Did my nails today in prep for Valentines . Absolutely love the result!

Went to get my nails done for Valentines day. Showed Rosie the design for my nails and the result came out wonderful!

Smudged before i even walked 10 feet

Overview: Tech nice but terrible at her job. Place is old, cracked, and outdated. I will never return. I walked in after reading mostly positive reviews and lets just say I am sorely dissapointed. I asked for the mani pedi combo for 30. The chair I was walked to was cracked and old. The massage paddle was wrapped in what looked like thirty layers of masking tape. But still I went forth with hope. The tech was friendly and the cleaning and massage parts of the pedi were fine. However, when she started to paint my toes I noticed she wasnt getting the entire nail with the polish. I waited in hope that she would catch it on a second coat but she didnt. I then had to point out the nail polish that wasn't cleaned away from the skin on my toes. She laughed but obliged. When we went over to the manicure area. This is where my real anger and saddness took place. I noticed no sanitation solution anywhere. She did Not open a new pack of nail utensils like Im use to. Then she barely shaped my nails or buffed them hacking (and when I say hacking I mean I bled) away at my cuticles. She tried to act as though I wasn't bleeding until I straight forwardly lifted my bleeding finger. She simply smiled and said, "wash your hands." After scrubbing my hands with soap, I regrettably went back. I at this point was praying for a miracle. Im a shy person and didn't wanna cry in front of these people. As she started to paint my nails she started to laugh at whatever the other nail tech was saying. She was missing my nails with the polish. Missing spots and rushing through. Let me add the way in which I am to dry my nails between coats? A small dollar store fan. NO UV ANYWHERE. I again pointed out she was missing the entire nail and she only fixed one finger and walked me over to the "dry station," and you guessed it, more fans. I sat there for almost 15 mins hoping my nails were dry. I asked another tech for mine had left and started working on another client but she didnt speak english and kept nodding and giggling. I was so angry at this point trying not to cry. I asked the teenage receptionist if I could go. I paid AND tipped then left. Overall the worst experience I've ever had. If I were a louder person maybe I would of stopped and yelled mid manicure but instead I choose to let others know what went on at Ashley Nails.

Don't hesitate to try this nail salon out. Tan did an awesome job on my nails and toes. Ask for him.

This was on the 3rd day!! They all fell of as if I was wearing press on nails!!?!

I had my nails done this past Saturday with a guy named "Justin". At first everything was fine, he seemed nice and I was satisfied with my pedicure. Then he starts on my nails as I requested "Dip" but required tips to be added. So I noticed he was rushing and he proceeded to tell me it was his anniversary and that his wife was waiting for him to go to dinner. So then he of course he's rushing and as I'm looking at my nails I noticed that the tips he added were too small for my nails in the width aspect of it. So I figured he would fill it in with the Dip. But when he was done you could clearly notice the horrible job he did!!! Then on Monday night as I'm driving home from work I noticed one of my nails lose and long behold.... my nail falls off completely!!! I was so upset !!! So I called and told Rosie the owner that I wanted to come in and get my money back. So she said no, let me get someone else to fix. So I made an appointment for today BUT throughout my day more nails came lose and started coming off as if I was wearing press on nails!!!! Like really?? Now I'm pist !!! So I went in and asked for my money back as ALL of my nails fell off!! So Justin proceeds to tell me that he used the wrong product for the"Dip" and that he will do it correctly. I said No! I want my money back! Then he says, "I missed my Anniversary dinner to do your nails..." like really?!? How is that my problem??? Wtf?!? So I said " Well that's why my nails were horrible because you were in such a rush, plus your the nails specialist ..... so how can you used the wrong product!!" He clearly doesn't know what he's doing and shouldn't be doing nails! Thank God I got my money plus he threw the tip money I had given him back to me in a very rudely manner!! I will NEVER go back to this nails salon. Sadly Rosie, the owner, is very talented but this guy will drive all her customers away!! Hope she realizes this!

I love this place! The owner and staff treat you like family and give quality service. Always happy to accommodate special design requests! Definitely recommend!

This is the rush job I received. When I asked if I could get these removed. They were not happy to do more work.

They are very temperamental here. They do not like you to tell them anything about their work. They will do work the easy way instead of the right way. I will include photos of the rush gel tow polish and terrible manicure I received. First and last time. Never ever go back. He didn't not wrap my gel polish for removal but instead he filed them down which everyone knows leaves you with nothing but weak nails. The boss is more of a friend to them than their boss. I spend 67.00 here and it was a complete waste!

However, after my experience last night I may have to reconsider - after all, there are a ton of nail places out there. Anyway, an important part of my story is that I recently converted MH to pedicures - it took 10 years and was not easy! He really liked it the first time - I was very surprised and pleased. I think a big part of it was the hot water soak. However, the hot water was nowhere to be found when we went at 6pm yesterday. Getting a pedicure in cold water is tolerable but definitely NOT preferable. Evidently they had run out. Don't ask me how this is possible in a business where it's so important. When I brought this up to the receptionist (and de facto manager) she blew it off. Not very customer friendly - in fact a bit combative and challenging. Not to mention that we both had the shortest pedicures there - of all the people in the chairs, it seemed like we were in and out before any of them. Plus he decided to get a manicure too just to see what it was like. Once we got out I was shocked to see I could still push the cuticles down with my nails - after all, isn't that what a manicure is for? I hate to be nit-picky (no pun intended!) but honestly! I wanted to go back and remedy this but was overruled. I may go back, but it will be to talk to the regular manager. It's ok if you happen to be by and need services urgently - as long as it's not in the evening. Not unless you're a fan of soaking in cold water.

I went into this nail salon at around 6pm as I had an hour to wait to go home. I asked for a…read moreFrench manicure. The manicurist asked me if I wanted a pedicure. I asked how long it would all take and was told 45 minutes, so figured I would go for it. I was rather upset when she told me my fingernails were too long for a manicure (?!) and chopped half of them off, leaving me with about 1.5mm of nail on each finger. Then the water in the pedicure was cold. Not nice. Next the manicurist asked me if I wanted this cheese-grater type thing on my feet, I said no, she told me I needed it and used it anyway. Finally someone came in wanted a bikini wax, so she left me mid-pedicure and went off to do the waxing. Not impressed. On to the manicure. I noticed she pulled out this odd drying machine and I said, I want regular polish ok, nothing special. She tells me it is regular polish and that this is just to dry the nails. I realise as I am looking at the nail polish bottles that this is UV drying gel nail polish, not regular polish. I ask her how do I get this off and she says just with regular nail polish remover. I was not convinced. At the end of all that I did not give her a tip. It cost $55, which I was not expecting as it was advertised around $30 outside. She looked aggrieved that I did not leave a tip. I finally left at 7.30. Yes I was there 1.5 hours. I am now one hour into trying to remove this nail polish. It is a mess. After less than one week, it peeled up from the bottom of each nail. Peeling it off damages the nail. Trying to use nail polish remover, you have to scrape and scrape to get it off. This was the worst manicure and worst service I have ever come across. I do not recommend this salon.

I arrived a few minutes early but the timing was just right because she ran the hot water in the foot spa for me while finishing her other client. I love to sit & soak while getting my shiatsu massage. The salon was clean and tidy as usual, and, they added a new drying station. As I was drying my toes, a rainstorm hit us hard in that area. I don't know how much, but in a 20 to 30-minute window of time, the parking lot quickly flood. All of a sudden, the owner surprised me with a golf-size umbrella and offered to walk me to my car.
