Excellent nail studio. After leaving my usual nail studio because the ridiculous spike in their prices I decided to look for another studio that I could go to from my office. I found Wow studio and decided to give them a try. The services are great, prices are reasonable and it's very clean . The ladies are very nice especially Idania. Great services!! They also have eye brow wax, eye brow microblading and more. Very professional and well run. read more

Had an unpleasant experience I came with two friends to get 3 pedicures and 2 gel manicures (because on Tuesday's they have a $50 deal for 2 gel manicures, upgrades are extra, restrictions apply). A couple hours prior to my appointment i was told one of the pedicures would have to be canceled because the person who was going to do it got sick. I am a very understanding person and said "that's totally ok! I understand" even though i had made my appointment a whole month prior bc i really wanted my nails professionally done for an specific date. The girls that work there are super sweet, but they do lack a bit of professionalism, which I blame the management for it. After getting my nails done, and paying (which she told me the deal was now $55 after getting our nails done) and exiting the building, the owner followed me outside to tell me they used a different gel on my nails which meant that the deal did not apply so I would have to go back inside and pay the difference. No one told me the deal would not be applied if used the different gel prior to doing my nails. No one cared to mentioned that that wouldn't count as an upgrade. I had already paid over $150 ($132+tips) and she charged me an extra $27 bc of the product they used and inform me it didn't participate of the deal. I felt lied to and taken advantage of. This was only my second time going there and I truly wanted to become a regular client, but it seems to me that the owner would rather get that extra $27 than to keep a prospect client happy. Unfortunately I won't be recommending this place to anyone. read more

Also, they're always finding the newest and innovative techniques for nail care and all of the other services they provide. On this past visit I decided to try their newest innovative system called luminary. This allows your nails to remain strong and last even longer than traditional manicures. Since I've been coming to salon I've had the pleasure of working with nearly all their staff and this time around my nail tech was Julieth and she was super friendly and made sure I was pleased with my results. She also made suggestions on colors I can use to compliment my final look. I went and now I know why the 5 star ratings are across the board. When you pull up, you think it's way smaller than what it is but then you get inside and WOW!! Great waiting area, friendly staff to welcome you (Hi Luisa!!). They are organized, on point and extremely welcoming. I wanted to inquire about microblading and the owner, Dey, came right over and did a consult on the spot. She explained the differences between all eyebrow services and made an educated recommendation for next steps. Once that consult was over, I had the lovely Julieth, aka Picasso, welcome me over for a pedicure. She was kind, professional and most certainly knew was she was doing. I had a case of ingrown nails on my big toe and Picasso Julieth turned into Dr Julieth as she gently but fiercely worked those cutters as if she was a surgeon in the OR. The conversation was great and the ambiance is friendly, fun and just a great all around vibe. I have most certainly found my new spot- so much do that I've already made a follow up appt for me AND my husband and have recommended my mom for microblading as well. Went in for a dip mani and spa pedicure. Julieth did a great job cleaning up my feet. Living in South Florida I spend a ton of my day on my feet and I wear slides most of the time. My feet take a beating but Julieth cleaned, massaged and polished them and they look and feel great. While Julieth worked on my toes, Ruth worked on my hands. I love that you are able to have both done at the same time if the staff are available at Wow Studio! Wow... for Wow Studio Being new to Boca, I tried several nail salons before finding my new go to... Wow Studio is spacious, clean, friendly and appears to be very well managed by Dey. Fran is my go-to girl for gel manicures and pedicures. She often has one of the other ladies do my pedicure at the same time, so it makes the appointment way more efficient. I don't think you could go wrong with any of the nail ladies at Wow Studio, they have all done a very good job. Fran also now does IPL laser hair removal for me. I've had laser hair removal in the past that was very painful and that did not work very well. Wow's IPL laser is completely the opposite! I was hopeful but not convinced it would work, since it was not painful like before, but it is absolutely working, no more hair!!! 5 star deserving studio and salon. I made my appt online a few weeks ago and walked in today and was seen on time. The owner, Dey, quickly greeted me and made sure I knew that I would be seen ASAP. Nicole was my nail tech. My first service was a full face wax. Nicole was clean, professional, and quick. My eyebrows and skin look incredible!!! Then Nicole walked me over to her nail station and she asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. I showed her my reference pictures and she immediately figured out how she was going to style each of my nails. She went to the back to get her tools and came back with stickers!!!! She went above and beyond with my design and I can't say enough good things about it. Basically the whole time I was in the chair I was sitting there in awe. Quaint, female owned and operated! Very cute boutique salon specializing in natural nails. The owner is sweet, serviceable and very hands-on. You can tell she takes care of her staff and her customers. The staff is all super friendly and they work hard and don't waste your time when you're there. They are on time, clean and all have great attitudes. I have seen multiple techs and they are all good enough that you can see anyone but I always have a fave and mine is Nicole. So so so glad I found The Wow Studio!! I just moved from Virginia to Florida and was anxious to find a good nail salon....the really good ones are really few and far between....I just happened to see their posts on Instagram and decided to check them out...now they've been the only place I go for the last 7 months! Now I finally have eyebrows!! Deyline does an amazing job at microblading...I had wanted to do it for years but was afraid of bad results but after seeing her work I knew she would do a good job. She walks you through the entire process and never rushes. She even included a 3rd touch up when my left brow needed some extra work (my fault- I didn't follow the after care instructions completely the 1st session) And for nails Fran is amazing....I move back to VA soon and am SO bummed she can't come with me, I've NEVER had my gel mani last as long as her work. The first time she did my nails my gel mani lasted 3 weeks!!! I have soft brittle nails and work in health care so that's unheard of for me, at best I usually get like 10 days....her work at least doubles my polish time. I love the studio it's so fresh and bright...and always very clean. I'm sad I won't be in FL longer to see The Wow Studio cont to grow, because no doubt it will.
