Quinn makes you feel comfortable right away, and actually listens to what you want. As far as nails go, she is so detailed and gentle. I've been coming here for almost 4 years and have always had great experiences, which makes this…read moreespecially disappointing. Today I came in for both nails and a pedicure. My nails turned out great with my usual technician Tom but my pedicure was a completely different experience. The technician Brady had a bad attitude almost like he was annoyed he had to do my pedicure with a shitty attitude the entire time....he did not clean under my toenails, did not trim my cuticles, my nails were all uneven with white polish all over my toes. He was also on the phone during my appointment which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. When I brought this to the manager (Sarah), the focus was only on the polish color "looking fine," instead of addressing the quality of the actual pedicure. Please find pictures attached!! I was offered a redo, but after already being there for a long time, 4pm u til 6pm I was unable to stay & ready to go at that point Despite the poor service, I was still charged $40 for the gel polish and French because I was "leaving with their product on my toes" After being a loyal client for years, that was really disappointing. A pedicure is more than just polish--it's the FULL service--and unfortunately that standard was not met today. Sadly, this experience and the way Sarah handled it has made me decide not to return. All she cares about is money and not the customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere

I have been to this salon several times before, but unfortunately this visit was a very…read moredisappointing experience. Both my friend and I felt like our services were rushed. During my manicure and pedicure, I was cut several times around my fingers and toes, leaving me with multiple small cuts that bled. My friend was also cut several times by the technician because they were rushing. On top of that, the quality of both the manicure and pedicure was below expectations. The nail shaping and cuticle work were sloppy, and the overall results did not reflect the price we paid. I've included photos of the cuts because they show what happened. I understand that mistakes can happen, but rushing clients to the point of causing injuries is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this salon.

The pedicure started off good but as soon as it was time to start my nails... I was passed off half way through them because another client came in. I wanted coffin style black french tip but the lines were totally uneven so I asked if it could be changed to the black and red cat eye. The guy doing the tips threw the ring of nails on the table and started yelling in mandarin. So the original women finished them but used the wrong color and didn't shape them correctly. These are not coffin style nails, there are bubbles in the nails and the nail dip is uneven.
