I told him no way I can make it there, so I asked can I get regular ibuprofen 200 mg pills and take 3 to compensate for the 600mg prescribed dosage? He said he did not know. He asked me to wait to speak to the pharmacist. Finally 10 minutes later spoke to her, she asked if the tech I first spoke to saw the prescription in the computer? Told her yes that's how he also saw it's at another store. She turned to him and asked him why didn't you just offer to fill the prescription here? He stood there blank and then said of course I can fill it right now. ( where was that ten minutes ago when I told him no way I couldn't make it there?. Having compassion goes along way. Sadly the staff in pharmacy don't have that anymore I guess. By the way there were 2 prescriptions and he only filled one and stapled the bag closed so I left quickly in anger and didn't realize that until I was home.

There is a particular employee who repeatedly refuses to assist customers with Western Union transactions, claiming there is not enough money in the register because there have not been enough sales that morning. However, on previous occasions, I have successfully picked up Western Union funds at this same location. The manager has always been professional, helpful, and willing to obtain cash from the store's vault so that I could receive my Western Union money and purchase my prescriptions. Unfortunately, this employee appears unwilling to provide the same level of service and does not seem concerned about customer satisfaction. This is not an isolated incident--it has happened multiple times. The issue is not that the store lacks the funds; rather, this individual repeatedly refuses to go to the vault to obtain the money needed to complete the transaction. I believe customers deserve consistent service, and I hope management addresses this ongoing issue.
