Checked out this hidden Walmart looking for a Panthers T-shirt and Forth of July merch. No Panthers merch and only fireworks for the 4th. Ended up buying a cute sundress and a tank top though. I come here because their prices are low vs Publix which their prices are very high! It's as if the entire staff was handpicked for their ability to be rude and disrespectful to the customer with no customer skills whatsoever. UPDATE: Other than some aisles being marked, there is absolutely no social distancing. They weren't even cleaning the registers at self service after each customer. ******** Very disappointed... we were going to buy a couple of bags of Halloween candy since they were 50% off but when we tried to ring them up, it came up as full price. When we told the employee that it was supposed to ring up 50% off, she told us that some of the bags we picked were excluded because they were not "Halloween" candy even though they had them with the discounted candy. I purchased a car battery with a 3yr replacement warranty 2yrs and a few months ago. The battery went bad and I took it to be replaced this morning. After they had me wait over two hours doing their test they said in fact the battery was bad and they would replace it. So, I went to the register with the person doing the tests she said that they won't replace the battery because it's three months away from expiring. The battery says on the face three year free replacement. After wasting all morning doing tests verifiing what I had told them they refused to honor their warranty. read more

I have to say that this is one of the only Walmarts that I will willingly say I will go to. Everything about this place Is always clean and every time I come here, I have never had to have a single complaint at the ready, LOL. The staff here is very friendly, which is very surprising for a Walmart in my opinion. The Isles are always well stocked and in order and they always have the items that I am looking for. If they don't and I asked they will look in the system to see if it's in the back and proceeded to get it for me if need be. The prices here are always reasonable when it comes to many of the items and this Walmart price matches So if you find an item here that is cheaper on Amazon or a handful of other places, they will adjust the price. This is one of the only Walmarts that I will willingly go to. This Walmart always has an ample amount of parking as well as some friendly staff. This Walmart is humongous let me just say! The garden section is very spacious and they sell basically anything you can think of that you need for your garden whether it be gardening tools for plants or even wood chips. They also have the huge Market section at this Walmart. It has many different Fresh produce items as well as frozen foods. I usually come here when I want chicken breast because it is insanely cheap for a huge amount. I also have a deli counter here, but I don't get anything from there because to me it never looks fresh. The Isles are spaced out very nicely and everything is usually in its place when I am here. Prices are usually much cheaper than other stores in the area which is why I usually go to Walmart when I am in the mood for something and I want it on the relatively cheaper side of the spectrum. The layout of this Walmart is basically the exact same thing as every other to Walmart. The staff were super kind to me today from the cashier at the garden center all the way up to Angdla, the manager. The store was nice and clean and it was not crowded at all. I was able to check out in just a few minutes and was on my way. In the future, I will be coming back to this Walmart when I need something. This location is literally walking distance to our home. If it was not so hot out everyday, we may actually walk instead of drive. I have visited this location since they opened years ago. The common issue I experience almost every time is that they do not have items in stock. I mean it is not that hard! This location does not appear as ghetto as most locations. The parking lot is very strange and there are definitely some odd balls here. The inside of the store is pretty maintained and well kept but the parking lot is full of trash. I guess too many animals coming here. It is busy and chaotic most of the time. People lack consideration and manners here for sure. I never encountered a problem with the staff but when you do see them, most of the time they are blocking things, hanging out with each other. I went to do a return this evening(Feb19) that I purchased on November 20, 2022. They refused to honor my return claiming it was already over 90 days even though my receipt showed when I purchased this item. As a consumer, when it says 90 days I see it has 3 months from the time you buy it. Not how many days are in a month. I had 1 more day (November 20-Feb 20) to make this return. This is why I don't shop at Walmart but unfortunately had to go here when I made this purchase. I rather spend more by going to Publix or Target. I have since called corporate to complain. This is the worst Walmart EVER!!!! I went to purchase a car seat on the end cap $24.94, but rang up $49.98. Took it back to the advertise price area to see if I picked up the wrong one. The assistant manager met me there and stated, the price is $49.98. I advised him, $24.94 has been the price for over 3 months. He began to take the price down and started haggling me a different price! "I'll give it to you for $30..." he said, as if he were doing me a favor. I responded telling him I want it for the price that's it's been for the past 3 months. He said he was "Doing me a favor" by adjusting the price to $30. Meanwhile, I'm taking photos of him removing the price and he said, "Go ahead, put this on Facebook..." so I began recording him. This is not a review about the store but about an employee in particular. Irene at express checkout was such a kind soul. I witnessed her helping a elderly man in front of me who was in a scooter and needed help. She helped him take out his groceries with a smile on and most importantly without waiting for him to ask for help. When it was his turn to pay he took out cash and she took out a little bag from her pocket with her own coins and help the man complete his total without having to break another large bill. Everyone would swear I was disillusional or I just dreaming it BUT that would be freaking awesome. This place really is like a zoo, 50/50 between people that work here and others that patron the place. You come here because it's convenient and/or it's cheap. I've never seen a reason to say I come for the service. It's getting worst because of the holidays. I somehow constantly out running errands and I have to grab that one grocery item and some random household item. I come here because I want to make one stuff. Purchased cat food and got home and I smelled something very bad. Opened up the bag and the cat food in the box had old maggots and the little packages in the box was little things of pate food. Took it back to tell customer service and they sent me to get another box. The store was closing in 15min. The manager at the time opened up a new register, did the transfer and yet had to use my debit card again for the transfer. Everything was completed until the next morning. Had 5 Walmart's two in Hialeah, Pembroke Pines, Coconut Creek and Lauderhill charge each $50 sales. Police report was filed and never have I gone back again. I moved from Texas to South FL almost 2 years ago. I was excited for a nice new store. Man, well I was completely wrong. ALL of the employees definitely make it very clear they don't want to be there. Don't even waste your time asking where something is bc you won't won't get an answer or even a "I'm not sure, let me find someone who knows." They walk off during questions. Not to mention I only go to this location bc it's close to my house. But expect long lines in the checkout lanes and the cashiers move like FLASH in Zootopia the sloth. This place gets my nerves and blood pressure so high bc I'm used to Southern hospitality. Maybe a new manager can turn it around. This Walmart is pretty decent. I like the Garden area because they have a lot of gardening tools that I need. They have smaller tools which is great because my garden is not very large. They're easier for me to use. I also like the paper goods department here for napkins and paper towels and whatnot. Everything is always in stock that I want and it is clearly organized. The parking is getting worse because they have added 10 spots right up front for pick up orders. I had to park very far away on a Tuesday at 11 a.m., not exactly their busy time. I stay away from this locations fruits and vegetables because they just don't seem very fresh. They are either dented or bruised or looking past their prime.
