Dump more of that stuff on my head for another 30 mins. It continued to burn and when I told her "this really hurts" she responded with "well what do you want, me to rinse it out?" Yeah that would be nice but what will happen to my hair?? I just got a shrug response. Four and a half hours later I'm finally done and my hair is still orange and I'm in tears. The next day I have so many burns on my scalp I lost count. The other reviews on here about this place are not reliable. Go to a different real life salon. (This one was like a rented room) Weird.
