I've been coming to Amazing Lash for over 2 years now. Pretty much everyone is really good. I do the Volume Lashes & the look natural but like I have on really good mascara. I request to cancel my membership before it was due in June they didn't cancel it I call and text in July and was finally canceled. Today I called and spoke with daisy and she stated I was not charged in June and only had 2 credits. I stated I should have more bc I was charged 3 times and she said no I was only charged twice. May and July. Lashes fell out within the first week. This is the BEST lash studio I've been to. I've been getting my lashes done for a few years and i used to have issues with them falling off. This was my first time getting lash extensions. The technician was very nice. They did look pretty sparse when she finished. Especially my right. I followed all instructions thoroughly and even bought their eyeliner to ensure no issues with makeup but they've been coming out like crazy and look even more sparse than when I left the studio. I don't think the right eye was done properly. I'm on a trip and have heard a few comments about them already. Embarrassing. I was recommended here but I'll be checking out other places instead. I came back four more times and had someone new because Daisy wasn't available. One girl took more off than she put in and I left with less than I came in with. Another time there was only a master? available who charged $15 more for speed but shaved off 20 minutes. I'm still puzzled about how they do the math but the Master told them to charge me for a mini bc she didn't have enough time. The manager charged me for the full fill bc she couldn't leave my "prepaid" amount with any credit so she charged me for extra time I didn't receive. I had to cancel my membership on principle of getting ripped off twice but I had to pay for another month so when Daisy was available it was past a month so I paid extra for a full. I've been a member for several months and had many bad experiences with my lashes, specially the last 2 times. They use the worst quality lashes that start falling out the same day as the fill. By the time I go to my next appointment, which is every 2 weeks exactly, I barely have any lashes left, and I pay an extra $25 each time for volume, which seems completely pointless. The techs are good, just the quality of the products aren't, so it's like throwing your money away. I left messages for the manager and the owner to call me, but they chose not to. I finally texted the owner asking for a refund for one month's membership and two times worth of the volume payment. She refused, hence the bad review, because that just isn't business smart. Apparently a lot of customers have complained about their lashes falling out because of the poor quality that they purchase. I rarely leave reviews anywhere, but this one is very deserving. Hate to have to knock down this review, but I'm getting these lashes removed. It's been a week and they're ungodly uncomfortable. They're starting to clump together and look horrendous and point down. I would get a picture but I can't get my phone to focus correctly. They looked amazing when I first got them done. I got the natural set which had fewer lashes applied-so there are fewer and they are more spread out. Naturally there is more space than a denser set so they will clump but I wanted to get more longevity than a week out of these. I followed the care instructions to a T and my eye hygiene is on point. The mink is way more expensive but "more comfortable" but still requires mascara apparently? That's against the point of getting these in my opinion. I still recommend the salon and staff if you are a seasoned vet with lashes, but if you're not experienced with them like me-I don't really recommend them (as an eyecare professional) I can already tell a good amount of my natural lashes are getting ripped out at the base. I will find somewhere that can tint blonde lashes safely as that's a lot less maintenance and more comfortable and has less damage potential. I have a wedding Memorial Day weekend and I Was referred by my sister to amazing lash and it was my first time getting these type of lashes put on I wasn't sure what to expect so I filled out the routine paper work and was sent to my service room. I had a lovely girl named Ali, she went over sizes and the look I wanted she really took her time with me and we connected well. I hated the eye pad part where they stick a aloe Vera pad super close to your under eyes so the bottom lashes don't get glued to the top, but she did it pretty quick and we moved on.. The procedure itself was pretty easy it didn't hurt, it almost tickled, my eyes watered a bit but she blew a refreshing fan over my eyes to calm them down. The look itself is amazing! The results came out how I imagined them to and she insisted on keeping up with the eye care to keep them nice. 2 hours later and I love what I got for 80.00 for a first time client. read more

I am very dissatisfied about how unprofessional the business is. In between the 2 appointment that I had, I was told to reschedule 3 times. All 3 times are last minute notification. I don't wait around to have my lash done. There is NO respect of my time from this business. For my patch test, I had initial appointment 5:30, then front desk called me around 3 say the person had a personal emergency, push me to 7:15. Then around 6 call me again and say oh you can come any time now. I flat out told her I am keeping the time and I am not happy. The front desk lady is rude. Today my appointment for a full set is 10:10, at 9:20, the front desk called and told me again the person is having emergency and we don't have anyone for you. We need to reschedule you next week. I am not going back to this place because who knows how many more time I need to reschedule. There are many other choices in the area who would appreciate my time and business! read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND STAY AWAY. 1) I scheduled an appointment and all they had was a master stylist, which means automatically as a new customer you're paying $110 instead of the published $80. Ok, fine...apparently, the master stylist was supposed to do it "quicker and better", which is a bit concerning about what that says about the "non-master" technicians. 2) I came in and was taken into the room. There was no prices published or information, and they promised to get that to me. It seems that you don't really find out what it really costs until you're laying on the table getting your eyelashes done. Feels like a rip-off. 3) The technician was rude and distant and seemed to be annoyed with any questions or comments, unless it came to try to upsell me the membership. There was certainly no pleasantries you expect from a technician or a beauty salon professional. 4) The table I was on was probably the most uncomfortable table I have ever been on in my life, which you have to lay on for the next 75 minutes. The little pillow they give you crams your neck, so much so that my scalp and neck was going numb and in extreme pain at one point. I told the technician this.....Her reply "Well, I've only got so much time and I CANNOT go over, so you better stop moving". WHAT??? 5) There is a fitness studio next door, and there is an incredibly loud banging / music going on the whole time....I mentioned to the styling how loud this was. She said "most of my clients have small children and they don't mind"....Again...What??? No empathy whatsoever. When I talked about this on my way out at the front desk they seem to be very aware of the fact that this is disturbing and mentioned that they do have rooms on the other side of the building. My question is, if you KNOW that's a problem, why on Earth do you not put people on the other side to begin with. Wouldn't that be a better experience for the customer? The tech did tell me about the membership, telling me that the refills take about 45 or 30 minutes but cost exactly the same $110 every time, only last two weeks and that I can alternatively get a membership for $59 for every fill = $120 a month. Not worth it. 6) I'm pretty sure the technician did not use the entire time she "was allowed" to spend with me...my appointment was at 11, and by 12:15 I was already home. When I was finished, she did not say a word, and just sat there cleaning up. There was masking tape and junk IN MY HAIR which she did not seem to care about, and I had to pull out myself. When I asked her if I was done or if should go out, she then walked me out to the door to try to sell me some more tools with a pissed off look on her face. NO THANK YOU! I at this point told the front desk that I am NEVER coming back for the above reasons. I decided to write this off as a lesson learned and move on . It has been all of one day since I got these done and I just looked in the mirror a bit more closely at them. 1) my eyes are not even and the right lashes look different than the left 2) the inside of my eye does not have very many lashes and it appears that she didn't really pay attention and 3) several of them had already fallen off, which is faulty technique, and not my eyelash growing cycle (no, my eyelashes don't grow that fast, I wouldn't be getting extensions). There's a million hidden fees don't waste your time or energy committing to a plan here. I initially came in for a full set with the intention of becoming a member. I was told that next time I came I only had to pay the $55 for a fill. For my full set I only paid $80 and told them I wanted to be a member and confirmed that next time all I would have to have is the $59. Today two weeks later I came it (also eyelashes look terrible after 2 weeks compared to other places I've been) and was told that I'm not a member yet so I have to pay the $79 non member fill rate plus there's a new member activation fee of $45 plus $20 because all they have is the master stylist. So my eyelash fill would cost more than the full set! All this after driving an hour from Ft Lauderdale to Boca. Needless to say they won't be getting my monthly business. Find a place that is upfront with pricing and doesn't have a million hidden costs. read more

This company is nothing short than a rip off. During covid they were suppose to freeze account. They did not. I called and they said they called 30 days ago and left a voicemail stating i would be charged. I never received the voicemail. Customer service is horrible , they refuse to refund . Calling my bank and the better business bureau. Buyer beware! Dont waste your money. I have 2 months over $200 sitting in there account that i will never use. Per there response, thats all they could say was I am very sorry! I also tried speaking to management and her response was you will always have credit on your account it does not expire (no kidding my money for service not rendered) when i stated I will not be returning she stated i could gift my credit to someone else. There communication was horrible for if there was any I would have definately made sure I cancelled or remained on freeze. (Who wants to spend $110 when your not using due to covid) . I have mixed feeling about this location. The first lash tech I saw I left with less lashes then I came in with... I told the front desk I like very thick and I have an open schedule please schedule with someone who can accommodate this. I showed her a picture of MY last refill I received at a different location and asked for the same thing. I told her sizes and everything to help her. It looked nothing like what I asked for. I walked out unhappy it turned into a big thing with the manager who could use some coaching on customer service. In the end I had them redone but it was a hassle to get the manger to do it. I tried a new stylist I do have to say they held up very well!!! It wasn't the best refill I have had with amazing lash it was average. All of the lash techs were professional. I continued to come in for refills all very average. On one visit I was running late and after the manager wasn't very customer service oriented I was worried I would be charged for missing my appointment by running late. To my SURPRISE when I called to say I'm still 5 min away pushing me past the time they can take me they offered to reschedule me for a later time that same day without charge. Disappointing customer service at the front desk. If you call to make an appointment when it's busy they cannot multitask therefore be prepared to either wait on hold indefinitely &/or hung up on. Additionally speaking with a manager doesn't help as they are unaware of the front desk issues. They basically say the training was provided but if it's not followed what can they do....? I have been a member for over a year now and this review has long been overdue. I have tried this location, Delray Beach, and two in California and this location is by far the best one! The service is amazing, everyone is so helpful and welcoming from the front desk, management, to all the lash technicians. Not to mention the location always smells so deliciously clean and the music is perfect and you automatically feel like you're at the spa. At the beginning I would always have a different lash technician do my lashes because they're all honestly that good. But then one day I was lucky enough to have Keena (not sure if that's how you spell it) and became even more obsessed with my lashes!! She's the best! I have moved to CA and I have yet to find a lash technician who's as good as her. I recommend this place to all of my Boca girlfriends. Although it was very difficult to make an appointment due to the high customer volume, the young lady who helped me out on the phone was very sweet and informative. Was billed the very next day after I cancelled. Was also billed again in July but didn't notice on my cc statement. Was billed again in January&in February. I finally caught what was happening and contacted them. After 3 calls to the Amazing Lash headquarters I finally got a call from this location to basically tell me Sorry not Sorry we are keeping your money. I've been going back to the studio for several months now. And haven't had an issue up until now, I ended up getting a 6D full set gorgeous with supposedly the longest length. For starters I think the length is messed up because my lashes are usually longer and fuller ...However the more concerning issue is I have quite a bit of glue that looks like it's on my actual eyelid which concerns me. First off my entire appointment my eyes are burning I am most had to interject a time or two to but try to grin and bear it. I've never felt burning unless I open my eyes after the session so I'm not sure what was being done glue. After coming home and looking further it looks like several lashes are just glued on to my lid itself ... I've never seen it attached to the lid before but I can't imagine it being normal . read more

I've been to all locations in south florida, the one in Boca Raton is by far the worst! I decided to give this location multiple attempts, every time it gets worse and worse. Yesterday topped it off, left with the opposite look I was going for, lashes were glued so close to lash line it is painful and itchy! I got pinched by the tech multiple times. I said, why should I have to wait when I have an appointment at one that I pre-book a month out? I am shocked how the owner talked to her customer. I felt like she accused me of wedging myself in to get my lashes done on a Saturday. In disbelief with her rudeness and adamant that I do not have an appointment, she then asked the stylist and it turned out that the stylist confused me with someone else and changed my appointment! It was the stylist's mistake! Without apologies, I addressed that she should have asked the stylist earlier than to argue with me with my appointment. I pointed out that how she handled it was unprofessional and she had this attitude look on her face and she end the conversation with me still sitting in the lobby waiting to go in for the delayed appointment- "If you are not happy with it, you can go elsewhere." I recently moved here from Texas- I am not a local and I drove 45 minutes to be here from Jupiter because I have a membership. I've been here since the original FOUNDER in Houston, 5+ years and I stuck with this location because it was easier to keep the membership since it was transferred over to this one and ONLY location in Florida. I am now aware that not all salons are of same quality of customer service . But to get this terrible attitude from the owner, it is appalling. Unfortunately, the other salon by Amazing Lash will be opening at new location closer to my home but by the same rude little girl. After I finished the session with the stylist, I talked to her husband who came in for the second shift. I had told him I left an unpleasant review for them while his wife went on the rant. He apologized and said, "she's a woman, and women are emotional." Like that was a reason for her rudeness, he continued to try to justify her by saying, she must have been cranky, stressed and she worked a lot. They also said Boca clients are very difficult and unbearable and that was why she was cranky. Really? Again, how unprofessional now from the other owner. We spoke like adults between stylist, owner, Joey and myself - and I even left feeling ok and felt ok giving the place another chance, even though while I was waiting to go in, Desiree was chatting with a client behind me being super forcefully friendly and asking superficial questions. That to me was not "cranky" and she chose to be blatantly rude to me when it was the salon's mistake. So here's the UPDATE: After I posted the review, Joey the manager calls five days later and left s message, "I'm calling in regard to the situation, I went out of my way to apologize but you left the Yelp review, disrespecting my wife, so you're not welcome here anymore, I went ahead and canceled all your appointments. First off the monthly rate can't be beat. $59.99 for a monthly fill -if I'm particularly cautious I can squeak by with a fill every three weeks. Rosie is awesome as is Lauren. I've been to a ton of lash studios in my time and have to say Amazing Lash provides great bang for your buck as well as great customer service and the end result looks fabulous (most importantly!)
