I had a very disappointing experience with Tanboca. The owner contacted me asking if I could move…read moremy appointment because she wanted to be there during my appointment with Erica. I was confused about why she needed to be there, so I asked. She then changed the explanation and said she actually wanted to give Erica an extra day off?. I booked this a month ago and this is night before :( Receiving different explanations for changing my appointment left me confused and made the situation feel unprofessional in general ... I couldn't change my appointment because I had a trip planned, so I asked to cancel instead. Even though the business was the one requesting the schedule change, I was still charged a cancellation fee. I don't think it's fair to charge a client when the business initiates the change. I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Just be weary something is off here :/ To top it all off, I was actually giving them a second chance. My previous spray tan turned out so uneven and streaky that my friends jokingly called me "nigiri hands" for two weeks because of how my hands looked (photo attached). Despite that experience, I decided to give them another opportunity, but after this experience, I definitely won't be returning.

This location offers everything and I mean everything I didn't have a chance at my local home for use; you can sit in the massage chairs as long as you'd like and their multi beds offer consistently opening up for other guests so there was never any wait for beds. Loved the care and attention to the young ladies at reception tonight; the location is tucked in a very busy plaza but the music, decoration and vibes were lovely, I was very relaxed tonight and delightfully entertained for two hours just relaxing . They have a policy where you can use any of their locations which was a treat as my home is almost an hour away. Additionally just enjoying the newer variations of the spa beds was my favorite part of the experience. Come check them out , give yourself a pampering. The payment option is like a gym however you can freeze your account instead of cancelling where the monthly Is drastically different instead of cancelling and re- submitting.

I found Alelier Tan while searching for a bridal spray tan before my wedding. What initially drew…read moreme in was that Sara offered a clear bridal spray tan, so I didn't have to worry about color transferring onto my wedding dress. As someone who isn't typically a spray tan girl, that gave me a lot of peace of mind. I booked her bridal package, which included a trial tan and my wedding tan. From my very first appointment, I was impressed. Her salon suite was clean, organized, and welcoming. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, aftercare, and what to expect, and even checked in the next day to see how my tan had developed. Together we decided to go a shade darker for the wedding. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the incredible care Sara showed the day before I left for my destination wedding. In the middle of all the wedding chaos, I completely forgot the loose outfit I had planned to wear home after my spray tan. Sara was concerned my clothing would leave marks, so she kindly let me borrow one of her robes. Then we realized it was pouring rain and wasn't stopping anytime soon. What happened next is something I'll never forget. Sara gathered towels, covered my feet, and when she realized my car wasn't nearby, she personally went out into the pouring rain, brought my car up to the covered entrance, wiped down the wet seat, and helped me get inside without a single drop of water touching my fresh tan. By the end, she was completely soaked herself. I've honestly never experienced customer service like that before. Sara wasn't just providing a service--she genuinely cared about me, my wedding, and making sure everything turned out perfectly. My spray tan looked beautiful, but what I'll remember most is how cared for I felt. If you're considering booking with Alelier Tan, don't hesitate. Sara is an incredible professional and an even better person.
