The actual eyebrow threading was fine, and I'm pleased with how my eyebrows look. However, I haven't encountered such rude customer service in years. I walked in and the woman at the front counter was watching TV on her phone. She looked up briefly, but didn't say hello, and she continued watching TV for another 45 seconds or so before pausing it to check me in. I was literally shocked. She then told me to take a seat in the chair for threading, and she continued watching TV. At this point, I was assuming someone else would come out to do my eyebrows. Nope! Two minutes later, she paused the show to come thread my eyebrows! I was truly astonished by the lack of customer service. For that reason alone, I will not be returning here. read more

Just had one of the worst threading experience HERE in all my 15 years of getting threading! First of all the lady did not sanitize her hands nor my face upon threading. Then she kept breaking the thread when she was working on my eyebrows and upper lip. Once it came to my chin she was threading so hard it left me with cuts ALL OVER MY JAWLINE!!! I had the worst eyelash extensions experience of my life due to this place. First off Ive had eyelash extensions for over 3 years and gone to at least 10+ salons with no issues, for the first two days after my refill (had original set doen somewhere else, no issues) I had occasional pain, 3 days later my right eye was in excruciating pain! First of Rupa was forcefully picking and brushing current lashes (when I first arrived) so roughly it felt like she was trying to pull tlthebold ones out. Once she was done i notice black blobs above me eyelid line (like a bad eyeliner job) . I've never seen his before, they've always been seamless. 3 days after my eyes was constantly running and the pain was keeping me from consenting, driving or doing anything at all (imagine the feeling of Tabasco on your eye) . I messaged Rupa and explained, she said I could drive to her other location (12 miles away) two days later cause she was backed up with appointments. I told her it was so painful I could not wait. Anyone with a good business sense, compassion or caring about reviews would have squeezed me in, moved someone around or stayed open an extra 30min to fix it. Not Rupa. No, wait 2 days and drive 30min is her solution.. I couldn't wait, I was in souch pain. I had noticed ater the appointment that all my natural lashes was BELLOW the fake lashes meaning they were very visible and also being bent and pushed down by the weight of the fake lashes, every other place I've been to has applied the fake lashes BELLOW the natural ones so this does not happen. I also noticed as mentioned dots of black along the line. I iced it with my eye closed for multiple hours which didn't really who, I was going out of my mind and decided to look at it myself. I noticed there was big blobs of glue along my eyelash line and seemed to be where the main was coming from, I tried to apply some natural oil to loosen the clue , no luck . I eventually had to start picking out my fake AND natural lashes with tweezers to relieve the pain (I was going out of my main in the chronic pain for over 12h) picking out the lashes was painful and I also noticed the fake lashes was in big clusters with chunks of lashes disgracefully packed together,some of the pointing in opposite direction. I've never seen ot felt such big chunks of glue on my lashes ever. The pain subsided after this, and some Tylenol. The next day it was just as painful again but a different part of the eye, I tried the same here and noticed upon pulling out lashes that my own lashes were bent and pointed back into to the eye, some were growing inwards and others bent 180°. WTF is going on!! It's now Sunday and I can't find another salon to help me until tomorrow, I'm so frustrated, sad and going on 48h of chronic disabilitating pain, my eye still running and having to be kept closed constantly to minimize the pain. I have no idea where Rupa "learned" to do lashes or how she's still in business. This is the worst decision I made, do not go here!!! Not only is the technique (or lack there off) TERRIBLE, but it ruined my whole weekend, Rupa didn't even try to help(or offer one for her staff to ). I'm going to have to pay a new place for removal AND a entire new set of lashes after losing so many of the lashes, AND Im not even sure I can get a full new set cause I've had to pull out so many of my natural lashes. Rupa clearly doesn't care, no other solution than "wait until I have time(=you're not a priority) in two days" and" ice it" (tied that). No follow up. The phone camera doesn't capture the big lumps of glue, but you can see the uneven clusters of lashes and carless application to my own lashes and the lack of hair left. There are 2 locations which is fantastic considering I'm not always in one specific area due to work. The WORST experience of my life. My mom and I had appointments at 230, we're not seen until 3 and didn't finish until 415 for just eyebrow and lash tinting. We were started and then left with the dye on so she could take new clients over and over. I have one eyebrow way darker than the other and my mom has pitch black eyebrows. We had to stand up and request the dye be taken off only to be ignored multiple times while she took any walk in that came in. PLEASE do NOT go there. read more

I recently moved into this neighborhood so when I googled this place I wasn't sure what type of service I'd get. I'm happy to say that after my visit, I'm a loyal customer now.
