I did my first manicure a couple months ago with Vita and she has been doing my nails ever since. She takes her time, she is very precise with my cuticles and nails and overall she does a fantastic job. She is one of the best nail techs I've ever had. The service takes about 1.5-2 hours and it can be a little expensive but honestly you are paying for the quality and top tier service. I highly recommend coming here. My nails turned out great with my usual technician Tom but my pedicure was a completely different experience. The technician Brady had a bad attitude almost like he was annoyed he had to do my pedicure with a shitty attitude the entire time....he did not clean under my toenails, did not trim my cuticles, my nails were all uneven with white polish all over my toes. He was also on the phone during my appointment which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. When I brought this to the manager (Sarah), the focus was only on the polish color "looking fine," instead of addressing the quality of the actual pedicure. Please find pictures attached!! I was offered a redo, but after already being there for a long time, 4pm u til 6pm I was unable to stay & ready to go at that point Despite the poor service, I was still charged $40 for the gel polish and French because I was "leaving with their product on my toes" After being a loyal client for years, that was really disappointing. During my manicure and pedicure, I was cut several times around my fingers and toes, leaving me with multiple small cuts that bled. My friend was also cut several times by the technician because they were rushing. On top of that, the quality of both the manicure and pedicure was below expectations. The nail shaping and cuticle work were sloppy, and the overall results did not reflect the price we paid. I've included photos of the cuts because they show what happened. I understand that mistakes can happen, but rushing clients to the point of causing injuries is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this salon.

I wanted coffin style black french tip but the lines were totally uneven so I asked if it could be changed to the black and red cat eye. The guy doing the tips threw the ring of nails on the table and started yelling in mandarin. So the original women finished them but used the wrong color and didn't shape them correctly. These are not coffin style nails, there are bubbles in the nails and the nail dip is uneven. I wish I hadn't gone here because they didn't even apologize for the guys scary behavior and they aren't what I asked for!
