I went here based on Yelp reviews. My experience was not so great. I came twice to be sure. The first time I arrived around 11:30 there were only 2 people in front of me. When I sat in the chair she proceeded to thread without asking me anything. When I asked how are you doing them, I want to see she asked me to trust her and wait until the end to see both. At the end I was horrified. She completely butchered my eyebrows. I have thick, full eyebrows and what I was left with were pencil thin eyebrows. She tells me I can pencil them in. I try not to get too pissed and just pay and leave. Upon checking out, she charges my card twice. She ends up having to give me cash and states she hopes her boss doesn't get upset. Today I arrive at 10:30 and am told she will be here in 15 mins. We all wait for at least 30 minutes before she even arrives. There is a line of females expecting her to be here at 10:30 as all their signage states. Instead of quickly getting right to work, her phone rings and she has a full conversation while moving in slow motion knowing all of these women have been waiting for her. She has no consideration of other's time and it's insulting. I don't think I will return, all this drama and the work isn't even 5 star quality read more

Good eyebrow threading, nice people however NEVER go when you are in a rush. The woman who threads is ALWAYS late so there is no point in showing up at opening time and there is always people waiting. read more

Renuka saved my eyebrows lives. They were messed up by another threader at another location and with time, Renuka shaped them and let the spaces that were butchered grow in. I love my brows she really knows what she is doing, she's quick, and she doesn't hurt as much as others. Definitely worth the wait if there is one. Ranuka does a great job HOWEVER she talks way too much which makes the wait extra long. She has no consideration for people waiting. She will take phone calls talk non stop with the cashier and customers so the wait each time is extra long. However she is good at threading. read more

Came in 15 mins after they open 4 people waiting and she's not even there yet, took her 45mins after they open for her to get there. Just because your good doesn't mean you can't be professional. I made sure came I came at the right time so I didn't have to wait long and still had to wait and didn't get service cause I would of been late to work. Very upsetting read more

This review is for the makeup ONLY never did my brows here. I came here to get my makeup a few years ago for a wedding and it was a horrible experience. Absolutely horrible! As I was waiting I asked the front desk girl if I needed to bring a picture of what I wanted. Her response was ...no, she's good don't worry she looks at a bunch of YouTube videos and does many looks just tell her what you want. I was like huh? what? YouTube? But whatever when I sat down I said I want a really dramatic smokey eye in gray and the rest of the face pretty neutral and fresh with a red lip or neutral - you can pick. It was a young girl that did my makeup and to be honest I'm not 100% sure she had a cosmetology license. Not because of her age but because of her skill and limited drugstore makeup supplies. Ugh. The session took 1.5hrs and through it her hands were shaking. A few people kept checking in on her and the front desk girl even came over and said "ooh gosh that's not looking very good." Then I was charged $60. My friend that went with me said Holy Ish you like like a clown hahaha so glad I let you go first! She just continued to laugh all the way home. Great. I went home washed it off and did my own makeup. Don't do your makeup here! read more

The threading done here is literally painless and quick without skipping out on quality. I walked in without an appointment and there were about 5 or 6 people ahead of me but the aesthetician took care of us all within 20 minutes! She takes your facial features and shape into consideration and threads accordingly. This is now my official place to get my eyebrows done! read more

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded by Renuka for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Yes sometimes she can get carried away with sidebar conversations , etc. But if you think about it at what salon or beauty shop DON'T you see that?? I remind myself to keep my expectations in check when i come here and then i'm not as frustrated. I bring a book to read or get distracted on my phone to help pass the time. I moved away to NYC for about 3 years and when i moved back to South Florida a year and a half ago, i came right on back to Renuka again and am still not disappointed. She started providing eyebrow tinting so for the past year i have been doing that with her staff and I love it. She also has a woman on staff who does facials and massages who is also excellent and very professional. I gave the facial a chance (microdermabrasion) around Christmas time and have already been back for a deep facial. I enjoy that she uses aromatherapy natural products. I recommend Renuka and her staff very much. Manage your expectations time-wise (because she is popular) and you shouldn't be disappointed =) read more
