She asked me about my hair and actually took everything I told her into consideration. My hair took longer than management expected and even when they asked her multiple times if she would be done so she could take another client she didn't start rushing to finish my hair which I appreciate. It's horrible feeling when you try to get a service and they rush you out just to get another client done. I will suggest that maybe there be an option for clients to choose a longer appointment time especially for those of us who have longer and thicker hair. Overall the experience was good and my service was Kendra was SPECTACULAR! I loved my hair and it looked great in preparation for my birthday. I will definitely come again to see Kendra.

Popped in and said hi to the owners and got pricing etc. They made first great impressions -nice, clean, big , pretty space. Owners are genuine and friendly. Figured I would use them as my back up since they are so much closer than my regular spot. Finally used them and Johanna did my hair. She did a great job-wash, blow dry and a bit of flat iron-perfect! They use nice quality products and sell them too. They don't use alot of oil in your hair which is great because I hate when places use too much oil to try to coverup a bad blow dry. Johanna is super gentle and careful with the blow dryer which is also very important. Price was really good too...Overall it has been a great experience. I have gone twice now and I might just have to make them my regular go to Dominican salon from now on! Highly recommend!!!!

When we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and noticed that the salon was very clean. Madeline was very patient with my daughter and provided helpful suggestions for her haircut. I could tell that my daughter truly loved her new hairstyle based on the smiles she had while seated in the styling chair. Madeline did not rush the haircut. I could tell she was very attentive to her craft. While we were at the salon, there was a toddler having a haircut with another stylist, and I witnessed both of them being very kind and understanding of her needs. Madeline is very friendly and has years of experience cutting and styling hair. She is also very warm and has a kind personality. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon to anybody. He was also on the phone during my appointment which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. She called me back the same day and let me know what available times she had. I was able to text her and she booked me for an appointment. I then had to change my appointment time by 15 minutes and she was flexible with my request. On the day of my haircut I walked into The Orange Room. Lisa greeted me as I walked in and immediately apologized because the AC wasn't working. She asked if wanted to reschedule my appointment, but it was early enough in the day that it wasn't too hot inside. Lisa did a great job of cutting my hair and at a reasonable price!
