I asked to maintain the length and long layers with face framing angles to give the hair MOVEMENT. I took a long quiz on the website telling them what's important and giving them inspiration photos, all a waste of time because no one reads that apparently. When I complained directly to fabiola that the hair had no movement.. instead of curling it or doing a bouncy blowout-- she started rapidly layering my hair by over directing chunks around my crown area. I have layers in my crown that drop into this weird panel. my shortest layer goes to my occipital bone and does not connect to the longest layer so I now look like I have a mullet. I am a cancer patient already dealing with hair loss from treatments and spent $100 to try and feel more normal as a woman and this has just completely gutted me.

Bella Donna Hair salon is promoting and charging for premium products they are NOT using, which is outright fraud and a breach of trust. I tried to resolve this amicably, but after being ignored and then blocked, I'm left no choice but to take legal action. I am now filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and the official Ybera Paris distributors to expose this scam and protect other clients from being ripped off. Instead of trying to figure it out, she refused to do layers or face framing, and told me that if I wasn't okay with what she was willing to do, I could just leave. Because I was already in the chair and felt pressured and awkward, I let her proceed. She ended up taking barely half an inch off the front and an inch off the back. My ends are frayed and split, looking like she used dull scissors that damaged my hair. I waited a week hoping it would settle, but my ends look worse now than before I walked in. I definitely do not trust this salon to touch my hair again, and now I have to pay someone else to repair the damage.

Since my natural hair color is black, it has undertones of red which I really hate. My stylist was Isa and I told her that I was really unhappy with the redness (brassiness) in my hair and how I had thought I wanted lighter color hair in the past but realized that it makes me look washed out.
