I booked this a month ago and this is night before :( Receiving different explanations for changing my appointment left me confused and made the situation feel unprofessional in general ... I couldn't change my appointment because I had a trip planned, so I asked to cancel instead. Even though the business was the one requesting the schedule change, I was still charged a cancellation fee. I don't think it's fair to charge a client when the business initiates the change. I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Just be weary something is off here :/ To top it all off, I was actually giving them a second chance. My previous spray tan turned out so uneven and streaky that my friends jokingly called me "nigiri hands" for two weeks because of how my hands looked (photo attached). Despite that experience, I decided to give them another opportunity, but after this experience, I definitely won't be returning.

The entire place is always spotless, from the front desk to the floors and beds, and the staff is full of some of the most helpful people you could ever meet. All of them are nice, professional and knowledgeable. Whoever does the hiring and training does an exceptional job, especially when they hired Maddie and Zayna. As someone who isn't typically a spray tan girl, that gave me a lot of peace of mind. I booked her bridal package, which included a trial tan and my wedding tan. From my very first appointment, I was impressed. Her salon suite was clean, organized, and welcoming. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, aftercare, and what to expect, and even checked in the next day to see how my tan had developed. Together we decided to go a shade darker for the wedding. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the incredible care Sara showed the day before I left for my destination wedding. In the middle of all the wedding chaos, I completely forgot the loose outfit I had planned to wear home after my spray tan. Sara was concerned my clothing would leave marks, so she kindly let me borrow one of her robes. Then we realized it was pouring rain and wasn't stopping anytime soon. What happened next is something I'll never forget. Sara gathered towels, covered my feet, and when she realized my car wasn't nearby, she personally went out into the pouring rain, brought my car up to the covered entrance, wiped down the wet seat, and helped me get inside without a single drop of water touching my fresh tan. By the end, she was completely soaked herself. I've honestly never experienced customer service like that before. Sara wasn't just providing a service--she genuinely cared about me, my wedding, and making sure everything turned out perfectly. My spray tan looked beautiful, but what I'll remember most is how cared for I felt. If you're considering booking with Alelier Tan, don't hesitate.
