Decided to get my feet done today , the original place I was going to try was by appointment and the pedicure person had already left for the day (Sunday at 2:30pm) so I decided to try out Lee Nails and glad I didn't let the negative reviews steer me away. Once I arrived, I was greeted promptly. It wasn't too busy so my wait for pedicure wasn't too long at all. Sheila took her time and was very gentle. Salon was very clean and welcoming . Prices were also very reasonable, cheaper than most places in the area so those complaining about the prices are clearly cheap as heck and want services done basically for free lol.. anywho, definitely will be coming back to Lee's . Don't allow the negative reviews to steer you from any place, try them out for yourselves and form your own opinions. read more

I am so tired of the scam artist nail salons. I asked repeatedly what the cost for the pedicure was regular pedicure and she told me $60 +15 for the gel. I also asked for a Nail soak off. When I tried to get up from the pedicure chair to go look at the menu, they said no no this is the price. At the end when it's time to pay it's $90 because of course there was a more basic pedicure, but they only charged me for the expensive one. I wanted a $35 pedicure plus gel and also on the menu it says the soak off was $12 but then I was told oh it's only $12 if you're getting a new set. It's unfortunate that they are scam artist because I actually did get a nice pedicure from a nice man. read more

I heard Lee's used to be better. They will definitely get the job done and you don't need an appointment which is great but there is the possibility that you will be waiting around. John is AWESOME! Super Sweet and Kind! But, don't tell anyone because he will be so busy I'll never get an appointment! LOL The salon had a makeover before Christmas. Freshly painted, new flooring, new chairs that are very comfortable. Everything is clean and fresh! John does a fantastic job on my nails. Acrylic with Metallic Silver and Gold. It looks terrific. I get compliments every where I go! They are conversation starters! Everyone loves them and especially me! I get a pedicure and it's the best around because she knows exactly what I want and need. My pinky toe needs TLC and she provides it. I am super pleased with her (I don't have her name right now but) I've been going here for around 6 months and I have always been thrilled with her work and John. Terrible Terrible place.no courtesy had an appointment which I was on time, was told he John running behind 30 min, I made new appointment for this morning at 11am, which again John is running behind, he refused to give me ETA. Always a pleasure sitting in Kim's chair a one of a kind experience, the entire staff is warm, kind and courteous, atmosphere is clean and relaxing. once My feet hit the warmth of the water and Kim starts the rhythm of the chair I can feel all my muscles relax and I allow her to do her routine. Please forgive me Kim for falling asleep you are so good at what you do, you never disappoint me. I went in on a Thursday for a full set with gel polish and gel polish on my toes and by the next day my full set was lifting. By it lifting it can cause fungus once moisture and air can reach inside. Also on my toes on one foot it's glossy on the other one the did not put clear gel topcoat. I call the next day to inform them and told me that I have to come in for them to fix it because they don't do reimbursement. I left work at 6:00 but did not make it in time for the person that does acrylic. They said I could go in the next being Saturday at 3:30. when I got there all he did was drill down the part that was lifting and topped it with a clear gel coat. That is not fixing it. And now my nails look worse than when I got there. The manager was so rude and told me that the guy that was fixing my nails is going to attend other clients and that o will have to wait until he's done with the client he just started. Meaning I will have to wait another hour. I told him You told me to come at this time. I don't need to wait and he was so rude to me and told me no that he is going to do it. He embarrassed me and talked down to me. I deserve good service because this is hard earned money and valuable time I wasted. I have 5 stars for Diana. Nails are perfect, strong and lasts for weeks. People are nice and prices reasonable. I do not recommend Kevin. My fills have felt brittle and in my last experience my nail chipped on day 2, gel polish peeled, and my set was off in just over a week. It's pricy to pay for a set that doesn't last even 2 weeks. read more

As soon I entered the staff was not so attentive and welcoming. This particular area is surrounded by retirees and elderly so I feel the younger age groups aren't really their concern. I was provided with a lady nail tech who was very very rushed and not nice to say the least. No hello , no eye contact , rushing , grabbing my hand roughly while doing my nails. I elected to pay with my debit card and she repeatedly asked me for cash for a tip. I stated I would do it on my debit card and she the asked two more times for cash. This made a not so good time go to worst. If I elect to pay a certain way , do not beg for a tip in cash it not documented on the door that tips should be cash only. It was just her preference. Overall I will not be returning I left unhappy and my nails outcome is even worst. read more

Tim is the go to guy & Lee. Tim is my 1st choice. He is a perfectionist and makes the nails look like they fit your hand, like they are yours. From the manager to the "Owner" this place is garbage. A poor job over all. The nail teach which yelled at me stating she was the manager of the facility burned me and kept going after being told to stop. She decided she would pick the color I wanted and not file my nails to the same length ? The ladies around me waiting agreed she did a horrible job on my nails along with them stating this same nail tech messed up her daughters nails as well. Disappointed! John, thr manager I suppose was the only one welcoming. I got Tim, which was not bad but no hello, no talking at all, that's ok. I wanted to get a decoration I saw on a girl from a review of this salon but only one nail tech could do it and I was willing to wait but Tim had no concern with that happening bc he said she had someone waiting which I did not see. I've been coming here for years. John is the best tech for acrylics, he is a perfectionist! reasonable prices and you can be in and out quickly. They take walk-in's and appointments, but depending on who you get on the phone it can sometimes be challenging to make appt. with communication barrier. What the place lacks in decor and amenities it makes up for with good reliable service at reasonable prices. The crowd is mostly King's Point 65+ seniors. read more

Very close to my home .. all techs are great, fast.. The ting that i don;t like is that they are ALWAYS pushing for NEW SETS.. telling me they r lifting & if not replaced going to get a fungus.... I have had fills for??? 30 yrs already... and i have NEVER encountered this!!! & it is ALWAYS the same story when i go there....& my nails do NOT hurt or lift at all.. soooo,even though they all do a GREAT & FAST job.. I think they just tell everyone the same thing for the $$$$ & I DO NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL!!! Taking advantage of people is just WRONG.. SOOO WRONG & I do NOT appreciate that at all!!! The techs are OK... they do not engage in any conversation.. like pulling teeth.. But, as i said.. They are close to home, they are somewhat reasonable, especially if they do NOT start that song and dance with replacing your nails.. like every single time..and telling you that u need anew set every 2 months.. that is crazy!!!
