TLDR: They do pedicures well, but I don't recommend any manicure/nail full-set services (Overpriced and not good quality). Do not get builder/hard gel here ! The guy who did my nails was extremely rushed. He popped/pried off what remained of my previous soft builder gel on my nails with a nail tip (which is bad practice and considered damaging to the natural nail) and in the application of the gel I experience heat spikes (temporary burning sensation) on each nail during curing. He told me this was normal, but I later learned heat spikes during curing are caused by thick, all at once gel application rather than in proper multiple layers. I don't know why I tipped ‍ It was not a great experience but I was gonna let it slide until now it's only a week later and a nail has popped off and I'm experiencing lifting on both hands. I paid a total of almost $108 dollars for the builder gel and gel pedicure and I already need a repair in under a week? I blame the rushed service. I was expecting a professional application. Mind you, it wasn't even busy that day so he was just cutting corners for the fun of it . read more

I had long toenails and asked for a pedicure without polish. I was working on my phone and entrusted the technician to do my cuticles, file my feet and clip and file my toenails to look pretty. She cut everything off because I didn't tell her how short I wanted it. I had one big toe that was very long with some fungus that i'm using meds to treat. the manager said it should all be cut off! huh? now it's cut in the corners and will cause ingrown nail. so I asked them to do my manicure and the manager refused. I went in for a pedicure and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was unable to communicate effectively in English, which made it difficult to address concerns. They did not have nitrile gloves available to accommodate customers with a latex allergy, and there was no hot water. Lisa, who acted as though she were the manager, was extremely condescending and rude and showed no understanding of my concerns. She needs to improve her customer service skills herself. She ultimately told me that I could leave if I wanted to. I will never step foot in this establishment again. read more

DO NOT GO. Or maybe just don't have the woman that worked on me. I didn't get her name and for that I apologize, but I went in to get a gel manicure and was cut THREE times. The last one had me bleeding for a whileeeeee. After a pretty loud "OW!" I got a soft apology, but just put a cotton ball on it and continued to work. Blood was dripping on the table and I stood up because I wanted to leave. Another woman stopped working on a pedicure and got some neosporin to put on it. I just asked for a band aid, paid for my pedicure and left. They wanted to continue working on me but I didn't want to risk infection and I'm pretty sure base coat, gel, and top coat would probably BURN! Also, infection. After the second time where she was cutting too close to the cuticle I had a FEELING that she would do it again, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I should've trusted my gut. Didn't even offer to take care of the pedicure for me which I know by personally working at a salon before, at cost is around $13. Or offered to have them work on me with someone else once my finger healed in a couple days/week. Train that employee and work on bettering best practices for customer service. read more

Price increased by $15 from just a 3 week visit. She gets the same thing every time. Toes and nails. And polish. But ok. This day. I decided to get my nails done - biggest mistake I made. I asked for an overlay bc I've been having extreme anxiety and I was biting my nails. Long story short. She kept singing short nail short nail to me. I wanted to leave but couldn't. This seems like a relatively new nail salon. It's very modern and clean and huge! I didn't count the number of nail stations for the large staff complement, but there were over a dozen pedicure chairs in the attached back room. They also have a separate glass enclosed room for eyebrows and I assume doing lashes (the name?). The gal who did my toes -- I got a pedicure -- didn't understand much English, but she understood it enough. She cut my nails very short and applied the nail polish I'd chosen. If you're looking for a good foot and leg massage, this isn't it -- it was a bit perfunctory -- but that was okay. They charge $22 for a pedicure. But if you check in with your yelp app, you can get a $2 discount. Good deal. I'd probably try them again if my regular places are too crowded or I'm deciding at the last minute to get a pedicure. read more

I started by calling to make an appointment the day before. The lady that answered had no clue what their hours were on Sunday or how to take an appointment so I asked if I could just walk in. Today comes and I'm taken right away which was great. I told them I wanted an acrylic full set with regular polish because I like to change the color multiple times and they said fine they have polish. When it came time to pick the color, they handed me the gel polish options and I reminded them that I wanted regular nail polish and they said no this is polish so I picked a color and they were out a few times so finally just settled on white so that I could change it later or add a design at home. When it came time to sheep them, I asked for oval like more natural nail, and as you could see the end for product is more of an almond claw they are lifted with huge gaps underneath and look like little stubs. They then had the audacity to charge me for the gel that I told him I didn't want. This awful looking set was $45. I highly recommend you find another salon that listens to what you want and doesn't have you looking like a fool read more

Post covid19. In the past I always received great service. Today while getting a pedicure a tool fell to the floor. This tool the lady was using on my feet. The lady grabbed it and tried to reuse the same tool that fell on the floor. I immediately stopped my pedicure and advised the nail tech to please clean it or replace tool. That's when she decided to clean it in the same water my feet are in. That is completely unsanitary!!!! Requested to speak with a manager. Horrible and expensive place! I went there to get the dipping powder nails and a pedicure. I noticed that the technician (Jay), was having trouble understanding English. So, I repeated myself and ask him whether he understood the service I want. The pedicure was mediocre, when he started to do my nails, instead of using the powder, he started applying gel. I immediately stopped him and asked for a regular polish paint application. He did it and I left. In terms of hygiene, they are not good. The caddy where they hold the tools was dirty. Additional he was constantly stopping to find something he needed. This place is horrible and expensive. I paid $56 for pedicure and painting my nails. read more

This nail salon used to be my favorite. All my friends stopped going here and I realized why. The service here is so poor. They are literally money hungry. They are always rushing and putting no quality anymore. I literally said I was gonna stop coming here last year but it's so close to my house. I will not return after my last experience the lady was doing my toes and was done in less than 15 minutes for gel and the sad part is that it was a slow day on a Monday!! Went there Sunday without an appointment. They have a lot of technicians working. I unfortunately can not recommend this nail salon. I had a pedicure with a girl that really couldn't be bothered. She was going to use a dirty tool. I stopped her. I needed my nexgen to be taken off and they gave me a bowl with acetone to put my hands in. The polish wouldn't come off. Another technician who must have been new to doing nexgen was who they let do my nails. He tried but for $50 for my nails and $22 for a pedicure you would think they would have made an effort for a new client. I will never go back. read more
