The nail tech was nice but took wayyy too long to do a simple gel french mani pedi. He took over an hour and a half on my natural nails. Took his time but when it came to a crack I had on my nail, he used nail glue to fix it but once the gel hardened-- the nail just ended up cracking even more. With his experience he should've used a little acrylic. He used a different brand of gel, not DND --maybe cheaper because I haven't even had my nails done for 2 days and they're already cracking and chipping. After requesting for a THIN French line, he proceeded to double coat the white line-- which made it THICKER & when I told him it was too thick, he still then double coated it and said he'll file my nails to thin them out. Crazy. I'll never step foot back in this place. The energy was a little weird, wasted so much time just to have to book at another salon to get my less than week nails, fixed. Save your coins and go somewhere else. I was charged $108 for this. read more

I've been coming here since I was a teenager. It's always just "ok" service. But it's close by and they'll work to get you taken care of as walk in. Now I'm really annoyed at the poor quality. I got dip on my nails and Tara failed to go to the cuticle. I clarified this and her response was "have you been here before? We always do it like that". I've been to plenty of salons and that's not the case. They already look slightly grown out on DAY 1. In a week, they'll look even more grown out. It bothers me that this acceptable. Especially for a $50 service. For reference, see picture, marked in blue how much gap was left. It's sad that they thought this acceptable. It's always a hit or miss and I don't always get good service. I don't know her name but she always rushes on my nails, never shows care to my nails. I came here on 8/27/24 and got a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was nice and all. But she starts my pedicure and after a while it feels like she's digging into my toe. She keeps going though and not too long after without fail my toe starts to bleed for roughly the rest of my appointment. She seems annoyed that it won't stop bleeding. She continues to spray things on my bleeding toe to which it starts to sting. She didn't care that I continuously was jerking my foot back from the pain. I came here on a Monday for a pedicure because the usual place I go to is closed on Mondays. I will never be back. I had the older woman do my pedicure and she was so unbelievably rough and I was in pain gripping the chair the entire time. You would think she would be able to see how uncomfortable I was. I come to get pedicures to relax and I literally could not relax the entire time because of how painful it was. To start she used a drill on top of my toenails which is so not necessary and I've basically jumped for every single toe because she used the drill on my skin I'm not very jumpy when I get pedicures and I literally jumped every single toe she used the drill on. I get ingrown toenails on my big toe. Whenever I have gotten a pedicure they very carefully and slowly pick it out with the picking tool all the way up the side and then they clip it. This woman used A CUTICLE TRIMMER to dig under the whole side of my nail and cut it as she went and cut my toenail with it going inwards. It was not only painful but now my toenails are going to grow back out because she cut them in so much. You are only supposed to take out the ingrown that is underneath the nail you do not cut it with the nail and dig under it painfully so. I have NEVER had someone do it this way. She proceeded to use a giant cheese grater on my heels without even asking if I wanted that. Which I thought nail salons don't even use anymore because I haven't had one used on me in years. Along with the greater the drill and the trimmer she rinsed off and cleaned in the water that my feet are soaking in which is my absolute biggest pet peeve's. You're going to clean your tools where are my clean feet are supposed to be soaking now in dirty water. Lastly, my favorite part of a pedicure is the massage it is the main reason why I come to relax. It was the most half ass foot massage I've ever had. It was not a joke probably seven seconds of massage per foot. I told the front desk how horrible she was and she basically just wanted to look at my toes to see if she did a good job. It has nothing to do with how it looks it has to do with me being in pain and uncomfortable the entire time. And all she had to say was that she is really good with ingrown toenails. That's a joke because what she did should never be done by a licensed professional. read more

One of the male employee at this nail shop volunteered to do design on my nails and yet he didn't even much know how to shape nails correctly. Does these look this coffin nails to you? No not at all. My nails aren't comparable to the pictures I've showed him, he got upset with me and told me he wouldn't do my pedicure next for me for speaking up for myself. The workers are loud and it is very chaotic in there. I have never been to a nail salon where everyone is yelling across the shop to each other. Not a very relaxing atmosphere at all. I'm not sure if it was the owner or manager, she was doing eyebrows out in the open in the front of the store and yelled at the girl at the register because a customer was asking why the price was different. She yelled"just give it to her" and yelled to the customer "just know next time, that's the price". The customer was not yelling, she simply wanted to understand why the price was different. BEWARE!!!!! worst experience ever!!! My first time going for a pedicure,,let alone going during COVID, the place was nice and looked clean , however, My friend and I sat in the chair with our feet soaking for about 20 mins, which was ok bc we had massage chair, a older lady comes over and starts on my friend and a guy comes over and takes my foot out , and tools out of a box, he starts to go at my toenails and I ask excuse me are those sterilized, he ignores me and I said to my friend , he didnt have those in a sterile pouch, she start talking , and the lady says something inHer language and they both just kept going, we yelled stop! Stop now, are those instruments arent sterile , we were willing to finish if they go get new sterile instruments, the lady says no worry sterile, and i said you took them out of box and not a sterile bag, he starts yelling and i cant even understand, she is screaming (the older lady) at this point, you go you pay, not even caring about the issue, the box he dumped the tools out of was filthy dirty, and im concerned about infection, covid all of that, , he cut my big toe nail and cut it on an angle, when you are supposed to go straight across, so that you dont get ingrown nails, People arent going out of there way for pedicures, and nails right now so you think they would be a little more civil and so More concerns for customers with questions about clean instruments!!! Will never go back and advise anybody else to never go bc they obviously dont care about anyones health!
