I'm thankful that one of my closest friends know the owner of Nikicreations, and when she over heard me saying I need a lady that does alterations on sari tops, immediately she told me I need to see Ranuka. I had some outfits come in from India, but the tops were made a bit to small for me, I came by the store on Saturday afternoon and met with the lovely owner. She took my measurements and I explained to her what I needed done. Pricing for alterations are not and, it's what I would be expecting to pay if I was getting this done in Jackson Heights NY... The store offers alot of Indian items; from clothes, jewelry, accessories a few more items; for men, woman and children. Some items on display however do seem a bit out dated, compared to the fashion and style of today's designers. The prices for items in the shop seem on the higher side, but considering there are not many Indian shops around, and majority of items are coming from India, it's rare findings. The shop also has beauty services: hair, eyebrow threading, and even Hannah! I honestly never knew this shop was here, but now that I've been made aware I'll be coming in more often for some services and when I need alterations on my Indian ware. I also need to make a shout out to the kind woman who works in the shop along side the owner (I can't remember her name!!). She was extremely sweet on the phone with me, and when I was in the shop she definitely helped a lot! read more

This was my first time coming to Nikicreations since I recently moved to the area, and I'm so glad I found this gem! They offer threading, henna, and even sell beautiful clothing and jewelry. The space itself is super clean, and I didn't have to wait at all--which I loved. Plus, they have their own parking lot, so finding a spot was easy and made the whole visit quick and convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'm pretty particular about my eyebrows and told them I wanted to keep them thick with a nice shape--nothing too overdone--and they nailed it. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and how they listened to exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality threading with great service. I love going here to get my eyebrows done. The ladies there are very friendly, professional, and welcoming. They do more than threading there, too. They sell clothes and accessories and do henna. They make clothes too. It's a clean and spacious location. That location has very high ceilings. It's so crazy high!! This is my go, too. read more

I went in as a walkin to see the price and availability for Henna. Renuka welcomed me and let me know I could be serviced in a few minutes once she finished an eyebrow threading. I checked out the clothing and jewelry while I waited. Once she started, the design and conversation was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable as a first time client. AMAZING! Been coming here for a couple of months now to get my eyebrows threaded. I had to stop waxing completely because my skin got too sensitive to waxing. Even the wax for the most sensitive skin was too much. Found this place on Yelp! and the great reviews are definitely deserved. My eyebrows have always been thick. Women pay tons of money now to have eyebrows like mine. Everybody always wanted to wax my brows thin. I would never allow it. Here? It wasn't even an issue. No suggestions to thin them out either. Brows just need to be kept under control and shaped nice. Nikicreations also offers waxing, tinting, haircuts, etc. It's a full service salon. $12 for eyebrow threading. Perfect price. I don't normally write reviews but I had too. I made the mistake of going here TWICE. There's not a lot of places near me. The first time I'd grown my eyebrows out a ton and she threaded them wildly thin, even after I requested she keep them thick. I went back a second time, and thought maybe it was just the lady who did them too thin (and uneven, I might add). Second time was a new woman, I told her last time I was here what happened. She MADE THEM SOOO THIN AGAIN. The NEW lady did it even WORSE, I waited 2.5 months to grow them out all over again and even after THAT the new place I went said "I don't know who did your eyebrows last but they MESSED you up, you gotta grow them out more". Bright, airy, big & spacious! There is definitely a positive vibe as soon as you set foot in the door of the beauty salon. The owner, Renuka, is there to greet you with a warm hug & a big smile and You feel comfortable right away. I was booked for a facial treatment which was in a small treatment room in the store part of the property. Probably the best eye brow threading experience that I've ever had. The ladies who work here are very sweet. One of them held by eyelids down for me for the threading process because I told them that I get uncomfortable with threading. There was no wait! The lady who I believe is the owner was so nice and did my eyebrows how I wanted them to look and paid close attention to what I was telling her. I'm not from Florida so it was tricky looking for places around here to get them done and I don't regret going to her at all. I only allow one lady to do my eyebrows at home and I'm very serious about them; only $10 for eyebrow threading and it was wonderful. read more

Very good with eyebrow threading. Just tell her exactly what you want and how you want it shaped and she does a good job. She charges $10, which is cheaper than what you would normally see around the FLL/Miami area (some places charge $14?!) See you soon! read more

F I N A L L Y. I have been to every eyebrow threading salon across Coral Springs, Margate, Tamarac, Plantation, Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale...I finally found someone who can handle DEEZ BROWS! I have big fluffy caterpillar eyebrows that grow quickly and in all sorts of directions. It doesn't take much for someone to screw them up. This is the 5th place I tried in the past three months on Yelp. I was 3rd in line RIGHT after Nikicreations opened up during my lunch hour today. I watched her thread the two ladies ahead of me and she's very skillful. When it was my turn she didn't even need to ask questions, it's like she read my mind and knew exactly what I needed. "What took you so long to find us?!" I'M ASKING MYSELF THE SAME QUESTION! She was QUICK and clearly has been doing this forever because she really knew what she was doing. Googled eyebrow threading and stumbled upon this boutique. There were about 4 ladies ahead of me, but within 25 mins it was my turn. Totally worth the wait. I've never loved my eyebrows this much! I came here 2 times. As I waited the ladies there were talking so much with another client and I had to wait. Ranuka (The eyebrow lady) apologized and joked around about how us women talk to much. I was already a bit irritated because I was in a hurry and they were taking too long. Finally, Ranuka did my eyebrows and completely SCREWED them up! I was so upset because I was specifying to her that someone had already messed them up in the past and I needed her to leave those spots alone. She took too much from the top! I mean, if you do eyebrows for a living you HAVE to know not to touch the top too much. YOU DO NOT SHAPE from the top Ranuka!! Immediately when I saw what she did I pointed it out to her. She wanted to explain to me why she did what she did and I told her that I know what she did and she messed them up. I expressed to her to finish the other eyebrow slowly as I wanted her to finish so that I can leave and NEVER come back again! So upsetting!! It takes forever to grow back some hairs and some never come back! Now it looks like I'm sad! Ranuka you are nice but need more eyebrow threading school! read more

Went yesterday for the first time. I love my eyebrows and how well the turned out. The staff was very sweet and understanding. I had my 6 week old little one with me and of course she started to cry as I was getting my eyebrows done the staff did everything possible to entertain her in the time I couldn't attend to her. The lady doing my eyebrows worked a little faster on my eyebrows due to the crying and they still looked amazing. I will definitely be a regular at this location from now on!! read more

My experience here was AWFUL! I walked out of here in complete tears. May seem dramatic but all women know eyebrow can make or break you. I'm definitely broken. The person that did my brows was Niki herself, and the entire time she did them she was talking to someone else. Not paying attention whatsoever. I should've said something, but I really shouldn't have to tell someone licensed to be professional. I honestly can't even believe that someone that completely butchered my eyebrows is licensed to do it. The worst part is that she wasn't even apologetic about it. She came up to me telling me she can fix it. Now unless she's a magician I don't see how she was going to make the hairs she took off grow back. She didn't have the decency to offer to not charge me. I had to tell her I wasn't paying when I came out lookin worse than I came in. In the picture I attached I drew a line where my eyebrow were before I came to this place and where they are supposed to be. It's so bad it's funny lol. Please save yourselves from this and do not go here! If I could rate them a zero star I wouldn't hesitate!! read more

I had a horrible waxing experience there. In the middle of waxing my upper lip, the girl left me lying on the table and went to take a phone call. When she returned she dropped wax all over my right cheek and on my neck. She told me it will come right off not know she was going to pull it off when it got hard. It was very painful. read more

They send you text messages and also will call you about your appointment, very professional. Prices were in line with everyone else if not slightly cheaper considering the work performed.
