Not happy with the service today. It's obviously very commercial and the 1st person doing my nails knew nothing about doing nails, the manager was great and gave me another person who had to redone the crappy job from the 1st nail tech. The pedi was fine with cold water and I was told they ran out of hot water. Smh.... Seems I will have to make the long drive to Delray Beach until I find a decent place near by that is not about how many customers they have but more about quality of nail care. These are my real nails and it's taken me a long time to finally get them long an d strong.

Been doing my mani/pedi here for years. Ava is my technician and she's just wonderful. I love her! Very attentive to detail and I always leave there very happy with my paws and claws. Very clean salon and they have a very convenient online appointment booking system. Prices are great considering the type of service you're getting. I am NEVER disappointed. I have also had Courtney and Sherry do my manicures on days where Ava has been out and she's also fantastic. I have natural nails BTW and my nails leave there looking as good as gels. Great salon 100%!

I requested a pedicure, they got back to me fairly quick. The parking is in the plaza so there's plenty of parking. The salon is really clean, everyone was very nice. They had a few options to choose from with various prices. I forgot to get the name of my tech but she was very careful, and took her time cleaning up my cuticles without cutting my skin. I had broken a toe nail and she made them look great! 10/10 service and quality. The price for my package was $65 which is not the cheapest option they have but I wanted to treat myself, it was totally worth it my skin was super soft!

Very clean and neat salon. I called in and was able to book a full set reservation, as soon as in 30 minutes. When I got there, Courtney was waiting for me and immediately got to work. she showed me all the colors they had, and I showed her a picture and she matched it exactly. It was my frist time trying this shape and length, but she made sure to keep asking if I liked it and was comfortable. She explained everything she was doing, she was very gentle and neat.

My nails are so short, my middle nail is bleeding.

I'm only giving 2 stars because my past few experiences have been amazing! Today I went in for dip powder nails. My normal nail tech was out, so I was sat with Andy. THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! He kept filing my nails crooked. When I would try to show him, he would aggressively grab my wrist and file harder. My nails are now so short they're bleeding. On top of it, I still had to pay full price for my nails. If you come here, make sure you get anyone else. Andy/Anthony is awful and should not be working in this business.

This location is near my home, and I went in for a second time to get a Pedicure/Manicure on 1/12/2024. Subsequently, i went home to shower and noticed my chrome underneath my gel had completely rubbed off! I was originally seen by an elder woman named Ava. It started out O-K until the tech got lost in translation and began to add more coats of polish than required which caused my nails to raise at the tip of my nail, creating a ball like point. When I presented to her the error, she told me it was supposed to happen. lol. No way! She removed all layers of polish (at least 7) with her drill gun and nail buffer, and caused my cuticle bed to become sore! Some other tech had to finish the job, for which i left and returned to this location on 1/13/2024, LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY! Due to the chrome and gel peeling, AGAIN! I write this review on 1/20/2024 -- exactly a week from the day my nails was re-did. As a Man i get my nails done every two weeks, and have gotten this design prior at a different nail spa and have never experienced this. Must be old products or near inexpensive. I'm not going back and i don't recommend this place. Not even for a polish change.

New to the area and NEEDED a fill and pedicure badly! After being 45 minutes away from my 12 year nail spot, I had to search for a new place :( I made an appointment for 6:30 on a Friday, 2 days in advance. I only waited 10 minutes for my nail tech to come to the pedicure side and start on me. I got Ken. He was quiet at first but lightened up. I'm a talker so luckily we didn't sit in silence. Overall experience, I will come back. My total came to $78 which is what I usually pay give or take.

After two weeks. My dip powder nails are still looking great!

Update April 21: The salon has gotten a face lift and looks much more inviting! It's a spacious and calming space than before. There's an entire room for pedicures and another room for manicures. The staff are friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is completely different and I'm so happy to be back. I love getting the Dip manicure and their color selection is vast. Everyone is practicing social distancing and they take your temperature upon entry.

This nail salon has become my new favorite place to get my nails done!! I always have a good experience and the techniques are so great! I really recommend seeing Cece!! Not only is she adorable and so sweet, but a great technician!! She really takes her time and makes sure that the nails are amazing when finished. My boyfriend and I got mani-pedi's together here and it was a great experience. It took about 1.5 hours. Ben and Kim did our nails efficiently and were gentle with the cuticles. I've had the issue where when getting my nails done the person would leave a space without polish at the corners of my nails, but Ben was very precise. I love how my gel nails turned out and my boyfriend enjoyed getting the paraffin wax treatment. Kim made nice conversation and gave us some good local Vietnamese restaurant recommendations. Update: My boyfriend got an infection on his finger nail after getting a manicure here. A few days after we got manicures here, his index finger began to swell with pus and became painful around his cuticle. He's never had this kind of reaction on his fingernail before until after this manicure. He went to urgent care, doctor confirmed there was an infection and it was causing pus to accumulate around the finger nail and that's why it was painful. They injected him with anesthesia and drained the pus, prescribed him antibiotics. It's unfortunate because we had a good experience while there but we're both pretty grossed out and definitely not coming back here again.

I was in town for vacation and decided to locate a place for pedicure. Tam was my pedicurist. I called at 9 AM and made appointment for 12:30. They were ready for me as soon as I entered. Tam did a great job and took her time making sure I enjoyed my service. The massage chair had a ton of settings and that was super nice.

Doug is an amazing nail tech! I always schedule my appointments with him. Today I got a sport pedicure and it was fantastic as usual. This spa is very clean and hygienic. The pedicure chairs are quite comfortable with built in massage. It was busy being a Saturday, but it didn't feel crowded or overwhelming. I bring my own polish but they do have a huge selection to choose from. Doug is great at shaping my nails and cleaning up my cuticles. I am ticklish so he always laughs and holds on tight when scrubbing the bottom of my feet. I definitely recommend this nail spa and will be back soon.

I got a VIP pedicure and Brazilian Dip from Doug. Both services were great. The dip lasted more than two weeks and were flawlessly executed. He used a gentle cuticle dremel followed by trimming for the manicure. The polish was even and stunning (I chose something like Dorothy's ruby red slippers), and my nails are still very strong. The pedicure was luxurious with mud, scrub, and paraffin wax. I opted for gel polish which Doug meticulously applied after a wonderful massage. read more

I've only been to this salon twice. The first time was a little rocky at first. I called to see if anyone was available and they said yes Cici. I drive over and by the time I got there they told me she was no longer available. They asked me to come back tomorrow so I did. Cici did a great job! The 2nd time I went back I made an appt in advance and once I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes. There was a sign that said prices have slightly increased at the front so when I asked for the total I noticed it was an additional $10. I asked what the price increase was and I was told $5 for soak off and $5 for having long nails (I do not have tips. These are just my nails). I can understand a minor charge but I mean come on! I was also getting a pedicure so I mean, they had to soak anyway! Anywho, less than two weeks later and I noticed a nail fungus underneath my polish. Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more

This nail salon is super nice and extremely big! Making an appointment was easy and I was able to get a mani + pedi immediately after I called. However, I do recommend calling ahead of time as it was really busy when I got there. The service was good, the guy at the front was kind and helpful explaining the different options for nails. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure was also really kind. The prices are a bit expensive for a pedicure but otherwise I recommend getting your nails done here! The only thing I noticed was that the woman who did my manicure didn't clean my nails (cuticles, etc.) & just went straight into the dipping process. Not sure if this is normal or if she forgot? But by the time she was almost finished I figured I wasn't getting them cleaned so I opted not to say anything because my nails were finished at that point. They offer a lot of other services as well such as different treatments, waxing, and more. A really clean nail salon that provides wonderful service! read more

Ok so i have reviewed luxe nails before but I am back. Tam is amazing. Hands down the best hard gel manicures/ basic pedicures. I go to her every 3 weeks so you guys better not see this review and take up my appointment slot. Anyways, i have horrible ingrown toenails and she always gets them out gently and doesn't make me cry and beg her to stop like i have done in the past at other salons ( lol). My hard gel manicure is the best. See attached pic they are a week old. These are my real nails because Tam is gentle and cautious. She will not strip your nail paper thin with the drill. read more

My nails always come out so great here. Both of the nail techs I worked with were very accommodating, personable and skilled. I had Jenny last time and this time I had Doug. Doug did my ombré dip powder and I've seen different methods on how to do ombré but the way he did it is by far the most consistent and aesthetically pleasing. I'm an artist so I'm pretty particular on symmetry and craftsmanship and he exceeded my expectation. read more

I made an appointment for ombre nexgen and chose red and silver for the holidays. The first nail tech kept trying to push me into getting a pedi too. She didnt do a very good job, and I was already making plans to paint over them later on when the manager stepped in and had another woman fix them. The new nail tech, Kim, was wonderful and did a great job. I found that the initial nail tech, I think her name was Rachel(?) was new to this organization. Kim def turned my nails into more of what I was wanting and fixed them more than I thought shed be able to. The manager was very nice and they obviously really care about the quality of their work, they even have a 2 week guarantee. read more

I stopped in as a walk-in because I wanted treat myself and get my nails done while I was on vacation. They got me in pretty quickly considering I was a walk-in and I left extremely satisfied and will be back anytime I'm on vacation in this area. The mani/pedi spa treatment was nice and I thought the staff was quite friendly. However when it came to painting and the "dip" I felt it was rushed and the tech seemed very distracted. She made a mistake and seemed reluctant to fix it until I asked her to. Also she was quite rough on my cuticles. For my pedicure my toes felt sore a week later which in the past has meant improper trimming. I liked the atmosphere but I would definitely try a different tech in the future read more

This place is outstanding. I recently moved to the Coral Springs area, and I was looking for a new nail spa and Luxe Nail had some decent reviews, so I gave it a shot. This is my third time coming back, and it will won't be my last. This place takes the cake. When it comes to time, perfection, gentle, precise... CC does it all. The rest of the staff also makes me feel very welcome. Never have to sit and wait, they're always prepared when an appointment is made. Every wacky idea I've showed them of the kind of nails I want, they've always managed to make it exactly how I want. I love this place. read more

Very clean place with nice staff. Ivy did a great job on my mani/pedi! The combo only took 1.5hrs and the price was reasonable!!! Will definitely return! My only complaint is their color selections are a bit limited and the colors for dip don't really match up to the regular polish colors. read more

Got an ombre coffin acrylic set and looked great. Technician took his time and end result looked good. Salon was clean and nice and they were playing my favorite show on the TV lol. Giving 4 stars not 5 because I did notice my nail lengths were off. I would go back and was really nice they gave Yelp coupon for 1st time visit. read more

Kevin was wonderful. Wrong price quoted on the phone $45.00. I compromised and pai $50.00. The owner reluctantly took it. He tried to explain that a liquid GEL manicure does not mean GEL polish...DUH? Tried to charge an up charge of $15.00 for the GEL. read more

Went here twice. Once with an appointment and once without. Great service! Nails were on point and super clean. I'm a stickler for a messy nail job, especially with gel or dip. Pedicures were standard. What more could you want? Prices were reasonable. They have an ATM machine but they take card. Try to tip in cash. read more

I got a French tip pedicure and it was great! The massage was awesome and he did a fantastic job painting the nails too :) I didn't use the massager in the chair though bc it was really rough lol. For $32 plus tip that's pretty good! I plan on coming back for my pedicures most definitely read more

Great service, friendly and funny staff! They take very good care of you. They could be better at massaging during pedicures, and would be nice to massage hands during manicures. But nonetheless you are getting treated well. I recommend the dip and gel manicure. And always get gel pedicures because they last over a month! Worth the price!! read more

I've been here twice before and Tam did a great job, I walked in today so I had to see another person. I swear this must have been her first time doing nails. This is what almond shape is to her. Then she asked me if I want to file it down...NO I just want to get out of here. $108 lol maybe higher rating if they remove her from the salon. Today was my first time at the luxe nail salon and I absolutely loved it. Jenny took care of me and I did the dip powder all white. I was in between gel regular acrylic and she convinced me to do the dip. I will be doing it again and going back to see Jenny. The place was clean they're expanding the location to make room for more customers. when I drove up it seemed pretty popular there were a lot of cars in front so I thought this would be a good place to go. Everyone in the nail salon spoke to you and all the employees were lovely. Highly recommend Jenny if you visit. read more

We are very pleased with Luxe Nail Spa! We were able to walk in & get serviced almost immediately. The receptionist was very nice and made sure to let us know that everyone in the salon was well trained to do a great job on hands & feet! My service was performed by Dan. I got a gel pedicure and dip powder on my nails. He was very gentle, he took his time & didn't miss any details! this place used to be my go to spot for relaxing pedicures. Every time I go there lately I feel that my pedicures are completely rushed, and the service is below par. I've even given them the benefit of the doubt and came back when it was not busy in the middle of the week but it was still a disappointment. they always rush through the pedicures and barely file, clean under the toe nails, they also barely pushback or trim the cuticles. They slap on the polish and your out the door for almost $40 later. never again! read more

I came here for the first time today. I was happy to see everyone wearing masks, being asked to wash my hands, and use hand sanitizer. I got a no chip manicure and it came out great. I like how my technician ( I think his name is Kevin) checked his work as he painted. My polish is even and I am very happy with the quality. The place looks a little unfinished and could use some decoration like not having displays of polish so close to the floor. I also wish I was given more colors to choose from. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. Ignore all the bad reviews- those people are just bitter and don't know what they want. This is the truth: I moved to Pompano over a year ago, and discovered this Nail Spa, and everyone there was very friendly, helpful, attentive, and talented! I just walked in and sat with whoever I was assigned to, and was Never disappointed! I never had an appointment, and was seated within a timely manner. I became a regular, and due to my nails being very long and I wanted specific nail designs, I was assigned to Jenny. I assume I was assigned to her because she was the best with long nails. I LOVE Jenny! I go to her now all the time, every two weeks. A few months ago, I moved to Ft Lauderdale, and I have been shopping around to all the local nail salons and NONE even come close to comparison. I've yet to find a nail tech in Ft Laud who is as talented as Jenny. My nails are shorter now, a nice almond shape and more simple design, but I still go to my girl Jenny. She's the best! Well worth the 30min drive there and back! Reasonable prices too! read more

I had my nails done here yesterday after searching Yelp for the best nail salon. I am VERY particular about my nails and will drive as far as I have to to get them done right. My girlfriend comes here religiously so I decided to try it out. (I almost went to Luxe Nails on Hillsboro in Deerfield by accident, but realized that it is not the original Luxe Nails Spa, it's a newer spot that used the same name for some reason). I like skinny nails and the coffin shape, but it's very hard to find a nail salon that is experienced and versatile with different shapes and designs. I made an appointment and had my nails and pedicure done the same day. Needless to say, I am very impressed! I can't stop looking at my nails and my feet are soft like butter! This place is really upscale and not your typical nail salon. Everyone was so friendly and patient. I didn't feel rushed with my many requests since I'm a perfectionist. I have been looking for a good nail place once I moved to this area and I could not find one. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I can't believe I didn't go sooner. Relaxing, comfortable, and clean. I had coffin nails done in Embrace the Gray by O.P.I. brand and my nail technician was Erika. Everything was perfect besides my nails did bleed a little around the cuticle but I don't think that was Erika's fault my nails are just sensitive as hell. And the price was only 35! With tip, my total was 45$ and I'm used to paying somewhere around 65-70 for good acrylic nails. That was definitely a fantastic surprise. For how she did on my nails, they should be asking for more honestly. The nails were perfect and lasted around 3 weeks (and there was no chipping! I work with kids so how the hell did I manage that?? idk, maybe Erika is just that good.) before I had to go in for a fill. I have been coming to this salon now for over a year. Everyone there is professional and go out of their way to provide great services. While I was there today, a new customer came in around 5:30-6pm and inquired about services. She was told that unfortunately the shop closes at 7pm and that there were not any nail techs available as they were all booked. She was greeted immediately upon entering and informed in a polite, professional manner and offered services on an alternate date. I was told that she posted a bad review and although I have never rated a business before, I felt the need to respond. The owners and nail techs work very hard to please their clients and just because you are not immediately able to get attention does not warrant slamming their business. Shame on you! read more

I found Luxe Nail Spa because I was trying to finally find a place to do SNS nails the way I like them. I am very particular about the shaping because I like them to look as close to natural as possible. Nhi who is also the owner was not only very friendly and sensitive to my time schedule, she was efficient and my nails came out just the way I like them! She has a trick (that I will not share here) that make your nails strong while maintaining a very natural finish. She is meticulous. She takes her time, but is efficient and a perfectionist like me. I have told her over and over again that I will see her for my nails as long as I am in South Florida. I have gone to a lot of nail salons in the past. I have found my last one! This is a fabulous nail salon and spa! Every time I go, I am impressed not only by Nhi who does my nails but by all of the people that work there! The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. They are extremely accommodating and professional. Nhi does impeccable work. She is a true expert in nails and it shows in her attention to detail. I get the dip and I am very hard on my hands (cleaning) and I am able to go every 3 weeks and they don't break or lift. I moved to South Florida from New York a couple of years ago and have tried many different nail salons since. There really is no other one like Luxe Nails Spa! I am one of the first customers of this salon, since Nhi and Van became proud owners of the establishment. They are doing a wonderful job managing and improving the place, to please the costumers. Nhi is one of the best nail technicians there are, and my dip manicure and pedicure are always perfect. AMAZING! I'm picky and very special about how my nails are done. Marilu is the greatest and is as picky, if not more than I am. I used to get gel manicures now I am getting nexgen and absolutely love them! They last over two weeks and the last ones I had lasted over 3 weeks! Had the mud‑spa pedicure and loved every minute of it! Lily did an amazing job pampering me. I hadn't been able to get a pedicure back home, so with a little downtime on vacation I decided my feet needed rescuing, especially since the beach had chipped off most of my nail polish . I discovered Luxe Nails Spa about 2 months ago and I love it. Tina does an amazing pedicure! She takes her time and is very meticulous. Nhi introduced me to the SNS nail system. Best pedicures I've had in a very, very long time. The staff are so professional and polite. Their massage chairs even conform to my shortness... awesome! Van did my nails and he listened to what I wanted and honestly I love my nails. Pleasantly surprised, now for the express pedicure it still didn't feel rushed and you get all the basics you need message, hot towel ans all. Highly recommend if you are in or around the coconut creek area.

I got in right away, but it looked like I made it just in time before the Saturday rush commenced. I suggest calling ahead. My pedicure was very well done, and did not feel rushed at all. A hot towel and a foot scrub were included in the standard pedicure. I was able to immediately sit down and get my nails done after the pedicure, the nail artists, along with the rest of the staff were very enjoyable to have a conversation with. This is very hard to come by at most nail salons I've been too. I chose the shellac manicure because it holds up for two weeks to just about anything. I work with my hands all day and lift weights, but it never chips. Definitely suggest this! They have a variety of color options for the shellac, and in no time I was on my way with an awesome manicure and pedicure. Will be back soon!

Having been in the beauty and…read morewellness industry myself, I know firsthand that you are supposed to pay attention to the details when doing a pedicure. The entire point of the service is properly cleaning up the toes and feet first before you ever slap paint on them. I have a bad neck, and that's the only reason I went into the salon--because I shouldn't be bending over doing my feet myself anymore--but I know every single step in the process to do it right. When you pay $49 for a service plus a tip, you expect exactly that, along with a decent five-minute massage. Yet the technician completely cut corners on the core hygienic part of the service, refusing to properly clean up or remove the dead skin buildup from the nail plate and underneath the toes. I also brought in a client whom I provide caregiving services for, and her feet were a total mess. There was a massive amount of dead cuticle built up around all of her toes, with jagged, uneven, sharp edges left and they were literally getting ready to slap paint right over it without fixing a thing. I had to step in and force them to use the cuticle nippers, yet she maybe did half of that. I should've taken a photo of the horrible condition of her feet while they were going to paint them like that. I will take a picture of her feet tomorrow. Because it's a horrible job. we just didn't have any more time to spend to get them done and I don't even know if anyone was capable to do a good job. My feet were in good condition to begin with. My friends were not. To top it off, they upsold me on a the spa pedicure, and when you try to upsell for a massage and that's what you deliver, it is a complete joke. There was absolutely no massage whatsoever. I am not a licensed massage therapist, but I know that you are supposed to have a little mind-body connection when working on someone's limbs--and that was completely devoid with this woman. She was just going through the motions super quickly without thinking, thought, or anything, just trying to get through it. It was obvious she didn't care. She didn't massage my feet at all; she just aggressively pushed on my arches in the wrong places, causing real physical pain and soreness instead of relief. The rest of the upcharge consisted of her aggressively rubbing her hands up and down my shins--really rough with zero actual technique. That's not a massage. On top of everything, the paint job was subpar. Some of my cuticles were painted right over, and somehow I ended up with a purple shade on top of my pink polish, so another worker in the salon had to step in and fix part of it. I have photos to show you how there was no cleanup of my cuticles when you push back the nails you were supposed to trim that with the nail nippers and get the dead skin. That's a massive part of having a pedicure and have your polish look nice clean with moisturize cuticle that are pushed back and cleaned up. At the very end, the original technician just looked at me, patronizingly said, 'Good, good,' and then just walked away and I never saw her again. She clearly expected me to blindly accept it without looking. Well, no, actually, it was not good. Rushed, careless work, a painful experience, and a total rip-off."* I don't usually write reviews, but I work hard for my money and spending $59 on a luxurious pedicure it was anything but The spa itself was beautiful the decor. And the manager seemed nice, but they need to train these girls better. And focus and pay attention instead of trying to rush through because the whole purpose of a pedicure is to clean up your feet nicely which includes under and around your toes and the dead skin around the edges of your cuticle and filing the nails smoothly and a massage where for five minutes it feels great.
