Sure, they don't have the typical massage chairs you'd expect at a nail salon but this place is totally not your typical nail spot. This Latinx biz is full of life from the moment you walk in until you leave. Expect an energetic experience celebrating life, just because. You can get some complimentary drinks like coffee, tea or water and order yourself a nice glass of wine or champagne at the bar. Don't worry, you don't have to even get up, it comes to you! The girls that work here are so kind and sweet and VERY thorough with their services. We got 3 last minute pedicures on a Saturday evening right before closing and the owner was so accommodating to squeeze us in. It wasn't rushed, they took their time and went IN on the cuticles, massages, scrubs and all. Even my husband's pedicure wasn't just a quick 20 minute, she took her time and thoroughly worked on his feet. We all needed it! One of my favorite parts about the experience here is being able to get seated in the pedicure bowls right away and picking polish straight from your chair without having to stare at a wall of colors for 15 minutes to try to pick and choose. This was so convenient and makes everything less stressful and easy. I emailed this establishment and I believe the owner or manager responded quickly and told me I could come in today without an appointment. We messaged back and forth which I love the communication. I arrived and upon first entry the place was super clean and the air was fresh not the chemical smell you sometimes have in a nail salon. Everyone was very welcoming even the customers had the content look on their faces just a relaxed atmosphere. I sat down for my pedicure and it was luxurious start to finish they even use fresh lemons and oranges for the volcano pedicure which was nice. I also received a warm neck pillow which was shocking and very delightful. The entire experience was just relaxing and felt great to be pampered. My nail tech was super sweet and she did her job very well repairing my chipped nail and getting my feet back to looking decent enough to show off. I had a little discrepancy with my full set when I left and I contacted the owner and they repaired it without a problem. This entire experience has been wonderful and I will be brining my husband back to put the seal of approval but I know this will be our nail salon from now on. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the other reviews. The nail tech, Rylie, appeared very inexperienced and also looked quite young (truthfully like 16-17 years old). The girl at the front desk was very friendly when I walked in but Rylie barely said hello. Both the manicure and pedicure there was no prior soak or lotion before she went in to cut the cuticles completely dry. She had trouble figuring out how to put the foam sandals on with the toe separators. I asked for a regular polish and in between coats she placed her fan too close to my nails, therefore messing them up about three times. There was no massage or lotion with the manicure despite being $30 and the cuticles were not even cut all the way. I have no issue paying for quality service, however not for inexperienced nail techs. When my nails were dry, I took a look, and there appeared to be a strand from the nail brush on one of my nails, and when I told her she looked very annoyed. After she fixed it, and I continued to dry my nails, she quickly put on her purse like she couldn't wait to get out of there. She also put some drying spray on top of the polish and I think it messed them up because they don't appear smooth as you can see in the pictures. Additionally, she kept on looking at her phone throughout the service every time it went off. The only thing that identifies this place as a nail shop when you walk in are the polishes on the wall, the four nail stations, and the two pedicure seats. There's no decor no extra chairs no anything, except Christmas ornaments hanging from the ceiling. There are only two workers, one of them was busy when I walked in, so she called the other. He did a good job on my pedicure, however, when it was time to polish, he handed me off to the worker that was already busy with someone else's pedicure. He then went outside to catch a breather, and then came back into the shop to give his self a manicure. So I sat there an additional 25 minutes waiting for her to finish polishing the other person. When she did come to me, she had to clean up of his hits and misses before she gave me a polish. The quality is there, but the efficiency lacks. I don't want to write them off just yet, I will give another try before I move onto another shop.

The guy who did my nails was extremely rushed. He popped/pried off what remained of my previous soft builder gel on my nails with a nail tip (which is bad practice and considered damaging to the natural nail) and in the application of the gel I experience heat spikes (temporary burning sensation) on each nail during curing. He told me this was normal, but I later learned heat spikes during curing are caused by thick, all at once gel application rather than in proper multiple layers. I don't know why I tipped ‍ It was not a great experience but I was gonna let it slide until now it's only a week later and a nail has popped off and I'm experiencing lifting on both hands. I paid a total of almost $108 dollars for the builder gel and gel pedicure and I already need a repair in under a week? I blame the rushed service. I was expecting a professional application. Mind you, it wasn't even busy that day so he was just cutting corners for the fun of it .

She's incredibly talented, patient, and detail-oriented -- every single nail came out flawless. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. I also added on a massage, and WOW. Kim has amazingly strong hands and gave one of the best massages I've ever had. She knew exactly where to apply pressure and made the whole experience feel so relaxing and soothing. It was worth every penny.
