Like the owner requested to let the young lady know exactly what I'd like, which I did. It's still not up to standard. The polish isn't on the whole nail either. I'm just disappointed. When they asked how was it when I was paying, I said it was ok. By that reply, they should've asked.

This was my second visit at The Wow Studio and my experience was just as good as for the first time (even better) .The stuff is above and beyond nice, they do everything to please their clients.I've booked Erika for luminary French manicure.I just adore her personality and work! She've done her magic and thank to her careful first service my nails had been growing tremendously.Long story short I highly recommend to any girly this cute and friendly salon, where your nails will be done quick and professionally!Thank you The Wow Studio you did your magic on me again!Ps. my first luminary manicure lasted me up to 3 weeks!

The name says it all... Wow!! I was so happy with Cata she did such an amazing job on my Apres nails. Definitivamente recomiendo este Lugar. El trabajo de Cata es de primera clase!

I have to say, WOW!!! This photo is taken 04/08/24. I had my nails done at the WoW Studio on 02/29/24! Other than the natural regrowth of my nails, my manicure & pedicure with regular gel polish is still flawless. Not one chip. Incredible! I felt this impressive result warranted a review update. Notice I changed my review to 5 stars. This is because, I have been getting regular manicures/pedicures for 25 years, and I HAVE NEVER HAD anywhere close to this lasting result. It has been between 5 & 6 weeks since I visited The Wow Studio. For my nails to still be so perfect, shiny, and remain unchipped is remarkable. Also, let it be noted, have a flock of domestic ducks, and my hands are changing out water bowls multiple times per day. Crazy the way this gel manicure has lasted. This result is unmatched, and I will definitely be back. DO NOT LET THEM UPSELL YOU UNNECESSARILY TO THAT STUFF THAT'S NAME BEGINS WITH "L." Again, I must stress, this result is with a traditional gel manicure. I had been told that this regular gel would only last 2 weeks, and that I needed the "L" product which would last twice as long. The techs telling me gel mani would only last a couple of weeks is untrue as I am living proof /between 5 & 6 weeks now & not a single chip (with major, frequent contact with water). Thanks WoW Studio for a job well done. Please stop misleading customers though that they need this other product just to make more money off of them. It just is not the honest thing to do. Thx, Loves.

What a great bunch of people! So fun! Welcoming and friendly. Great job on my nails. Lots of pride in their work! Thank you for a fun nail day! Would recommend to anyone in the area! Technicians were all friendly and great conversationalists!!!

Wonderful boutique style brow & nail salon. I read Natalia L. review and decided to give this place a try. The studio is bright & clean. The staff professional & friendly. I made an appointment with Deyline (the owner) for my brows. She is a delight and did fantastic work. She worked magic on my brows. Won't go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend her for brows.

Here I go again! This place is amazing the girls are great they are like a family in there always helping us ladies come out looking our best and feeling our best. The have a clean area so many colors to choose from and if you are like me that can't decide they will get a color that is best for you. Heading there as we speak.

I am sooo picky with my nails. I have had really bad nail salon experiences and very few excellent ones. The WOW Studio Wowed me and is up there with my excellent nail journeys. I went once the nail salons were allowed to open up again post Covid-19. They remodeled the salon to make sure social distancing is in place. Clear window like dividers were added to minimize breathing into the nail techs space. Now you have a divider and you put your hands under. My tech was very precise, she did a great job. Actually the best pedicure and manicure I have had in a very long time. She cleaned my toe nails and gave detailed attention to my manicure including recommending nail art. I will definitely be back, everyone is super friendly and love the vibe going in the salon.

I finally found an amazing nail salon in South Florida! I've wanted to try this place out for a while and I'm so glad I did. I have gotten a pedicure with Ruth twice now and she does such a great job. I struggle with ingrown toenails and she has been the first and only person to actually make sure they're properly (and carefully) taken care of. She is meticulous, quick and most importantly, kind. The girls at the front desk are great too. All around a pleasant experience that I can truly say I've never had before.

I love my nails and eyebrows, they squeezed me in as I went last minute. The girls did an amazing job I did manicure pedicure and brows. They all did great, thank you Andrea, Michelle and 2 other girls.

Perfection every single time! Dey is the only person allowed to even THINK about touching my eyebrows. I'm so glad I have finally found the one! I love how everyone in the studio doesn't try to change you but enhance the beautiful features that already exist. If you haven't been here already for your eyebrows or nails, you have to give them a try! It's such an easygoing and great experience from start to finish. Thank you Wow Studio!!! read more

I would highly recommend this place for two reasons! Firstly; it is very well run. Their communication is top notch with appointments, reminders and follow up. Also a very nice greeting at the door! All very professional! I went in for a facial because as a public speaker I constantly have cameras in my face and I wanted to look better. I'm glad I did! The second reason to go here: Franchesca! She is a charming young professional who not only did an excellent job but left me with some long term advice for looking better! She is very very good at what she does!! I will be back! read more

The Wow staff is amazing. I've had several services performed and all technicians were professional and their work superior. I have a hard time sitting for long and WOW provides 2 technicians so I can have a manicure and pedicure at the same time. Daniela and Andrea are exceptional, their work meticulous and I'm so appreciative to WOW studio and these two young ladies for the excellent services provided. There are many salons in the area. I've tried several. None compare to WOW Studio! The best of the best! read more

It's been years since my original post and I feel the need to jump back on here and give an update. Till this day I consider myself a die-hard "Wow Girl". After so many years their team and services just continue to get better, they've grown so much and continue to provide top notch services. They've expanded location and their list of services. Apart from The best mani and pedicures you'll ever have, they offer facials, Lim Fattic body massages, laser hair removal, braiding, hair blowouts, lash lift, brow lamination, eyebrow Micro blading, and so much more. This is your one stop shop. Perfect place to get prepped for a date night or vacation or just a self care day! Apart from all this they treat you like family as if you've been girlfriends for years. Deyline and her team are one of a kind. Totally follow them on IG as it's a mini reality show. The following are my favorite services and tech but tbh all the girls have the professionalism of a 5 star resort. *Facials by Franchesca are 5 star resort *Brows by Franchesca , Bia, Dey and Vivi (chef's kiss) * Mani & Nails by Franchesca, Vivi, Blanca Connie (truly the best I've had in my life!) I hope this review really highlights the fact that if you haven't tried these girls check them out you're seriously missing out! read more

I recently moved to Deerfield Beach and was sad to have to leave my nail tech that I've been with for over 8 years. I tried another nail salon in the area and was super disappointed and upset with the results. I decided I would keep looking for another nail salon and came across Wow. The staff is very friendly as is the owner and her adorable dog. I have natural nails which is the only thing they work with...they don't do acrylics. That was perfect for me because I just always do a gel manicure and pedicure. Julieth did my manicure and was fantastic and Andrea did my pedicure, also fantastic. They do your hands and feet at the same time so I was out of there so much quicker. Not to mention you get a proper pedicure not a rushed one that you get at most nail salons that run their business like some kind of nail factory. Today was my second time back and I was not disappointed. Would highly recommend. It is a business run by a Latina who employs Latinas. It is a breathe of fresh air. read more

Julieth is the best, she is really detailed on her work, she works every inch of your toes and nails. Spectacular job, the luminaire system keeps your nails on point, manicure with her lasts for a month and I never thought that was possible!! She has been doing my nails for a while now and I wouldn't change her. The place is the best and the girls are always smiling and happy, the vibe is amazing, that's why I keep coming here. I might quest for finding a nail salon I've got luck enough to land at The Wow Studio in Deerfield Beach. I am totally impressed and extremely satisfied by the quality of work and the atmosphere of professionalism and friendliness. My nail tech Juliette has been amazing. After wearing acrylic or dip for over 15 years, my nails were weak and damaged. Juliette convinced me that she could repair them and to have faith in the process she was going to do. She was absolutely correct!! There's not enough I can say. And my pedicures are so relaxing and enjoyable. The girls here are welcoming and fun and very professional. read more

Dey and her team are outstanding and very skilled! I came to Dey over a year ago for Microblading and she took her time to ease my concerned self (it's your face!), and explain in great detail the process, what to expect and her careful measuring techniques. I received tons of compliments after my initial appointment, and just completed my annual touch up. Her work is outstanding, and prices are very reasonable. Let me start this review off by saying it is LONG overdue! I was recommended here by a friend a few months ago and it was one of the best suggestions I've ever received. If you're looking for natural gel manicures this is your place! When I started coming here I had a broken wrist and I was in a cast, everybody in the studio was gentle and amazing with my hand. They offer upgrades and treatments that you can add to your service and the organic scrubs are wonderful! The girls really take their time while pamper you, they are trying to rush and get you out like other local salons. I also have been getting my brows done here the last few months. And let me say, Deyline is a brow god! She really works her magic and is amazing at what she does! I got a tint and they look bomb. I haven't made the commitment to microblading yet but I follow her page on Instagram and she is passionate about what she does! Make an appointment and go here! You will not regret it! read more

I started going to wow studio last October 2020. I felt so comfortable with Dey as she was so honest about my eyebrows. I had them micro bladed a while back and the color they used was not a good color for me. Dey was very honest from the start and couldn't make any promises to me on what she could do. It took a while for what we needed to do in order to get me to where my brows needed to be. I'm beyond happy and couldn't recommend her and her studio enough. 10 stars in my book! Thank you Dey. Your honesty was so appreciative and the compliments I receive from your work makes me beyond happy. read more

The wow studio is the perfect destination for amazing nails and for perfect brows ! Before meeting Deliney and seeing her amazing brow magic I was very skeptical about microblading my brows , being that your face is your face and your most prized possession.... Well let me tell you that she did an amazing job with my brows ! I am soooooo in love with her work , I emphasized to her the importance of a natural look and she delivered ! Not only did she do an amazing job , she was patient , profesional and made the entire experience relaxing ! I also get my nails done at her studio , and once you go there trust me you will continue coming back ! I 100% recommend all their services ! read more

I arrived picked a color sat in the chair. Courtney informed me there would be a $5 to remove the gel polish she put on my nails at my last pedicure. I explained that I asked in advance when I booked, and it was confirmed - no fee. The owner came over and said confirmed a $5 fee and the woman that had answered the phone denied she had confirmed there would be no removal fee. I am absolutely disgusted by the entire situation. *"I am incredibly disappointed with the pedicure service here. Having been in the beauty and…read morewellness industry myself, I know firsthand that you are supposed to pay attention to the details when doing a pedicure. The entire point of the service is properly cleaning up the toes and feet first before you ever slap paint on them. I have a bad neck, and that's the only reason I went into the salon--because I shouldn't be bending over doing my feet myself anymore--but I know every single step in the process to do it right. When you pay $49 for a service plus a tip, you expect exactly that, along with a decent five-minute massage. Yet the technician completely cut corners on the core hygienic part of the service, refusing to properly clean up or remove the dead skin buildup from the nail plate and underneath the toes. I also brought in a client whom I provide caregiving services for, and her feet were a total mess. There was a massive amount of dead cuticle built up around all of her toes, with jagged, uneven, sharp edges left and they were literally getting ready to slap paint right over it without fixing a thing. I had to step in and force them to use the cuticle nippers, yet she maybe did half of that. I should've taken a photo of the horrible condition of her feet while they were going to paint them like that. I will take a picture of her feet tomorrow. Because it's a horrible job. we just didn't have any more time to spend to get them done and I don't even know if anyone was capable to do a good job. My feet were in good condition to begin with. My friends were not. To top it off, they upsold me on a the spa pedicure, and when you try to upsell for a massage and that's what you deliver, it is a complete joke. There was absolutely no massage whatsoever. I am not a licensed massage therapist, but I know that you are supposed to have a little mind-body connection when working on someone's limbs--and that was completely devoid with this woman. She was just going through the motions super quickly without thinking, thought, or anything, just trying to get through it. It was obvious she didn't care. She didn't massage my feet at all; she just aggressively pushed on my arches in the wrong places, causing real physical pain and soreness instead of relief. The rest of the upcharge consisted of her aggressively rubbing her hands up and down my shins--really rough with zero actual technique. That's not a massage. On top of everything, the paint job was subpar. Some of my cuticles were painted right over, and somehow I ended up with a purple shade on top of my pink polish, so another worker in the salon had to step in and fix part of it. I have photos to show you how there was no cleanup of my cuticles when you push back the nails you were supposed to trim that with the nail nippers and get the dead skin. That's a massive part of having a pedicure and have your polish look nice clean with moisturize cuticle that are pushed back and cleaned up. At the very end, the original technician just looked at me, patronizingly said, 'Good, good,' and then just walked away and I never saw her again. She clearly expected me to blindly accept it without looking. Well, no, actually, it was not good. Rushed, careless work, a painful experience, and a total rip-off."* I don't usually write reviews, but I work hard for my money and spending $59 on a luxurious pedicure it was anything but The spa itself was beautiful the decor. And the manager seemed nice, but they need to train these girls better. And focus and pay attention instead of trying to rush through because the whole purpose of a pedicure is to clean up your feet nicely which includes under and around your toes and the dead skin around the edges of your cuticle and filing the nails smoothly and a massage where for five minutes it feels great.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! Had my brows microbladed just 4 days ago & extremely happy with the results! I am no stranger to the process, had microbladed a year & 1/2 ago the first time elsewhere & had gone back 8 months later. However, I moved & wanted someone closer. Deyline was referred by 2 friends who's results were gorgeous & both said Deyline "is the sweetest"-they weren't kidding! She is not just sweet, she is extremely knowledgeable, patient and has a fantastic eye. She took her time with the consultation, I never felt rushed or pressured to sched an appt, but I did for just days later. During the process she let me know everything she was doing, step by step. I never doubted her abilities, felt completely comfortable & confident with her skills. She delivered and then some!!! She was able to give my eyebrows (which were very skinny-think Bevery Hills 90210 circa early 90's) thickness, shape & structure while keeping it natural. I highly recommend The Wow Studio, which, incidentally, a quaint, clean place, non-pretentious & the staff is very friendly. Looking forward to trying some of the other services offered. read more

I felt like I was getting the Royal treatment!!!!!! I made an appointment (it's done by appointments only which is great because they give you the time you need, for them to do an ever better job). I made an initial appointment for a consultation for my face because I have been struggling in the last year and a half with some adult acne. Fran educated me in what it was exactly and how to go for the best treatment and even what products to use. I had been to previous Aestheticians and all they did was sell me a bunch of products and over price me for procedures I don't even think we're needed for my case. I immediately made my next appointment to come in for my first ever facial and micro needling procedure! It went better than I expected, she did a vitamin and nutrient "cocktail" which felt refreshing. And to top it all she massaged my arms which was like the cherry on top Amazing and wonderful all around service and products that they use were fantastic . Best of all very clean and hygienic. Thank you to Fran and the Wow Studio read more

I am not an easy man to please and have always been reluctant to go to a "women's" salon. That entire notion disappeared when I went to Wow studio.u wife has been there and recommended that we make this our new place. She made the appointment and I went. Stellar service as Blanca and Viví went to work on my pedicure and manicure. Este es el lugar para latinos Y para los americanos. Doesn't matter where you come from or who you are. You are treated like family from the moment you walk in and the quality or work and service that you receive are invaluable. I also received the fungal laser treatment on my big toe and am amazed with the results. It will take a couple of more treatments but I am already set for my next appointment with my wife in tow. If you are looking for a one stop salon that offers a variety of services, has excellent technicians and gives you some Latin flavor- this is the spot for you. The fact that it's local and Latina owned to put the icing on the cake. Gracias a Viví y Blanca. Nos vemos pronto!! read more

Well, where do I start? I have been coming to The Wow Studio for years now. I initially arrived at Dey ( the owner) because I kept seeing the fantastic eyebrow job she would do, and I barely trusted anyone with them. When I tell you that I have received a service from most of the Wow Girls, I trust that they are the highest quality of service, and no matter who's chair I sit on, I know it will be excellent. For many years Blanca, Vivi, and Fran have done amazing pedicures on me. I have also received them from Erica, Ruth, and Julieth! All equally amazing. Fran does the best facials. She cleans deep and leaves you with a fresh face. Blanca has done my lash lift! So professional and relaxing. Bia recently has been doing my eyebrows as Dey recommended her, and I LOVE them. Her attention to detail is impeccable! Julieth has been my go to nail design girl! She is so good at it! Truthfully, if you go and get any service done with any of the WOW girls, you are guaranteed to be satisfied! read more

What an amazing studio! I have had my nails done there by deyline and never has my gel lasted so long being done any other place!! Most recently I just had the lash lift and tint done and I am so happy with the results. Fran is who did the treatment for me and she was extremely gentle and sweet throughout the whole process making sure that they would turn out perfect and that I was comfortable the whole time with relaxing music and a nice ambient in their beautiful relaxation room! The salon is such a cute place with very friendly workers and they explain the process to you step by step as well as make you feel warm and welcomed! I love waking up everyday with cute curled lashes and not having to worry about wearing mascara everyday! Thank you Deyline and Fran for the great experience! I would highly recommend this studio and all the services it has to offer as I have had friends have microblading and brow waxing too and they all have loved it! read more

These ladies absolutely care about their clients... even the ones they haven't met yet. A nail salon is no place for a baby. She expected him to sit for so long and not make a peep. The yelling and hitting was very disturbing. Even when the father came he was on his phone the whole time. I mentioned this incident to the manager and her response was that they have to let everyone in. That is nonsense. If I ever come back and see a child I will turn around and walk out.

Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Be Careful of Unexpected Charges!…read more I am absolutely furious with how this situation was handled, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering this nail salon double-check what they are being charged for, because apparently saying "NO" multiple times is not enough. My boyfriend and I went in for regular manicures and the Signature Pedicures. According to their website, the manicure and pedicure combination was advertised at $60 per person. We specifically chose the Signature Pedicure instead of the basic one because we wanted the additional salt and sugar scrub. When we arrived, there were nail polish bottles scattered all over the floor. It looked messy and unprofessional, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they had been restocking and gotten busy. A very sweet Spanish-speaking woman greeted us, asked what services we wanted, and showed us where to sit. She began working on my boyfriend's pedicure, and I want to give credit where it's due: she was wonderful! She took her time, was attentive, and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. About 15 minutes after she started my boyfriend's pedicure, a man came over to begin mine. Despite starting 15 minutes later, he somehow finished my pedicure at the exact same time as she finished my boyfriend's. The difference in the amount of time and attention we received was pretty obvious. Then came the real problem. When it was time to paint my toes, I requested a simple French tip with REGULAR POLISH. He asked if I wanted gel. I said no. He asked if I was sure. I asked how much extra it was, and he told me $15. I clearly said, "No, thank you." He then suggested dip because it would supposedly look better. Again, I declined. I made it VERY clear, multiple times, that I did NOT want gel or any additional services. Despite this, he proceeded to paint my toes and brought out what appeared to be a UV/LED curing lamp, typically used for gel polish. Since I hadn't had my nails done in years, I wasn't completely certain what he was applying, but at that point I suspected he had gone ahead with gel anyway. I decided that if it was only an additional $15, I would just pay it rather than argue. But when it was time to check out, he told us our total was $160! I was shocked. According to their own website, the services we requested should have totaled $120 for both of us. Even if I agreed to pay the additional $15 for the gel polish I repeatedly declined, the total should have been $135, not $160. I questioned the amount and showed him the advertised pricing directly on THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Instead of clearly explaining the discrepancy or correcting the charge, he just kept repeating the price. I reminded him that I had specifically told him several times that I did not want gel. His response? He asked whether I wanted him to remove it and replace it with regular polish. YES! THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE! When I agreed to that, he simply went back to insisting on the same price. At that point, I was so frustrated with the entire situation that I paid and left. What bothers me most isn't even the extra money. It's the complete disregard for what a customer specifically requests, followed by an unwillingness to provide a clear explanation of the charges. I shouldn't have to repeatedly refuse an upgrade, watch it apparently get applied anyway, and then argue over a bill that doesn't match the business's advertised prices. It's especially disappointing because the woman who helped my boyfriend was genuinely lovely and did a great job. Unfortunately, that positive experience was completely overshadowed by how I was treated and how the payment situation was handled. I will absolutely NEVER return to this establishment. To anyone considering coming here: PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Take screenshots of their advertised prices before your appointment, confirm the cost of every service, and check your bill carefully before paying. Customers should be able to trust that when they say NO to an additional service, that decision will be respected. They should also be able to trust that advertised prices will be honored or that any differences will be explained BEFORE services are performed. This was unprofessional, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
