My skin left glowing, firm, and lifted, and the entire experience felt both luxurious and clinically precise. I walked into a quiet, serene space, and my appointment with Katrina began with a thoughtful consultation covering my skincare history, allergies, and routine. Her technique is extraordinary: every product and serum is applied with such precision that you feel it absorbing exactly where it should. After a 1.5‑hour facial, my skin looked clean, tight, and refreshed. Katrina didn't stop there -- she spent additional time creating a customized skincare roadmap so I'm not wasting time or money on things that don't work for me. I might actually regret writing this review... if too many people discover this gem, getting an appointment will become impossible. This is hands down the best facial I've ever had.

I felt completely comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked in the door. The atmosphere is so calming and cozy. I can't even put into words. It was perfect. I've never heard of anyone doing this before but I LOVED IT and it sets Fabiola apart! She goes the extra mile for sure! She explained every product and every step of the way. The knowledge she has is unfathomable! I was feeling beautiful when she was done. My skin, my face look just brand-new again! Another thing I absolutely loved was that the products she uses are all natural. I finally found my go to products- GREEN CHEMISTRY! With one artist that she is you can't go wrong. Just tell her what you want to do and she does! Highly RECOMMEND!

I was told yes, no problem. Less than 24 hours later, one of my nails cracked -- absolutely ridiculous for a service I just paid good money for. I called and was told to come in. But when I showed up, the same person who said it could be fixed now tells me it'll cost $23 to fix their own poor-quality work? Seriously? I reminded her I had just gotten it done yesterday, and her response was basically too bad, pay up. I said no thanks and walked out -- and I won't be back. If this is how they stand behind their services, it's not worth your time or money. Total waste.

When I arrived, I changed into a robe and slippers. My belongings were placed in a box which was brought with me to the spa area. I LOVED how the beds are heated since I am always freezing cold. I do warn whoever comes here though if you CAN NOT lie flat for an extended period of time (1 hour and 15 mins for the Japanese head spa), the session may be uncomfortable for you. I did have a pillow roll placed under my knees for comfort as I do have some back pain. Millie's hands were glorious!!! The facial and scalp massage were so incredibly relaxing I almost fell asleep. The serene music that is playing along with the dim lighting for ambiance creates the perfect atmosphere to drift away toward a land of relaxation! The session starts off with aromatherapy and then moves to the facial portion. The scalp massage is also mixed in as well. I loved the shoulder, upper chest and neck massage as well. For my scalp, I do remember the spider like device being used, vibration therapy and multiple washes and rinses. I left the spa feeling so extremely calm and ready for bed. Millie also blow dried and braided my hair too. The before and after photos of my scalp were astounding! The difference was unbelievable. In addition, before I walked out, I had a choice of some snacks and drinks from a refrigerator which I very much appreciated. I love this place so much, can't wait to bring my mom for her birthday!
