They make waxing something you look forward to and…read morenot dread since it can be painful if not done correctly At Brazilian Beeswax, they only use natural wax; there's nothing artificial. It's actually beeswax that they're using to remove your hair. And anyone knows that all natural is always better. Anything with artificial chemicals has more potential to cause reactions to your skin. I used to use their services exclusively when I lived in the Pompano Beach area. Sadly, I moved away and it was too far a distance to use their services. I have moved back to the area recently and I am very pleased that they are still doing well with their business. The prices and the quality of services cannot be beat. The staff is always friendly and had beverages if you were waiting. The place was very clean which is of the upmost importance in a beauty business. If you are new to Florida, try them out.

I called today for a same-day appointment and was able to get in. I normally get a gel pedicure, but today I was getting a regular pedicure so when I called let the woman who answered the phone know that I had a gel pedicure that was done by Courtney and since it was done at this facility, there should be no charge and she confirmed- no charge. I arrived picked a color sat in the chair. Courtney informed me there would be a $5 to remove the gel polish she put on my nails at my last pedicure. I explained that I asked in advance when I booked, and it was confirmed - no fee. The owner came over and said confirmed a $5 fee and the woman that had answered the phone denied she had confirmed there would be no removal fee. I am absolutely disgusted by the entire situation. Bad business. Bad customer service. The lack of transparency is unacceptable and I did not get a pedicure. I will not be returning. I've gotten manicures all over the country. Lived in lots of different cities. Nowhere charges you to take takeoff gel polish that was applied in the house.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I paid $79 for a Dazzle Dry manicure and pedicure, but…read morean Essie product was used as the topcoat, which was not what I expected when paying specifically for the Dazzle Dry system. My cuticles were cut so aggressively that I bled, and the fumes in the salon were so strong that I left with a sore throat. On top of that, my manicure started chipping the very same day. The attached photos were taken the next day. The one positive was the massage, which was excellent, but unfortunately the overall experience was not. For $79, I expected the correct products, gentler and safer cuticle care, and a manicure that lasted longer.
