This location is one l frequent due to how close by it is. It pretty much checks off all the boxes in terms of product variety, good customer service & fresh produce. As I've said before, the Floridian in me loves Publix & I stand by it when I say you'll always find something good at them. This Publix isn't much different than the others when it comes to maintaining the high standard of quality you expect when shopping here. I like that they keep up to date on new product releases. You can find a good bit of limited edition items & their seasonal selections stay current. Their deals are standard across all Publix stores so that's always a positive. They're always running BOGO & discount offers, although it's unfortunate to see how much the pricing of everything has shot up recently. If you get their app you can also find some exclusive deals there. The store is kept tidy & I've seen employees actively cleaning during slow hours. Food display cases seem to always be wiped down & coolers are kept at proper temps. As a general rule of thumb, you should check expiration dates on anything you buy. It doesn't happen often but you can pick something up that's out of date or very close to the expiration. This isn't a common issue here but it's always something you should keep in mind. This Publix is consistent & reliable, if nothing else. There's plenty of parking space & it's in a convenient location. Wonderful flower arrangements near the front doors where you can pick up a bouquet and pay at the customer service desk. This Publix looks and feels so clean. Tonight I bought a pre-made tuna croissant sandwich and a turkey sandwich for $6.99 and tasted fresh with soft bread and little Dijon mustard. read more

Your standard run of the mill Publix so there is nothing spectacular to write about when it comes to this location, but I will say that they need to make sure the people working the Deli Section can be a little friendlier, like their motto where shopping is a pleasure. The deli worker that helped me was anything but. She mumbled and it was insanely hard to hear her under her mask and when I asked her to repeat herself she got upset and snapped at me saying "they were out of meatballs" at 11 AM on a Monday morning. This was after waiting a good ten minutes for her to make a salad for one of her coworkers, where the deli woman was the friendliest person, so I am not sure what changed when I walked up... They could have made a note saying out of meatballs so I didn't waste my time waiting in line just to be told they were out. The prices are generic across the board when it comes to their other stores so I don't feel like I am spending more here compared to other Publix's in the area. However, a few of the items you can buy here are cheaper at other local market and produce stores in the area. They always have a ton of people on the registers so I am never waiting to check out too long and my frozen items always make it home without being thawed. For the most part, the staff is friendly as well so I like visiting this location, however I think the lady needs to try and be a bit friendlier at the deli because it left a sour taste in my mouth. read more

For the most my experience has been good, lately I have found that some of the products in the yogurt area like the cheesecake and some of the yogurts are expired and for a few weeks after I have talked to the employees and even talked to a manager, and they still have expired products that I notice only when I got home, if they are not following procedures in a process to provide quality foods, I ask myself what other procedures are not being followed. This location is very easy to access and the amount of parking in the lot is always wonderful because no matter how busy it is, I feel like I have never had to drive around to look for a spot so I can shop. This is my second closest location to me and whenever I need to stop and buy groceries after work, it is my closest, so it usually ends up being the one I go to the most. The cleanliness of this location is always wonderful and on multiple occasions I have seen the workers out there scrubbing away at stands and shelves to make sure they are clean for the items they are putting on them. The staff is always super friendly and goes out of there way to walk you to an item you may be looking for when you ask them. I have never seen one annoyed or upset when they are doing something and someone stops and ask them a question as to where the item may be. even if it is in another location on the other side of the store, they will walk you right over to it and help you find it. The deli and bakery have some of the friendliest workers as well and they are always ready to help you with a smile on their face for anything you may be asking and ready to get while you are here! First time using the pharmacy and I did not have a good experience. I had dropped off an RX two weeks ago but was told that they couldn't fill it at that time because it was too soon. I called this am and spoke with the pharmacist to let her know that I wanted to have my RX filled. She asked me if I wanted it in 30 min and I told her it would probably be more like an hour. My husband and I ended up running errands & didn't make it to Publix until 4:41 pm. There were 2 people ahead of us who had been waiting for a while. The pharmacist was on a call until 5:01 pm. (It seems that they could have used another body in the pharmacy as she was handling phone calls, taking care of RX's, giving flu shots & processing gift cards for the flu shots all by herself.) When it was my turn, I told the pharmacist that I was picking up an RX. She looked in her system & told me she didn't have anything for me. I told her that I talked to her this am & we talked about me picking up my RX in an hour. She told me that it looked like my RX was canceled. (I'm sure that was a note from 2 weeks ago.). She told me that she could take care of it and fill it. It's aggravating that I didn't even get a phone call letting me know there was a "problem" with my RX. read more

I had a very bad experience today 6/13/24 at the pharmacy around 6:45 pm. I have been dealing with sinusitis and my ears have been clogged, my ENT advised that I take Claritin-D (contains Sudafed) daily. I am well aware that this medication is regulated and for good reason... my complaint is NOT about the regulation of this medicine, my complaint is about the customer service at the pharmacy counter. I purchased the medicine with 15 pills in the box and asked the question when will I be able to purchase another box. I asked this because I am leaving for rural India on a mission trip, to an area where I will be unable to purchase the medication in one week, and the box I bought will run out while I am overseas, leaving me without medication for 5 days (and dealing with miserable sinus issues on a 20 hour flight). When I asked the pharmacy tech this question and then also the pharmacist, neither of them cared to help me. They told me they were unsure of when I could purchase it again, unsure where I could find this information out, and they were extremely dismissive. They shrugged me off coldly and I felt judged as if I were trying to misuse the medication when in reality I was trying to make sure I feel healthy while out of the country. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has run into this situation, so to be knowledgeable about any solution is frankly unacceptable. They lacked any concern for my situation and did not care one bit about helping me to find the information I was looking for. I was not asking for rules to be bent, I'm a rule follower and a nurse, but I was asking for help to understand the rules. This kind of service has never been my experience at Publix. I left feeling embarrassed and as if I was an inconvenience to them... customers should not be made to feel so small for needing help. read more

Publix, my go to spot for groceries, and this by far my favorite Publix out of the handful I've been too. So starting off with cleanliness. Overall, the store is kept to a high standard of clean, in my opinion. I don't feel like I'm walking in to a random clutter of food items. Floors are clean, the carts are cleaned after each use. The staff, always super friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue with any of them, always helped me out if I ever needed anything. They get me through checkout super quick. It's main reason I keep coming back, a friendly staff makes my life a lot easier when shopping for frozen pizza. The shelves are stocked pretty well. If item is missing they'll give you a rain check to come back for it. They also offer online ordering which is nicer if you're about that life. My one small issue I have is ordering subs online. Now if you get them on a slow day, it'll be made on time all the time. But on a busy day, if you order for say 12:30, you're best bet is to come in at 12:45, a lot of people go in an order subs and sometimes they get little behind. But that's just a tip, no big deal. Overall, great Publix, love shopping there. read more

The store is my "home away from home". I love shopping the bakery & flowers. The produce department is pretty thorough. The employees are friendly and very helpful. I like to order my deli items online. That way I can pick it up at my convenience rather than wait on a usually long line at the deli. read more

Shopping was suppose to be a pleasure but instead I felt bad for even going. Tonight's mission: chicken tenders, a simple item that I've purchased many times before... I entered and made my way to the deli area where they keep the sub station and hot foods, to my surprise they were all out of "fresh" chicken tenders. After talking with the lady behind the counter they managed to find a box of warm chicken tenders (what time they're from was unsure) I proceed to ask for 3 tenders, not once did she smile or look at me, even after I thanked her, blank stare like as if I were getting this for free and she had to pay for it. Well anyway checking out was fast, the cashier was nice and told me to have a good night, it's the little things in life you know? When I get home, I take a bite off the chicken tenders.... You know when something's been sitting out and it's soggy and kinda gross? Well that was my chicken tender experience. I'm not saying all my experiences at this location have been like this but they didn't stand out in the least. read more
