Jennie is so detailed and precise. Very happy with both manicure and pedicure services. Better than Boca salons.

By far the best nail salon i've ever gone to. I make sure to stay loyal to them every time i get my nails done my favorite person is lynn but everyone there is amazing. They will let you pick what music you want to listen to if no one's there she even gives me a pillow to rest while getting my nails if im tired i will always go there for as long as i live in south florida. Thank you Michael and lynn for treating me so well and doing such good work. love caileigh read more

Amazing!!!! The gentleman that did my pedicure was very precise on getting all of my cuticles and dirt from under my nails. He took his time to really do a great job. I don't get my nail done often but I would come back just for this experience. Best I ever had! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!! read more

**3-Star Review -- Nails & Co.** I want to share my honest experience because I believe customers deserve professionalism, especially when they are paying a significant amount for a service. A few days before my appointment, I contacted the owner directly to make sure they could do the **specific nail design and colors I wanted**. I sent him pictures of the design, and he confirmed that they could do it. I specifically asked again if they had the **dark navy blue cat-eye color with gold**, as well as the **chrome/cat-eye gold color for my pedicure**, because I did not want to arrive and be told they didn't have the colors or design--as unfortunately happened to my daughter at another appointment. The owner assured me everything was available and told me the service would take approximately **2 1/2 hours** for the manicure and pedicure. Based on that confirmation, I made the appointment and came prepared for the exact service we discussed. Unfortunately, when I arrived, **the owner was not there and apparently had not properly communicated my appointment, design, or requested colors to the staff**. There was also a significant language barrier, and no one initially understood exactly what I had discussed with him. I spent approximately **15 minutes with Celine trying to figure out together what I had requested**. I want to be very clear that **Celine was patient, kind, and did her best to help me**, and I appreciate her effort. My concern is not with her. My concern is with the **lack of communication and professionalism from the owner/management**. I don't come to a professional nail salon expecting a $10 eyebrow appointment. My services totaled **$227.55 including tip**, so I expect the communication and preparation to match the level of service and money being spent. If a customer sends pictures, confirms specific colors and designs in advance, and receives confirmation that the salon can provide them, that information should be communicated to the technician before the customer arrives. I am not someone who likes to negotiate over prices, and I am happy to pay for quality work. What I expect in return is **professionalism, preparation, good communication, and respect for my time**. Celine deserves recognition for being patient and trying to make the experience work. However, the way my appointment was handled by management was disappointing and could have been completely avoided with better communication. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously because the salon has the opportunity to provide a much better customer experience with better organization and communication. read more

I really wanted to love this place. It's in a great location and very pretty inside. However, they charge top dollar and the work is just mediocre. I had two not so great acrylic fills. The nails were lumpy and uneven. I will continue my search to find my nail person... read more

So glad a new place has opened in the area. Laura was amazing giving me a collagen pedicure that was fantastic and relaxing. I love they give you coupons for your next visit and offer a point rewards program. Michael does an excellent job keeping the books, appointments at the front desk. He called me before my appointment to confirm timing early on in the day. Also love that the place is extremely clean and nicely decorated. read more

The owner called me to apologize and told me that he would be happy to let me come back for a new gel manicure, I thought that was a nice gesture and will be taking his offer. This offer was much appreciated read more

I really wanted to like this nail salon. When I called in the person in the front greeted and asked me to check in then to pick a color. She was very welcoming. Then, the person I picked for my service switched me to someone else. I was the first customer yet I was never offered a beverage like other customers after me. My nail tech burnt me with the towels that my legs were red and the bottom of my feet hurt for two days. Still tried to find the good in my experience but when it came to my liquid gel manicure. It felt rushed like she was ready to move on to someone else. For that my tip reflected on the service since I usually like to tip my nail techs when I get pedicure and liquid gel manicure done with more than 40%. I was highly disappointed on how my nails came out when you look closely you can notice the rushed job. Also, my nail tech was trying to make sure I did not work with her by telling me how someone else was better and to schedule next time with them. Usually nail techs are trying to build their clientele. I personally feel like there was some ageism cause the customer that were treated better were the older. read more

Went in to get a pedicure, was greeted right away. Michael helped me at the front desk, he was very nice and helpful. Danny did my pedicure and he was great! He would check if things were okay along the way, suggested nail options, took his time, and very personable. Also, it looks like this place is new so it is very clean in there and has a nice modern style. Would definitely recommend. 10/10 read more

Its amazing, & in full transparency I'm a very picky person when it comes to my nails & toes. Best salon I've come across in years, here in SoFL! read more

Worst place I've ever been to When I got there my appointment was with Michael. I was excited to have my nails done. I told him that they told me $55 on the phone and when I got there of course it was $65 and I thought about walking out, but I made the mistake of staying. I asked him if we would absolutely be $$65 and he told me as long as I didn't get the nail art it would be $65. He soaked off my nails and cuffed them or shaped them kind of and then told me that it would be $70 every time he looked at me Me he raised the price. I walked out. He ran after me and told me I owed him five dollars. He ran after me and was taping me and told me that he was gonna call the police and that's what I did. He then told the police that he wanted to charge me $15 to do see the picture which now I have to go to another place and have it done correctly where he probably would've been a terrible job anyway do not go to this place Michael is the manager and he is awful. read more
