Tom does an amazing job every single time. Tom is extremely patient helps me match colors also recommends colors to match whatever picture I show him. My appointments are usually 3 weeks apart and not one nail or toe nail chips or gets messed up. I make early appointments because this place gets pretty crowded. read more

I used to live in the area and came here to get my nail's done while visiting for a family function. My pedicure was good but I had a few problems with this establishment. First, when I arrived, I asked how long of a wait it would be because I was in a time crunch and there's another salon in the plaza I could check if need be. The guy at the front told me "right now." I ended up waiting another 10 mins. Which would have been fine if he said 10 mins. Then something strange happened. I was wearing sneakers and socks. So they sat me down and I took of my shoes and socks at the pedicure chair like one does. Then when I was done with the pedicure, my tech guided me to the dryers and carried my shoes. She left and my socks were nowhere to be found. I asked her about them and she had no idea... the socks are the least of my concern but it was just weird AF. I went to pay at the front and someone else rang me up that wasn't my tech. I inserted my card in the machine and she asked me what I wanted to tip. I asked her how much it was and she wouldn't let me see the screen. I caught a glimpse and it said $65. Mind you, I only got a pedicure that cost $22. I said $65?! She said it was because of my nails. Which I didn't get done. They were bare and cut short by me. I really think this woman tried to scam me because of how she wouldn't let me see the screen and when I kept asking how much it was she just skipped the tip option. read more

Please don't go there the worst finish on nails , they charge you a lot and they don't watch for details , hurt the nails , my skin got all peeled , and the pedicure was not even well done far from it . The guy that took care of me was insulting me all the time questioning my lifestyle n work . Zero professional, making jokes on me a N laughing on my face , not letting me get the style I wanted , too lazy to take them off and get a new set , and on top of that didnot even ask me at the end about my payment just charged me when I wanted to use my points . Hmmm where should i begin? I've asked one of the mail techs to soak my nails off but they decided to pry it off knowing i have thin nails. When it's ask to be done , nobody wants to do it or have an attitude. I got my eyebrows tinted, gel manicure and pedicure and it took the women less than an hour to do it all. My toe nails were not even cut or filed evenly, she put glitter on my big toe without even asking first. This salon lacks so much customer service and communication, it's sad. There is absolutely no talented techs at this "salon". Nobody here knows how to shape nails, especially stiletto. They load on acrylics and your nails end up looking like mountains. I've really tried giving this place multiple chances due to convenience but I'm never going back. Even when Ken, the owner, has an attitude and rushes his work. You try to point out mistakes or what you don't like and he has an attitude and tries to argue with you and convinces you that you're wrong. He's always so busy talking to everybody else and running the show, plus playing on his phone that he he should lead by example. I don't understand how a salon can be slow during the week, and the tech can still rush their work like there's 3 more people waiting to be worked on. Don't bother wasting your money here. read more

I usually go to crystal nails across the street(amazing staff!!) but they didn't have room for me today. HUGE MISTAKE!! The service here is HORRIBLE. Everything was so rushed; you are just a number to this place. Everyone was increasingly rude. After waiting 45 min, my nail tech ripped off my current set of acrylic nails after I asked they they be soaked off. He then decided to use a different color than I asked because he wouldn't listen when told him the correct color. I just went with it because I just wanted to get out of there. I'm the middle of the manicure, the nail tech walked outside to take a phone call (didn't say a word to me) and I had to ask the front desk to let me pay and leave. read more

I have been going to this place for years and in the beginning the service was great. But over the years the more they got busy The quality of service went down. I have easily invested thousands and thousands of dollars over the years on getting my nails done. And today it's the last straw. I already told myself that I wasn't going there anymore and I found a new Nail girl. I made an appointment today to do my nails they came out great she did not have time to squeeze me in a pedicure so I decide to come here. I just wanted a regular pedicure for $22 and was told that If I did regular polish as soon as they're done with my toes I have to immediately leave the building and i was not allowed to wait till they're dry, Instead I should get gel for $35 ..Also he let me know that if I mess up it's gonna be $10 to fix I was like OK but in my head I'm thinking that's crazy.So long and behold he sends me out with wet nails and obviously I smudged them. I also witnessed a lady who just got her four kids nails done I also witnessed a lady who just got her four kids nails done and one messed up and she was asking them to fix the one mess up and they were letting her know that she has to repay to fix it , She was very upset and said she's never coming back. now i have to go to another salon where I can have them re-polish my nails and I can sit and have my nails dry before I leave then pay them to fix it. You guys are going downhill and you guys need to Tighten up on customer service because you guys are not going to be in business much longer. The only thing I can say is some of the employees are really really nice, Never had a personal problem with the nail person themselves. Do you know how angry I must have been to write a review. Lazy Nail tech painted my toes with base coat and when I asked her why she pretended not to speak English but then on the other food she used the base coat but didnt not remove the polished right foot.. anyway I was also going to do my nails and eyes brows but waxing table was dirty and disgusting so I didnt. Went for a couple years & had a good experience until now. Manager begs you to pay cash and no longer accepts Amex. I think they spent too much on the move & are now cutting costs. IT SHOWS! Very energetic walking in. Aestheticly pleasing environment. The staff is on point, friendly, and has excellent team work flowing from helping one customer to the next. I did eyelashes that I was quoted $10 by receptionist and was given option for $15 or $20 by person conducting eyelash adhesion (not sure of credentials as none were posted in my eye's view. This wasn't too big a deal for me. The person that did my eyelashes and pedicure did not speak English well, which was kinda frustrating. Got nails done by owner. He is a star and made me feel like a sexy unicorn princess!! I feel important and walking out of here a new woman!! read more

The location looks decent it's updated chairs and tech. You can tell the technicians were rushing through there customers. It's not the first visit both visits I had the same experience. Even though I had a deluxe spa pedicure and my sister had a basic pedicure our pedicure began and ended at the same time. The masque didn't even set. The gentlemen must have forgotten I was getting the deluxe spa due to the technician constantly pointing at what was next. If I wasn't looking at home he would've half assed everything. He didn't cut cuticle he literally grazed over each toe until I pointed out all of the mistakes. When it came to the razor he must have never used one before because I literally have ridges on my feet and they hurt. I've never experienced pain from a pedicure and I'm not that young so I've had my share . After painting my toes and observing them they looked a bit bla he didn't paint my pinky toes one of them had polish on my toes rather than the nail so disappointed he cleaned it up a tad when I asked if I can dry in the chair he said no we have other customers . I may have saw 12 empty chairs and maybe one or two woman waiting up front for services. As I dried in the drying station of course I watched , that chair did not get used in remaining time frame I was there. Rude. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! They're very unprofessional. Worst nail techs! They rush your nails and the end work is crappy. Got a pedicure and it last all about 7 minutes and it was done. They didn't even shape my nails correctly. They don't care if they cut you all they say is "it hurt" and continue with their sloppy work. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back to another nail tech but I guess that's their standard for nail techs. If you're fine with rushed & mediocre work then you will like this place. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, they don't do good pedicure and my nails aren't done how I was expecting them to be I paid $70 FOR NO REASON. They take forever my first and LAST time ever going here, you guys need to clean up because it isn't safe none of you guys put on hand sanitizer before you started working on me.
