A decent bed bath and beyond for sure, the location has your average BB&B items such as pots, pans, bedroom stuff, many different things honestly! The location is easy to find but the parking lot is a pain in the butt to navigate. Upon entering the location was nicely lit however the shelves were either in disarray or not stocked much. The staff was friendly but I had to hunt them down a couple times because it seemed like there were not many working at that time. I had a giftcard and luckily some coupons because the prices here are kind of expensive for the same things you can find on Amazon or other big name stores around. A nice amount of stuff was leftover from Halloween so getting some cool decorations for next year was great because the discount was very nice. The staff was friendly and I will definitely be back as long as this location stays open, with so many others closing. read more

I ordered a shower door, which was delivered after about 6 weeks. Because of that, and it being the holidays, I didn't open the box until after the holidays. I realized it opened the wrong way and so I contacted Overstock right away about returning it, and they said the return tim eperiod was 30 days and it had been 35 days so they would not let me return it. This was my best experience yet at this store! I started out by searching their website and found a really good deal on a comforter set for mami. I proceeded to select from their Reserve Online Pay in Store feature. They placed my item on hold, charging only $1.00 on my bank card. After that, I received a confirmation via email within 2 hours and a couple of reminders, as they return the merchandise to the floor within 2 business days. They also have Pack & Hold available, but the pickup solution is what worked best for me this time. Today, I went in with a copy of my email confirmation and stood in line at the Customer Service desk. My item was soon retrieved, I handed the associate my $10.00 off coupon, paid and I was out! The store is open regular hours. It is marked throughout the store for social distancing on the floor. All the employees are wearing masks and sanitizing between customers they even are wiping down the belts on the check out between customers to include the keypads as well. Was warmly greeted when we walked in. The store was clean and fresh smelling. Their stock was full and I had no problem finding what I needed. The checkout lines were not long at all I think there was one person in front of me everything was running smoothly and quickly. Checked out without an issue using a discount. Due to the ease of getting in and out as there was plenty of parking and that the store had a full inventory.And are following all the guidelines for COVID-19 I would highly recommend this store. read more

But we came to this location because we were on our way back home and thought we might as well stop by here since we are already in the area. With my wife's pocketful of 20% off coupons, we find ourselves purchasing a lot of items in this store from kitchenware to wine glasses, which we already have tons of. This particular store is way bigger than the one in our neighborhood. As you can imagine, we ended up spending an hour in the store easily. The store given its size is well organized. Many items on display looks nice and the prices are clearly labeled. The store staff was friendly too and easy to get a hold of. The only drawback I think is the wait at the check out register. I imagine with a store this big, surely they would have more than 2 cashiers at the checkouts. I think we'd still be shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond, but just in the store by our area. read more

This Bed Bath & Beyond is smaller then the one located in Sunrise. Therefore, the selection options are not as ample & the aisles are narrow and not easily maneuverable. However, the store is bright, clean and well-stocked. The staff friendly and helpful. This BBB located in a small plaza where Whole Foods is located so the foot traffic is heavy. In reality, this is a place where I always seem to walk out of with at least one more item that I came to get. I recently went in for a pillow and almost came out with a lighted magnifying mirror as well. Thankfully, checkout clerk forgot to ring up he mirror. By then I was out of my buying trance so I said he could put it back. After all, I only had one 20% off coupon with me that day. If I buy anything at BBB without a 20% off coupon I feel like I have committed a crime. I am not the only one. I see people use twenty 20% off coupons. It seems there is no limit to the amount one can use. Which makes me wonder. If everyone uses these coupons, why doesn't BBB Just reduce their prices by 20%? I guess it's for the same reason Macy's has a 20% off "sale" almost every week, the "psyche" of the bargain. In general I find BBB to be overpriced, but the coupon makes the prices a bit more palatable. I only go to this store if I am looking for a particular item. At this location I never find help when I need it at. I always need to search for anything myself. The lines at checkout can be long. The location is convenient for me though and sometimes for certain items, it is just easier going to BBB than Target, Walmart, or a department store. read more

This location in Coral Springs is so much better than the Sawgrass stor where the manager David was very arrogant on the phone. However, the staff in this store are very courteous and helpful and really go out of their way to help. I was assisted on the phone by Danny in Appliances who is holding a countertop oven for me since it IS in stock there. The online shopping for BBBynd needs to rectifly their problems showing inventory that was not actually in the Sawgrass store. My online order was cancelled due to no stock, and it took several calls and 5 days to get a refund of the gift cards I used. in the future it will be worthwhile for me to drive to Coral Springs rather than go to that awful Sawgrass store which is closer, but where the employees are misinformed and rude. read more

11/16/2016- Came here looking for a replacement on a muffin pan that I previously burnt that belonged to my sister. As soon as I walked in, I wanted to buy everything!!! I said to myself "Focus".... I found the muffin pans but not the one I was looking for. That's when Michael must of seen my confused face and immediately asked "How can I help you?" I told him my situation and he said that he would check for me at other stores. He came back and told me that no stores in Florida carried them but he could put an order for one to be shipped. So this really isn't a story about Bed Bath and Beyond and their products. It's more of about how I had to really go to the bathroom at a Bed Bath & Beyond and their customer service was so good that it kept me from going- almost. I'm not a frequent BB&B shopper so I don't know the layout of things. I needed to use the restroom and that's it. I wasn't shopping. I turned a corner and was greeted by an associate. "Anything I can help you with?" He asked. Now, no one wants to say, "I'm just here for the restroom, thanks" so I just said no thank you and went along my happy way. No more than two minutes and another associate comes along, "how can I help you?" I'm thinking, omg I'm going to die. Once the fourth associate asked me if I needed anything I knew I had to just start ignoring them and find this bathroom. Fortunately I did and all was well, but moral of the story: if you go to BB&B expect to be helped. If not, then you're doing something wrong- or maybe they just know you have to use the bathroom. read more

What's not to like about this store? First of all, the store is easy to find there is plenty of parking. It is bright, clean and cheerful. There is something here for every part of your home - kitchen, bath, living room, whatever. There are so many fun gadgets that you don't see just everywhere. The prices are about like you see in other stores, but they do have frequent coupon offers and specials. Besides, it's so nice to find everything in one place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughter had a crack in her Tervis cup, after dropping it. She had bought it at BB&B several months ago. Since it has a lifetime warranty, she decided to take it back. She had the cup with her, but didn't have the receipt. The clerk told her that as long as it was a pattern that they still had in stock (it was) that she could just bring it in and exchange it. If it was an older pattern, it would have taken a bit longer. So, she ran out to the car, dried the water out of the cup and trotted it back in. No problem at all. The difference between really good and great, is amplified at this location. The client services and management go the extra mile ! BB&B has a very liberal exchange policy already. My wife likes to tuck things away that need to be returned or repaired so they are out of the daily items a family uses. Well that presents an issue when you finally remember to take care of it. This location took extra time and effort to help us update an item that never worked as promised. They helped track the item which was no longer in stock and find a suitable replacement. All the time being pleasant and handling other clients and orchestrating their resolve also. Very impressive ! read more

This location is kind of a pain to deal with ever since Whole Foods moved into the plaza. However, I needed to return a body pillow I received for Christmas. Between that and the dog, there was no room for Jeremy C. in the bed! Perhaps that's what his mom had in mind when she bought it for me... This thing has been in my trunk for over a month. I just kept forgetting and did not want to deal with the hassle of the plaza. I also remembered the better than average return policy so I didn't rush. The customer service reps were average. Not friendly not efficient but they took my 2 month old return with no problems. I picked out a great Queen sized foam mattress pad to replace the body pillow. Our backs have been sore lately and I chalk it up to no foam like I used to have. The cost was $59.99 and I know I've seen the exact same brand/quality at places like Target/Big Lots for half the price but I had a $40 store credit. As I checked out, I asked if they has any 20% off coupons laying around. Of course, I forgot mine at home. The cashier signed me up to receive emails and took the 20% off immediately as a courtesy. I've come to this store a few times and had mixed experiences. Most recently I went in looking for a particular item I saw online (a set of 6 espresso cups). I went into the store around 4:00 on a Wednesday when it wasn't even close to busy. I expected coffee cups to be best coffee makers. I was wrong. I eventually found the display of the item of interest near the dishes. It was marked $19.99 as I expected but a different espresso cup set was placed below it. I looked around for a "help me!" Button or an employee. No luck. I went back to the front of the store and had to stand there awkwardly before one of the cashiers asked if I needed help and I said yes. She wasn't doing anything but rather just grabbed the walkie and asked someone else to help: im assuming she couldn't leave her post. No big deal. However-when someone did come to help me he came and answered the phone before helping me or even acknowledging me. I was trained in customer service and was always taught to service the customer STANDING in front of you first because they are more likely to spend money. They are also more likely to walk out if they get angry. Had another employee not walked up immediately I would have left. The reason for the 4 stars and not 2 or 3 is because the guy that helped me redeemed some of the points. They didn't have the item in stock after all (boo!) but he ordered and shipped it to my house for free and honored the 20% coupon they usually give out but of course I had forgotten. So now it will take a week to get my cups but at least I spent less to get the ones I wanted. read more

Unless they are giving the item away, save yourself the hassle. The products are nice but they have no idea how to be customer friendly, especially at the customer service desk. Today I witnessed a gentleman carrying several boxes of glasses and he put them on the customer service counter on the "wrong" side of the register. Rather than just moving the items herself, the manager made the customer move all the boxes himself. Then we had wait 15 minutes for help in the vacuum section. Finally when we were ready to check out, there was no one at the regular register, so we went to the customer service line. The manager yelled at us to get in a register line... but there was no cashier! She made us get out of the line and wait for the cashier. Not going back. I'm always a fan of this store. If you do your research on prices, you can usually find the best deal here when you combine it with their 20% off coupon. One thing I found was that they have the best return policy of any store I've found. Basically, if you bought it there and it breaks, just bring it back. I brought a blender that I bought here after a year and I didn't have my receipt and they still exchanged it for me. So now, everything electronic that I am looking for and can find here, I buy it here because of the return policy. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Stores are never super busy. read more

This store is in a great location and fairly easy to access. There is plenty of parking at this location and is in a small strip center with a Hobby Lobby and a Whole Foods coming soon. This store is well organized and clean. The staff greets you when you walk in and there are various staff members around if you have questions. My favorite part is the selection of Tervis tumblers, which I have to admit I'm becoming quite obsessed with. The fact that they're on the expensive side for a plastic cup is compensated by the fact that Tervis offers a lifetime guarantee on them. However if you purchase your Tervis from a Bed Bath & Beyond, they will exchange it if it's damaged as long as they can identify it to be an authentic Tervis. I had purchased a 24oz tumbler with the goldfish wrap and it fell on the floor and cracked. I took it in and they swapped it out not problem. I didn't even have my receipt with me. Of course they are currently carrying that particular print so it was easily identifiable. It took a couple minutes and I was on my way with a brand new cup!
