My friend started coming here and her eyebrows look phenomenal, so I figured I would step out of my comfort zone and give it a shot. WOW. I am so shocked I will never get them waxed again. The…read moreregular price for an eyebrow wax is $22 (which I think is super high), but was willing to try it out for the $11. I made my appointment online, and the process was really easy. I was able to get in the same day, and even though I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, I was seen right away after filling out the forms. I was initially impressed with the location. It was clean, well-lit, and the staff was very friendly. I was taken back to one of the rooms, and my esthetician let me know the process. I liked that they use the self removing wax, meaning there were no strips of cloth used to take off the wax. I have sensitive skin, so I usually fair way better with this system. After the wax was done, I wasn't super happy with the results. She missed a lot of the hair on the top of my brow, and she colored them (didn't know that was a part of) way too dark. After leaving, I noticed that the front desk lady did not give me the 50% discount. I called the location, and the manager was able to refund me my money over the phone. Overall, wasn't too impressed with this place, and won't be back to pay full price.
