he tried to get me to pay for the manicure before I received it. That is nuts. My heels actually feel worse than when I went in. I'm not a reviewer who leaves bad ones often but please don't get stuck here bc it's not good for your health and I still ended up paying $32 + $10 to take off old nails and tip @ $8. Now I have to do my own at home. *****I would seriously return to the place I went before where the massage chair malfunctions and I saw a roach on the wall before I'd return here.**** At least they had clean stations, new tools and common sense when it came to their customers.

Unfortunately, my experience did not match the other reviews. The nail tech, Rylie, appeared very inexperienced and also looked quite young (truthfully like 16-17 years old). The girl at the front desk was very friendly when I walked in but Rylie barely said hello. Both the manicure and pedicure there was no prior soak or lotion before she went in to cut the cuticles completely dry. She had trouble figuring out how to put the foam sandals on with the toe separators. I asked for a regular polish and in between coats she placed her fan too close to my nails, therefore messing them up about three times. There was no massage or lotion with the manicure despite being $30 and the cuticles were not even cut all the way. I have no issue paying for quality service, however not for inexperienced nail techs. When my nails were dry, I took a look, and there appeared to be a strand from the nail brush on one of my nails, and when I told her she looked very annoyed. After she fixed it, and I continued to dry my nails, she quickly put on her purse like she couldn't wait to get out of there. She also put some drying spray on top of the polish and I think it messed them up because they don't appear smooth as you can see in the pictures. Additionally, she kept on looking at her phone throughout the service every time it went off. I typically never write any review reviews however, again for the price I was very disappointed for the services I received. So sorry.
