I love getting my eyebrows threaded here by Sunita. I saw another woman my last visit , she was a young woman and she did a great job cleaning up my eyebrows. No cuts , no pain, she was fast and did a great job. Note: tip is cash only and can't be applied to your credit card. Definitely recommend this place. Wait times can be long sometimes but not unrealistic. Great for eyebrows. But NOT for hair - especially if you're Hispanic and your hair requires different cuts and care. I got this done once and it was so bad I cried and went back to my original hair stylist in Miami to get it fixed. I felt bad and didn't tell the woman . This was many years back but that experience stuck with me. My mother and I had been going here for years and I recently started going again after moving back to Florida. This place used to be great! Now the service and customer service continues to go down hill while the prices go up. I was waiting to get my eye brows threaded as a walk in as I always have.. there was no other customers waiting, the owner told me the threader would be right with me. Five minutes later another woman walked in and her and the threader proceeded to have a conversation in another language, the owner told her that I was waiting to which the threading woman responded "she can wait" Very sad bc the owner is very nice and has had this business for a long time, I will not be returning. read more

Inside was empty when I went and it was just the owner what it looked liked she did a good job on my eyebrows and I would definitely go again being that it was my first time and I love how I wasn't itchy or irritated compared to getting them waxed. I just didn't like how when it's time to pay, if you're using card she takes it on here side of the cashier and inserts and stuff and when it's time to "tip" she asks you how much, which kinda makes you feel like your forced to tip. They do good eyebrow threading but customer service is the worst. Waited over 10 minutes in the salon during which time the owner/technician didn't even acknowledge waiting customers. Finally, with 6 people waiting and 1 customer giving up because of the wait, the technician comes from the back of the salon, slow as anything, phone in hand, talking on the phone. No apologies offered, nothing. Waited a total of 40 minutes to get my brows done. Unbelievable. read more

I've been going to Indu's for over 10 years for eyebrow threading services. They used to be much busier back then which is definitely attributing to the increase in pricing over the years. I recall paying $7-8 for full service eyebrow threading and now I believe it's about $10. You can schedule appointments on busier days but normally I just walk-in and will usually be seen right away or within 5-10 minutes. I have very sensitive skin and cannot tolerate certain products on my face so threading is a much better alternative to waxing for me. The ladies at Indu's are always super nice and very professional. They also offer other salon services in addition to threading; mani/pedi's, facials, hair cutting, etc.. Their salon is very clean but is a little cluttered with several other odd product sales scattered around the store. Definitely a return and happy long-time customer. read more

This place dings you for having great hair, that too kids I went in recently for hair color but decided to also get a blow dry and hair trim for my 9 and 12 year old girls since her next clients didn't show up She charged me $115 total but my daughter told me she didn't do the blow dry so I called back and this is exactly what she said " since your daughter had too much hair I charge $25 for hair trim" whoa!! $25 for a kid for knocking off less than an inch of hair....wow Their owner Indu attested that she charged $25 for haircut but for kids its lesser however since my girls had more hair it was $25 They aren't getting my business for sure read more

I LOVE this place. I have been coming here for years from a friend who referred me and I have since referred my family and friends and they all love it as well. The prices are the best around, almost half the price of a few places in east ft. Lauderdale who don't de nearly as good of a job. I usually see Indu, who by the way does amazing facials(I always fall asleep); but all the stylists are great. I gave them a few tries but they do not understand what you are asking them and will mess up your eyebrows. I took months to grow back my brows .They do opposite of what you ask . I told them do not make thin she made one really thin and left the other thick then won't even admit her mistake, saying that's what I asked for . Please be careful here. read more

I definitely like the place, they like to do organic facials but my only concern is that the prices keep changing. I went to go get a facial and they charged me 70 bucks and then I went to go get a facial again it was 80 bucks. Again I have nothing against the shop but, I've gotten facial bleachers there for about ten bucks and then the last time I went it was 20. This has become my "Go To" place to get my eyebrows threaded in South Florida and here's 10 reasons WHY: 1. They are one of the most reasonable eyebrow threading salon in South Florida charging only $10 for eyebrow threading services. 2. They have a rewards program, so you can get free services such as eyebrow threading or a henna tattoo the more often you frequent them. 3. The salon is clean and hygienic. 4. The women who do the eyebrow threading here are Indian ladies so they know what they are doing and do a great job. 5. It's rarely busy, I usually don't have to wait longer than 15 mins to get my eyebrows done. 6. They take appointments and walk-ins and someone who does eyebrow threading is always there unlike a lot of other places that do this service. 7. They are open 7 days a week and have late hours. Monday through Saturday they are open until 7:30pm and on Sundays they are open until 6pm. 8. Indu salon is located in a great plaza, so after your eyebrow threading you can go to the Asian market for Boba tea, or get a 1 hour foot and reflexology massage for $30 at the massage place a few door downs. Also, there's a nice nail salon and several restaurants in the plaza so you can have an amazing pamper yourself day. 9. The good: The area is clean, no wait. The bad: The service felt rushed, and the threading was certainly painful, which I have learned should NEVER be the case if you are a good threader. This is a great place if you need to get your eyebrows done quickly. I walked in on a Sunday at 11:41 and walked out at 11:48. I also really appreciated how painless it was compared to my experience with other threaders. As far as the quality, they do a fair enough job (especially considering it's only $10). Personally, though, I would prefer for someone to take their time to make sure my eyebrows look the way I want them to look. I would gladly pay an extra couple of dollars to go to someone who threads and trims my eyebrows, plucks any leftover hairs that the thread missed, makes sure my eyebrows are even, and confirms that I'm ok with how it looks before handing me my receipt. In the 5 minutes I spent in the chair, my eyebrows were threaded (she did an ok job with cleaning up the area underneath my brows, but not so much with the shaping; my brows have slightly different shapes from one another, but it's not too noticeable) and I believe there was trimming involved (although it doesn't look like it), but that's all that was done. I won't be returning, but I wouldn't necessarily discourage anyone who's less picky about their eyebrows from trying them out. read more

I've been going to Indu's for years (literally about 7 or 8 years) and I wouldn't go anywhere else, I rather " wolf it" as I call it than let anyone else touch my eyebrows! I've been coming here for about 2 years. I drive from Orlando to Sunrise(3.5 hours) to have my eyebrows done because they were the only ones I trusted. My last trip down was horrible due to my eyebrows being done COMPLETELY uneven. Mind you, I came to do them for my birthday outing. It's so obvious that everyone points it out as if I'm not already conscious enough about it. Yes, my eyebrows are a huge deal to me. When Sonita finished them I asked if they don't look uneven to her and she just looked at me and mumbled something under her breath. Yes, I still paid for the service and also tipped the usual 20%(no idea why I did). Now I have no idea what to do about my ugly eyebrows or where to find someone else to do them.
