This nail salon is a hidden gem. The customer service is great! I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Most times I call in & make same day appointments. Jet is the tech that always takes care of me & his work is amazing, quality is great & my nails last! I get acrylics with gel polish. I typically go every 3 weeks and my nails are never lifting. I have been going to Angel Nails for a few years. Lisa became my nail tech of choice. I recently had an issue with chipping gel nails after a few days of being done. I went back in and she redid them. CHARGED me full price. I always tip her very well. 3 days later they chopped again. I stopped by the shop and she told me my nails were weak , that's why they chipped. Not true. I called today and asked if she could redo a few chipped nails and she stated that I needed to add tips to prevent chipping. I said ok. She then said I have to charge you , I can't be doing anything for free. I literally spent $100 for gel polish on a week and a half. They don't value their customers. read more

The place was very nice and they got me started immediately, my nail tech was very fast (but in a good way) you could tell she knew what she was doing. it was my first time going here and i will definitely be returning, the prices are fair and the result was great! i did give 4 stars and not 5 because there are some minor details in the nails that do not make them perfect (like an air bubble & a somewhat crooked nail that just needs some more filing) but they are above average for sure so i will definitely be coming back read more

This nail salon is alright, felt like I treated myself. Usually, when I'm a nail salon I'm not relaxed but something about here made me relaxed. Some girl with blonde tips did my toes and she really did a good job. My nail tech was jet and he did a regular job. Nothing about it is bad but nothing about it stood out. I'll insert a picture. The only thing that was off is how they say their gel acrylic full set is $35. Which is deceiving because it's gel power, not gel polish. Their gel polish full set is $40. Also, the lady who did my toes didn't tell me she was charging me $5 extra to take off my gel toes. She was friendly and she did a good job so I didn't mind. First off I had the most horrible experience at this nail salon!!! I've never felt so disrespected, and uncomfortable, I was first willy sally this lady is horrible! Has no idea how to do nails, she first put on some of my nails sides and when I mentioned it to her she was upset she had to fix it, then when she "fixed" my nail it was still messed up, I got so upset I asked for someone else, then I was seen by jet he was a total asshole and should not be doing anyone nails, he was upset he needed to fix my nails for the 3rd time because sally couldn't do it, he tried to over charge me for a design and when I mentioned I saw it was that much, he replied rudely saying well if you don't like it get your nails done else where, please if you don't want to be disappointed disrespected and uncomfortable DONT NOT GO THERE AT ALL!! So I went to get a mani/ pedi today, 4/25/19. I asked The manager to slow the water to warm up first before filling up the tub so that the water won't get cold too fast. He did not understand what I was trying to say. So needless to say that the water had gotten way too cold before he even started. I asked him to empty the tub and fill it up again with hotter water and he gave me a really bad attitude. So I left and came back when Ailinh was available . She's the best. read more

If I could give a negative 10 I would! Not only did I have to go back twice to get my nails redone but the second time as you see in the pictures, it still wasn't done right. I pointed this out to Cindy who did my nails and she said", oh it will be fine" you'll see what happened because she didn't listen to me AGAIN, the polish lifted and these are GEL!! hence why I had to go back in because my nails were with bumps all around and not evenly filed. You can still see the unevenness on the nails. The other thing that happened was with my mother, the lady who did her pedicure cut her 4 times!!!! Was rude and rough unapologetic. And when she did her manicure it was as if a 5 year old polished her nails. I went to complain to the lady who seems to be in charge and she tried to fix it. Her nails were so thick I knew it would take so long for them to dry causing the nails to look even worse. Sure enough they did. My mother has several health issues and was too tired to stay so they can fix them so we left. Once we got home I was so enraged on the terrible job they did so I took my mother back to get them redone. I asked the lady "in charge" and she said she would do it. As I went to run an errand for my mother at Publix next door, she proceeds to speak in Vietnamese looking upset based on what my mother said and then she refused to do the French manicure that we had paid for originally!!! The only reason I didn't go in there and asked for my money back was because I had to go catch a flight! Beware of this place! They are unprofessional, have people working there who don't know what they're doing and catch an attitude when you want the service they're getting PAID for! This isn't for free!! With so many nails shops in the area, this is not worth the headache nor your time! read more

I only went here because i didn't want to go to the original salon i normally go to. The other nail technicians seemed professional except for this ONE lady. If you go here, do NOT go to her. After speaking up multiple times about how she was hurting me while taking off my acrylics, she ignored me. Instead of using the aluminum foil method, she had me soak my hands in nail polish remover, and used a fake acrylic nail like it was a tool to lift up the acrylic from my nail. She told me that it would take too long if i did the aluminum method, but i said i didn't mind because it doesn't hurt, like how she was hurting me. She also doesn't speak up when she wants you to relax your hand, instead she shakes your arm aggressive af to try to put it in position lol. Then when she got to plucking and pushing the skin on my nail bed, SHE MADE ME BLEED from plucking too much. I showed her and she didn't even say a word. I said "I'm bleeding." Nothing. i got up and told her to stop and she didn't even apologize, just looked at me like she was frozen. I confronted her again and then she said my nail was too hard and it was a mistake..girl what ?? This never happens to me as much as i get my nails done lol. Then when i got seated with the receptionist to fix my nails, she came over to me and tried to say that i was rude and made her feel uncomfortable lmfao. She didn't even speak and only time that i spoke was to tell her that she was hurting me. i went off on her of course but i also let her know i told her I was the one who was uncomfortable in that chair. i let her go off even tho she was making 0 sense but i wish i got up the moment i realized how rough she was being. The guy had finished my nails how i wanted and helped make it stop bleeding, but I hope they do something about her, like give her more training. I went for a refill and to fix two broken nails and the guy just repaired ( if I can call it that) the two nails and then went over the other nails paint repainting over the Nails (just the tip). Last time I got a mani pedi from an older gentleman there ( there's only about 3-4 workers ) & the cuticles were basically left untouched, he cut me and once the nails dried you can see the different coats because they weren't painted evenly. read more

One of my worst nail experiences ever! As I was getting my crappy pedicure on a dirty towel, I noticed the guy getting ready to coat my nails without cutting them?! I have never had to specify that I wanted my toe nails cut while getting a pedicure. So I found that annoying. It was really hard to communicate with the guy because he didn't understand English that well. We move to the station for the manicure and again he starts to coat my nails without cutting them. Not even asking how I would like my nail shape or anything. So after I tell him to please cut them he did a crappy job. He then begins to put the clear coat on me and takes me to the drying station. So I asked him what happened to my French? And he starts acting clueless. I specifically said when I walked in i wanted a French manicure and pedicure. He then says "ohh $5 more." I didn't mind paying the extra 5 but it got to a point that I was tired of correcting him and told him I would just pick a color to put over the clear coat. I get my peachy pink color and he coats it once and takes me to the drying station. With one coat it looked like I didn't have a color on my nails. I have never had to constantly correct a nail tech like I did with this guy. He was extremely careless and walked right outside to smoke his cigarette and talk on the phone. Comes to show he just wanted to be on his break and didn't care if it meant doing a crappy job!! Overall horrible service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this nail salon! read more

Terrible! The guy who did my nails let gel polish cure onto my finger. Within hours the polish was chipping! I paid $18 for a set of gel polish that lasted for less than 2 days...I asked him to fix it while there the first time, but the language barrier was hindering our communication. This makes me want to deal with english speakers only for nails in the future. read more
