The shampoo experience is amazing, and they have 3 different kinds of blow outs you can choose from. I usually go with bombshell because I like big curls, and they NEVER disappoint!!!! I always post a picture of my hair when I leave and all my friends comment and compliment on it. I have a lot of hair, so I'm really lazy and never do my hair myself, so I got the package that you get 2 blow dries a month AND a treatment!!! I think it's like $65 a month, super worth it!!!!! So when I go there I just tip!! I usually go with Janelle or Jasmine, but I have gotten it done with Christina before and she's also really good! You can make an appointment online, or just call them and they'll fit you right in. Trust me, you'll leave there feeling like a queen!!

My hair took longer than management expected and even when they asked her multiple times if she would be done so she could take another client she didn't start rushing to finish my hair which I appreciate. It's horrible feeling when you try to get a service and they rush you out just to get another client done. I will suggest that maybe there be an option for clients to choose a longer appointment time especially for those of us who have longer and thicker hair. Overall the experience was good and my service was Kendra was SPECTACULAR! I loved my hair and it looked great in preparation for my birthday. I will definitely come again to see Kendra.

When we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and noticed that the salon was very clean. Madeline was very patient with my daughter and provided helpful suggestions for her haircut. I could tell that my daughter truly loved her new hairstyle based on the smiles she had while seated in the styling chair. Madeline did not rush the haircut. I could tell she was very attentive to her craft. While we were at the salon, there was a toddler having a haircut with another stylist, and I witnessed both of them being very kind and understanding of her needs. Madeline is very friendly and has years of experience cutting and styling hair. She is also very warm and has a kind personality. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon to anybody. My nails turned out great with my usual technician Tom but my pedicure was a completely different experience. The technician Brady had a bad attitude almost like he was annoyed he had to do my pedicure with a shitty attitude the entire time....he did not clean under my toenails, did not trim my cuticles, my nails were all uneven with white polish all over my toes. He was also on the phone during my appointment which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. When I brought this to the manager (Sarah), the focus was only on the polish color "looking fine," instead of addressing the quality of the actual pedicure. Please find pictures attached!!
