I give this business a 5 star review for their stylists, but only 1 for the ambiance, which is terrible. The man at the front desk needs to lay off the TikTok on his phone or put on headphones. He just sits there playing loud video after loud video nonstop. It is so annoying and disruptive. Also, there is no background music to listen to, and the lighting is way too bright and unflattering. The space is also getting more and more cluttered with manicure tables and junk everywhere. You can barely stretch out your legs at the hairdryers. If it wasn't for my stylist who is wonderful, I would've gone somewhere else. This is not a professional salon anymore. read more

Overcharged me $30 for double-process hair dye when I went from dark brown to black hair. Double process is bleaching/lightening first then dye. Explain that. Then, they did not give 20% for first time as listed on website, instead gave me $5 off that they stated was for my first time ( 2% off ). My gel French blue manicure by Hana was very pretty. I received a lot of compliments. I'm very hard on my nails and usually a few days later even though it's gel, I have a chip, but this gel seems very durable. My gel pedicure perfect. Hana is very professional. I would suggest staying far far far away! I went to get eyelash extensions and brow micro blading, I almost lost all my eyelashes! They brows were done horribly uneven and extremely different shapes, see pictures below. So my eyelash extensions fell off after four days and my brows completely came off at that time too, I looked ridiculous! The owner refused to refund me and told me I had to come in and they would fix it. At the time I was going out of town so I stopped by another salon, and the amazing tech there fixed my eyelashes. She couldn't believe how horrible they were! So when I get back in town I scheduled an appointment, I had already paid these people so I thought she could fix everything... BIG MISTAKE! She did my eyelashes again and redid the brows, I will say the brows looked much better, but the eyelash extensions were horribly uneven again. This time she used so much glue that my natural lashes were tearing out when the extensions fell off! I lost 20% of my lashes, but luckily the salon that fix this mess the first time, was able to fix it again! Just please read all the reviews about this salon, they all say the same thing "Do not trust this person with you face"! The owner trued to correct the issue, I will say that, but having a tech that is messing people's faces up in a way they can't correct for months is not something that should be allowed. read more

I found this salon because I won a gift card for a pedicure at a fundraising event. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with Nissa and when I arrived she was on schedule and ready for me. She did a great job on my pedicure and I found her very outgoing and easy to talk to. I scheduled an appointment the following week to get a gel manicure. Nissa remembered the color I had told her I wanted from my previous appointment and she was again right on schedule. Although I have only visited Boulevard Salon for nail appointments I found the entire staff to be friendly and professional. It appears to be a family type atmosphere and I would recommend this salon if you want a manicurist or hair stylist who truly gets to know their clients. read more

I've known the owner Lezly for years. She's always trying to get me in. After all these months of Covid and my wife working from home, decided my wife should go. So glad I suggested. She made me feel like I had been a client for years with them and continues to do so each time I make a follow-up appointment. For the first time in many, many years, I love my hair again!!! Joey has been my lifesaver and I can't thank him enough. All he did was touch up the highlights and trim up the layers. Doesn't sound like much, but that's all I ever wanted previous stylists to do but somehow I didn't get through to them. Joey ACTUALLY LISTENED when I told him about a problem area I've had for years that needed fixing and he fixed it; I told him I wanted to keep the length and he took the least amount possible off; and now I have beautiful, soft, flattering hair that's easy to style and makes me feel good. This salon is a cut above the rest. I came in for a blow out and have been addicted ever since. First for me it is all about customer service and there is no shortage of that here. I have had my hair washed by many they are all good but my Ivan knows my makeup is sometimes elaborate and those days I lile him to do my wash I never have to ask he just does it LOVE that. Yes Ivan is my guy but all the employees actually remember and acknowledge me with greetings and friendly conversation I love this a place where everyone treats you like a valued customer. The prices are very fair in a time of crazy pricing for hair services which I also appreciate as I have long hair and have encountered price gouging you will not find that here. Love this place finally found someone who cuts my hair the way I want it!!! I have extremely long hair and usually when I tell someone just an inch or two they take off 6 but NOT HERE!!!
