I was looking for a place to get my nail done. I read the review on Rosario, and they did not disappoint me. She took her time and did and old school mani - Pedi My nails were a mess; she soaked out my gel nails. My nail feels great and my Pedi was on point noting extra just a regular Pedi one of the best I have had in a long time. Thank You, Rosaria for taking your time and getting me back on track with my nails. And the salon what clean and nice, everyone was very nice. I will be back! read more

*****!!!!!avoid this business for lash extensions/ "microblading"/ microneedling or any aesthetic service offered!!! i don't want anyone else to go through the trauma i just did!!!!please read before booking any aesthetic service!!!!there is something very wrong& potentially dangerous here*********see attached photos of my botched microblading please!!!& screenshots of how the business treated me after***** i had an appointment yesterday for microblading & lash extensions& my life feels like an absolute nightmare now since. i found them on groupon & after seeing a few photos in their gallery, their rating & the positive reviews i blindly trusted their competence& went in for microblading &lashes. i have had previous microblading done that i was happy with, but my pigment had subtly faded into a greyish brown so i was thinking there was no way it could go too wrong since i just needed the girl doing my "microblading" nisrine nasser to place pigment over shape i was already happy with& i felt like she understood that considering i expressed that& obviosuly already had a good shape to my brows ...i was so wrong about how ignorant i was being to trust this place based on a rating, a few photos &reviews...these reviews are potentially either paid for or were left for hair appointments only not aestheic services.... i left with incorrectly color corrected brows that are dark brown with an orange outline& she went way past the outer corner of my eyes...i felt it as it was happening so i asked her what she was doing &she told me not to worry& that she wasn't putting any pigment or color in this insane location so i tried to trust that nothing was wrong &let her continue working on me instead of getting up& running out of there like i should have.. it turns out what i had felt was her creating a mcdoinalds arch shape far past the perimeter of my eyes...after i got upset &asked her what she was doing, instead of being honest &telling me she lied & tried to cover what she had just done to my face by taking skin tone pigment &trying to aggresively cover up the ronald mcdonald eyebrows she was attempting to leave me with. the skin tone pigment she put over the brown pigment did not even match my skin tone...if she had actually had any trianing/ qualification to do this service she would have known this is something you absolutley never do because the skin tone pigment doesn't actually cover the darker pigment&worse it is pretty much impossible to remove with laser ...i am so horrified by this experience....when i got out to my car i checked my mirror (seeing my eyebrows for the first time in adequate lighting &i immediately texted the business&asked why i was left with dark brown eyebrows outlined in a brassy orange& why there was a skin tone blotch patch past the brows...they essentially gaslit me&tried to insist this was normal...they did not ask me to come back in or to see what i was talking about they just avoided responsibility. they would not even refund the tip i left before seeing what was done to my face which is disgusting....they don't care that they have literally botched me....i still can't belive this is real... i wish i knew yesterday that by coming here i would potentailly never be attractive again....i wish i had been more cautious & i am so dissapointed in myself for allowing these monsters to butcher my beuaty & leave me looking so awful for minimal profit?....they made such little money from this& i now have to pay so much money to try to correct what they did to me& this could have been avoided if nisrine nasser had been honest about what she had done&not tried to hide it by covering it with a tone of ink that can not be removed with laser due to oxidation ...it will turn yellow or grey if lasered...i do not think they are actually qualified to do these services so please do not let them harm you...the owner insists they do have proper licenses& training, but i met with multiple professionals today to try to find a solution to try to salvage my face after the huge mess that was made by improper techniques& i learned that first off the "microblading" they are advertising &list as the service offered is not microblading it is something called permablending.. also i was told that nothing was done correctly& is the worse work some of these woman have ever seen, most importantly i learned that the attempted cover up/camoflauge nisrine did to me is something that should never be done...these people ruined my face& are not aknowledging it or offering to do anything to amend the situation...they do not care about their clients satisfaction or well being.see my profile pic for before picture& attached after my apointment....do not get microblading or microneedling they may hurt or permanently disfigure you. curious who dr is on staff for legality? they refused to show me licensing as well. *lashes are stiff, cheap&placed wrong! nisrine lied &said individual not cluster but they are xtreme cluster. read more

These people suck. One or the sketchiest places I've ever been. I haven't been back since I contracted MRSA after a pedicure.

I have worked 48 years in broadcasting with the last 10 on television in West Virginia! Since I vacationed in Plantation three or four times a year, I always made sure I got a haircut from Joey at Boulevard Salon. The BEST! He styles my wife's hair, too! read more

Girl who did my eyebrows really listened to me when I told her I wanted Natural looking brows- just fuller than what I had now. Tip: Wash your hair before you go because you can't get your eyebrows wet for a week. read more

Ivan is top notch, highly recommend. Love the way he cuts my hair, he is highly skilled.

My gel French blue manicure by Hana was very pretty. I received a lot of compliments. I'm very hard on my nails and usually a few days later even though it's gel, I have a chip, but this gel seems very durable. My gel pedicure perfect. Hana is very professional. I've been looking for a place for years for quality service w/o attitude. Boulevard Salon's welcoming atmosphere and Hana are a good fit for me. read more

I give this business a 5 star review for their stylists, but only 1 for the ambiance, which is terrible. The man at the front desk needs to lay off the TikTok on his phone or put on headphones. He just sits there playing loud video after loud video nonstop. It is so annoying and disruptive. Also, there is no background music to listen to, and the lighting is way too bright and unflattering. The space is also getting more and more cluttered with manicure tables and junk everywhere. You can barely stretch out your legs at the hairdryers. If it wasn't for my stylist who is wonderful, I would've gone somewhere else. This is not a professional salon anymore. read more

Overcharged me $30 for double-process hair dye when I went from dark brown to black hair. Double process is bleaching/lightening first then dye. Explain that. Then, they did not give 20% for first time as listed on website, instead gave me $5 off that they stated was for my first time ( 2% off ). Make sure you ask for your final cost break down as they will try to scam. read more

I go to Rebecca and she is very good. She also listens to how you want your hair cut which many hairdressers in my past just do what they want. She gets 2 thumbs up from me. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I got a pedicure from Hana, and she did a fantastic job. I'm obsessed with my nails! She's so kind and even encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone to try something new, which I ended up loving. I literally couldn't be happier with the experience! read more

Excellent customer service and excellent treatments. I keep coming back. Prices are great and place is very clean and professional.

I have been going to Boulevard for just over a year, and I really like the people and the work they do. Jessica does my pedicures, and she is very friendly and does a great job. She doesn't rush, and my toes always look great. Nissrin has done microblading on my eyebrows and permanent makeup on my eyelids and my lips. She also is very friendly and does a great job. She also takes her time. My eyebrows, lips and eyebrows look great! Sandra B. read more

I found this salon because I won a gift card for a pedicure at a fundraising event. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with Nissa and when I arrived she was on schedule and ready for me. She did a great job on my pedicure and I found her very outgoing and easy to talk to. I scheduled an appointment the following week to get a gel manicure. Nissa remembered the color I had told her I wanted from my previous appointment and she was again right on schedule. Although I have only visited Boulevard Salon for nail appointments I found the entire staff to be friendly and professional. It appears to be a family type atmosphere and I would recommend this salon if you want a manicurist or hair stylist who truly gets to know their clients. read more

I would suggest staying far far far away! I went to get eyelash extensions and brow micro blading, I almost lost all my eyelashes! They brows were done horribly uneven and extremely different shapes, see pictures below. So my eyelash extensions fell off after four days and my brows completely came off at that time too, I looked ridiculous! The owner refused to refund me and told me I had to come in and they would fix it. At the time I was going out of town so I stopped by another salon, and the amazing tech there fixed my eyelashes. She couldn't believe how horrible they were! So when I get back in town I scheduled an appointment, I had already paid these people so I thought she could fix everything... BIG MISTAKE! She did my eyelashes again and redid the brows, I will say the brows looked much better, but the eyelash extensions were horribly uneven again. This time she used so much glue that my natural lashes were tearing out when the extensions fell off! I lost 20% of my lashes, but luckily the salon that fix this mess the first time, was able to fix it again! Just please read all the reviews about this salon, they all say the same thing "Do not trust this person with you face"! The owner trued to correct the issue, I will say that, but having a tech that is messing people's faces up in a way they can't correct for months is not something that should be allowed. read more

I've known the owner Lezly for years. She's always trying to get me in. After all these months of Covid and my wife working from home, decided my wife should go. So glad I suggested. The place us warm. Lezly treated my wife like she's known her for years. Gave my wife to Rebekah. She is magic. Gave her a wonderful color, cut and style. My wife loved it. Even got her nails done. Would highly highly recommend this Salon. read more

I am so glad I found Boulevard Salon! The owner, Lezlie, is wonderful from the moment you place your call to schedule an appointment. She made me feel like I had been a client for years with them and continues to do so each time I make a follow-up appointment. My barber, Ivan, is very professional and is quite honestly the best barber I have ever had in my life. He gives excellent attention to detail and one can tell, wants his clients to be satisfied with the end-product. The salon is clean, well-lit, and has an inviting atmosphere. I will continue to give them my business for years to come! read more

For the first time in many, many years, I love my hair again!!! Joey has been my lifesaver and I can't thank him enough. All he did was touch up the highlights and trim up the layers. Doesn't sound like much, but that's all I ever wanted previous stylists to do but somehow I didn't get through to them. Joey ACTUALLY LISTENED when I told him about a problem area I've had for years that needed fixing and he fixed it; I told him I wanted to keep the length and he took the least amount possible off; and now I have beautiful, soft, flattering hair that's easy to style and makes me feel good. I didn't think that would ever be possible but turns out it is! THANK YOU Joey - you're now my personal hairdresser! read more

I've been going to Boulevard Salon for 3+ years, and always walk out feeling beautiful! I go to Reina who is just the nicest. I've referred a few friends to her and they too have stuck with her. The owner, Leslie, what a doll. All the women there are just great. Rebecca, Nisa, all of them. The prices are actually more reasonable then the generic walk in places owned by corporations. Took me til my 40s to find the right place, just glad I finally found it!! read more

Great service, very professional staff. The Owner booked my appointment which was last minute with Ivan. I was in town and needed my hair done for an event over the weekend. Ivan did an outstanding job on my hair. Love my highlights and cut. He's a pro and this is a great little salon! Everyone was very welcoming. Prices are very reasonable. Will be back for sure when in town. read more

Horrible service. The owner is probably one of the rudest people I've ever come across. They had no clue on how to do my highlighs the right way. I wouldn't set foot on this salon again. EVER. read more

This salon is a cut above the rest. I came in for a blow out and have been addicted ever since. First for me it is all about customer service and there is no shortage of that here. The owner Leslie is warm welcoming and you truly can feel she knows you can get your hair or services anywhere, but she is so happy you choose her salon and the best part is you will be happier then that when your done. Ok not gonna lie Ivan is my guy the BEST takes his time really knows what he is doing my hair is silky healthy and beautiful I had a surgery that had caused hair loss he nursed my hair back to its full glory. I have had color cuts and the worlds best long lasting blow outs. I have had my hair washed by many they are all good but my Ivan knows my makeup is sometimes elaborate and those days I lile him to do my wash I never have to ask he just does it LOVE that. Appoinments are met in timely manner and love the reminder texts. They are a full service salon with good old fashioned standards. Yes Ivan is my guy but all the employees actually remember and acknowledge me with greetings and friendly conversation I love this a place where everyone treats you like a valued customer. The prices are very fair in a time of crazy pricing for hair services which I also appreciate as I have long hair and have encountered price gouging you will not find that here. They will offer you coffee and a tasty fresh treat. Do yourself a favor look no further this is a forever kinda place. Woman men and children. I was super charmed watching the lengths the stylists go to making the little ones have a good experience.love this place read more

I have been a very satisfied customer at Boulevard Salon for many years - from the from the desk, to the hair washers, to the stylists, they are wonderful!
