I specified that I did not want orange/yellow tones. First she highlighted my hair then rinsed it, then dumped I don't know what on my whole head and my scalp started to burn like crazy. After that 2 hour process, she washed me again and started to blow dry. I was ORANGE. I told her this is exactly what I didn't want. So what did she do? Dump more of that stuff on my head for another 30 mins. It continued to burn and when I told her "this really hurts" she responded with "well what do you want, me to rinse it out?" Yeah that would be nice but what will happen to my hair?? I just got a shrug response. Four and a half hours later I'm finally done and my hair is still orange and I'm in tears. The next day I have so many burns on my scalp I lost count. The other reviews on here about this place are not reliable. Go to a different real life salon. (This one was like a rented room) Weird.

We have all had those traumatic experiences where the stylist gets scissor happy and cuts off way too much hair. She was the first hair stylist EVER who sat me down and just talked with me and looked at pictures of hair styles I liked so that she could get the best idea of what exactly I wanted. She took probably 2 hours talking with me, washing, cutting and styling my hair. It's not cheap to go there but you get a discount if it's your first time I believe. She isn't someone you want to go to if you're in a rush but if you want someone who is concerned with perfection and making you happy then she is the stylist to see. I've seen her several times since then and I've always been very happy with my trims. Last month I decided I wanted my virgin hair to be vamped up with a little balayage-ombré style.
