They responded to my previous review almost immediately. I came in once again and Miss Sammy and Miss Mei, took the time to redo my nails and apologize for it. I'm very much in love with my new set. Thank you Ladies!
So it was my first time going and I had a pedicure $45 with gel polish $12. The pedicure was ok not the best scrubbing for callus removal but ok and the 10 minute massage was good. I think the chairs are supper uncomfortable its kinda hard to relax in them and awkward to rest your feet in the bowel. ( Not massage chairs ) The gel really doesn't look how I usually get I think its just to thin or something. I still have alot of cuticle the corners of my toes. They are very nice and clean but I just dont thinknits the spot for me...
Super cute and CLEAN spot! RealLy enjoyed my service here! I'm very picky about my nail shape and whether or not a place is clean. I'd rather not get my nails done if I've read reviews about people getting infections, dirty tools, and so on. This salon was very very clean and new. When they give you a pedicure they put a new plastic lining on the bowl and come out with tools that are sealed in a plastic bag that they open in front of you. A great thing about this place is the nail bar they have! When you are sitting to get your nails done they have a spot for your feet to rest that has a fan to dry your toes if you had them done. It's such a small touch but makes a giant difference! It's so frustrating paying to get your toes painted and then walking out with them half way dry and smudging them. The design of this salon is very cute and simplistic. It doesn't smell horribly of acetone and acrylic. Their vents work well which is nice when you're there for an hour or so and don't have a headache. The person who did my nails, Sammie (or Sammy) did an excellent job and made my nails look great! Very happy with the service! They had lots of color options to choose from and great service

Pretty great experience! May was really nice I enjoyed her company ! Would visit again gel nail was so fun to do! I would love to do something different next time! Thank you for a fun time!!! I appreciate it
Well it pains me to do this because I thought I had found "my" place but after my appointment on Wednesday I will not be going back. I always arrived early for my appts, and would get a pedicure and gel manicure every 3weeks. I've been going to this location for almost a year and a half. Since I've been going, I noticed Sammy and May have gotten less friendly. Not sure if they've taken on too much and can't handle the clientele or what but their attitudes and demeanors have changed. They are short and always seem to have an attitude with everything. The only thing I EVER asked was for my toe nails and nails on my hato be short and even and my nails, to not have polish bubbles, not too much, or maybe it was. Wednesday when I went I noticed, before they were complete, that I had two black bubbles on one of my nails. May insisted she could not see them so I pointed them out to her. There was no way she didn't see them, they were apparent visible black dots and I was doing a French manicure. I simply asked her to take the bubbles out and she got very irritated. I asked her if she was getting frustrated with me and she didn't answer. Lol, like really, awkward. Sammy then said something to May I didn't understand, rude..... I know it was something about me. Then when I pay, May tried to up charge me. She told me $74 when I know it should have only been $70. When I said something about it she then said oh yea it's $70. So when I'm leaving and tell May thank you she didn't say a word back and walked off, I was baffled. I've never been nothing but nice and the way I was treated Wednesday was so uncomfortable. No one even said bye when I was leaving. I'm sorry I'm paying $70+ a $10 tip and have certain standards. I honestly feel they are overwhelmed and May does not seem happy anymore. It's sad. She also cut my mom horribly last time-maybe she needs to take some time off and reevaluate her line of work if she is not happy there. They also have some really nasty clients, they come in with their dogs, talking loud, ordering them around, dogs barking at other clients and Sammy caters to those people, it's weird-maybe they tip better than I do???? Either way I would try to find a more patient and kind nail salon, but these two will be nice at first and before you know it you'll be looking for a new salon.
I could not disagree more with the first review. My pedicure and dip powder manicure lasted for 3 weeks and looked great. May, Alin, the rest of the staff, the owner and the salon are all WONDERFUL. The spa itself is gorgeous and very clean. The owner is incredibly friendly and the staff are all very professional and courteous. I have been here several times since their opening and have had a lovely relaxing time on each visit! They have certainly made a long time customer out of me and they certainly know what they are doing. Not to mention all of the specials on pricing they offer! They truly work hard and go the extra mile to make their clients happy and deserve to be recognized for that. Thanks for the great service!

I truly love this nail salon! Making an appointment has never been an issue and all of the staff is friendly and polite. Most importantly, the salon is by far the cleanest I have been to! Coming here is just always a treat! I have done many dip colors and have not had any issues with peeling, lifting or breaking- they do a fantastic job! read more

Tried this place for the first time and May was my nail tech. She took 2 1/2 hours to do a pedicure and dip powder service. Ugh. The next day the top coat on my finger nails started to peel off. After a week, my nails were lifting so bad they were getting caught on everything. I've been getting dip powder for years and never had them chip or peel. Always get at least 3 weeks or more from a dip powder nail service. My pedicure polish started to chip off. A week later, I had to get a new pedicure and dip powder nail service at my regular salon because was afraid of an infection with the nails lifting so bad. Don't fall for the 20% discount. It's not worth an infection and waste of time. This salon does not know what they are doing. read more
