I've been going here for three years. Tiffany and Tammy were great! Unfortunately, they sold the salon to T and Gabby. The atmosphere is not welcoming, like it use to be. They are using cheap products, dipping powder which I do. Nails keep cracking. Would not recommend. It's a shame. read more

Horrible. Nails are suppose to be natural looking. Healthy. Pretty. Not thick, deformed and uneven. This use to be my favorite nail spot bcuz it's next to my gym. They have two men working who clearly don't know anything about nail work or art. They do a horrible job. I wasted time and left with my nails looking worst than when I walked in. The owners are great but I can't believe them knowing those two men don't know how to do nails and they continue allowing them to do nails. I had to soak my hands from the pain on my cuticles from the man cutting too much. My hands felt heavy from all the acrylic it's clear that he has no professional training. A few years ago, a podiatrist recommended this place to my husband, who has very deformed nails from birth. I decided to try it, too. I found out that the outcome will be determined according to who did the work. For sure if you have Tiffany, Tammy or Lee, you will leave the place very happy. If you have anybody else, I am very sorry. Therefore, call and make an appointment. I guess they have these not so good people for customers who show up out of the blue. If you have already got a bad manicurist/pedicurist, try again with one of the three ladies I have mentioned above. You will see I am right. read more

Ok. So everyone was very nice. But my nails looked better BEFORE I got them done here. Danny really screwed them up as you can see. And he was impatient with me as well. I had multiple coats of gel on my nails and he kept telling me it was acrylic. I know the difference. I've been going to the same guy at Toi Nail Spa in Coral Springs for over 2 years. I paid for the worst manicure I've ever had. And I even left, got in my car to leave and then had to go back into the salon because I couldn't believe how ugly they were. Another woman attempted to "fix" them but they were beyond repair. I went in with medium length nails and left with short, crooked, stubby nails. After 8! Coats of gel, they look like shit. I tried so hard to find something positive to say. I told the woman right off the bat that the machines they use to remove gel destroyed my nails but she didn't even use traditional tools to remove my dead skin around my fingernails and resorted to using nothing but electric tools. The dead skin remains on my fingernails and my nails are hurting right now from the electric tools. I don't think I could ever go back. Very nice people but clearly don't know how to do manicures. read more

I stopped in here with the hopes they can squeeze me in on a Saturday morning without an appointment. I needed a last minute mani for an event I was attending that evening. I get my hair done in the same plaza & the girls in my hair salon suggested I give them a try. Luckily they had an opening & Tammy took great care of me. She is so sweet! This is a simple no frills nail salon, but it was clean & they were busy for a Saturday morning. I just needed a quick mani and I was in and out within 25 minutes. They had a large selection of polishes, their prices were fair & I loved Tammy. She was friendly, funny & most importantly she did a fantastic job on my nails & I left very happy. I live in Delray so schlepping to Parkland for a mani isn't something I see myself doing, but I would definitely return if I was in the area. They were very nice to me & I appreciated them taking me without an appointment. Customer service is important to me & and they were great. I'm not sure if they accept credit cards or if there is a minimum, so call before you go. I tried to use my debit card but they said no & asked for cash. It's $47 for pedicure and a gel manicure, which is what I got today. Sometimes I just get one or the other. They're meticulous and never, ever rush. It's clean and comfortable. i don't get my nails done often but when i do, parkland nails has never ever failed me. i first started coming here as a senior in high school and i got homecoming nails done and they were absolutely beautiful!! so then i kept coming back. i've worked with christy, howard, and tammy, and they've all been so attentive and wonderful at what they do. todays visit was with tammy, and i brought a friend too who worked with a lady i've never had but who looked american. she kept conversation well. tammy and i exchanged few words but i don't mind at all. in addition, it was my first time with tammy and she recognized me from my previous visits even though they weren't with her. now THAT'S great customer service. i was actually quite disappointed with this visit, as much as i love this salon. i got a gel pedicure and within a day the color started fading, which was so weird because the polish was still covering my entire toenail; the color just started to disappear. very weird and has never happened before. and my friend got a gel manicure and her nails looked awful. her technician must be new or something, because she didn't even polish the entire nail and the work was splotchy and not smooth. the times i've worked with howard and christy have been absolutely phenomenal though, where i get acrylic nexgen manicures. each one has looked gorgeous. i don't know i guess the vibes were just off this most recent visit. still love this salon though, and i think they're very reasonably priced! read more

I have been going to parkland nails since they opened and never had an issue with the way they did my nails or made me feel comfortable until being under new management. Last night I went in to get a full set. A lady began to do them and after numerous times of me telling her they're too thin, uneven and not leveled to my nail in the cuticle area I asked for someone else to finish them. The manager Howard attempted to but my nails are still uneven, cuticles are torn up and acrylic stuck to my fingers, over my cuticles and under the nail. The salon it's self is set up nice still, the staff isn't as friendly as when Kathy ran it. I am truly disappointed and now have to find some where else to get my nails done properly. read more

Finally, a good pedicure. I've gone to so many places in the surrounding area and they all seem to rush through their work. Not this place. Each time I go, I'm remembered and greeted with warm smiles. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a decent color selection. I love that they are thorough with their pedicures, your toes are cleaned and trimmed and you get a great foot massage! The owner and technicians have fostered an atmosphere where everyone, clientele and techs, are chatting and laughing. They remember details about things we talked about in the past, but also let me just have a quiet experience if that's what I need that day. I truly look forward to the experience each time. This is the best nail salon around. I have been going to the owners for manicures and pedicures for more than 15 years. I used to drive over 35 minutes to them at their former salon because that's how amazing they are! I was so happy that they moved closer and opened this salon! But please note they took the salon over from different owners. So this guy Howard is a terrible nail tech ! Could not even do ombré. I show him a picture on my phone and all he can tell is " oh that's a lot of work,, too much work very hard " ended up doing basic nails ! Nothing to what I had for. I will never recommend anyone to this place and their tools are not disinfected. read more
