I recently went in with several of my designer purses and dresses. After a very thorough look over, my items were accepted for sale. Within days my items sold, and I was able to pick up a check! Alyssa and Amanda (two of the sales associates I met that work there) were so friendly and helpful. You won't believe the great prices on the designer purses, shoes and dresses they carry. I went in to drop off my items and did not expect to shop for myself. I wound up purchasing two shirts I've worn several times and absolutely love.

Dolly's does not have their own parking lot but there is inexpensive metered parking around the corner. The store is crammed from floor to ceiling with costume jewelry but is arranged by type and color. Best of all it is very inexpensive. Most of it is fake but I did see a few sterling pieces. Based on the tags I saw like the ones from Macy's, it seems to be overstocks. This is the kind of place you want to enjoy exploring with you girlfriend or daughter. If you have that certain outfit that needs the finishing touch, you can find the perfect statement piece inexpensively. Have a ball digging through designer sunglasses, rings, earring, bracelets, and necklaces. If you need any recommendations, give me a ring!

The amount of necklaces is overwhelming....I can't tell you how many there could be, but I would bet it would be in the thousands....They are displayed on top of each other or next to each other. They have a beautiful collection of costume jewelry, lovely dresses and blouses. They have everything from casual, to dressy casual, to special event clothing styles. I did notice most of their clothing sizes are on the smaller side but worth checking out for unique pieces.

BIG SCARY POP UP STORE…read more.. These Spirit Halloween stores are popping up everywhere in closed stores in high traffic areas. They dont vary too much by the amount and type of merchandise but they definately vary by management and staff. This one is a free standing pop up store behind the ABC store off Flamingo Rd and Sunrise Blvd opened two weeks ago. This store has very cool full size movie theme characters some that move and some with sounds. Easy to view most of the sections from any position in the store. They have an adult costume section in addition to a large kiddy costume area. I even saw dog costumes - which were funny. Lots of costume accessories and scary home items like light ceramic type skulls for $9.99. Also, plush scary pillows and creepy dolls. They do not carry men's costumes above 1X Large but you can find them on Amazon. Pumpkin carving kits are also available. Friendly staff quick to assist and answered my questions. Fun place to browse or buy.

It's that time of the year again. Halloween!…read more Every year at this time, Spirit Halloween pops up. Upon entering, there were all kinds of interactive scary, but fun animated experiences for every age. Kids were all around them, laughing and enjoying in the Halloween fun. They had a huge variety of Halloween costumes and accessories to complete any character that you would like to be for Halloween. There was no presence of employees walking around to help. If you need help, you'd have to walk to the front where the cashier was located. I picked out a couple costumes to try on and asked the cashier at the front where the dressing room was. To my surprise, there were no dressing rooms. Her response was that you could try it on over your clothes or you can purchase it and bring it back for a refund if you don't like it. To me that's very inconvenient. I might as well order on Amazon, which had basically the same costumes at a lower price. All in all, it was a fun experience, but left with no costumes in hand. I give Spirit Halloween a 3.5 star rating because of the lack of service and no dressing rooms.

I believe I paid close to $30 each for these items at Marshalls, after browsing the outlets, I discover they are more like $60-80 at the outlets. Yikes! The outlet does have some deals, but you have to kind of know your prices. A quick search on your phone on the internet should help you figure how much $ you are actually saving. During my visit, I was able to pick up a nice pair of dress shoes for my husband for $59. I was there during a buy one, get one 40% off sale. I scoured the store looking for a second pair and found dressy loafers for him. The loafers did have a couple of small blemishes on the sides, but I'm sure he would scuff them after a couple of wears anyway. I noticed a sale table by the front register, the best deals seemed to be there, but it's worth giving the whole store a once over. The clearance rack was just meh, kinda pricey stuff. Now you do pay more for the shoes here, but they are super comfortable. Hubby and I both have high arches and the shoes from here tend to work well for us. This is definitely a place worth visiting if you have problematic feet. I walked out with the 2 pairs of men's shoes for a total of about $110 including tax.

I enjoyed peeking through their large room and smaller back rooms of furniture, small appliances, household items, books, clothes, art, and accessories. They sell vintage and antique items with some modern things thrown in. My favorite area was the adorable kitchen room. You could practically see a grandma standing there baking a pie. If had enough space, I would have scooped up those sweet ceramic vegetable trinket boxes. Everything was actively arranged and clearly priced. Take your time and look closely. There are a lot of cool things to see and prices can be negotiated. The Flip Side has another store in Ft. Lauderdale on Cypress Creek Road in Ft. Lauderdale. I always love supporting a small businesses and especially thrift stores. Help the planet by reducing, recycling, and reusing by thrifting!

Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service and Pathetic Merchandise -- Avoid This Store!…read more I have rarely encountered customer service as obnoxious, rude, and unprofessional as what I experienced at this clothing store. The attitude was appalling, the hospitality was nonexistent, and the overall experience was enough to make me never want to spend another dollar here. And let's talk about the merchandise. The quality is so appallingly poor that these items seem to go beyond first- or second-grade rejects. They look like the kind of castoffs that even the Salvation Army might turn away, only to somehow find their way onto the racks of this store. The quality is absolutely dismal, yet apparently the owner expects customers to shop here and tolerate his attitude on top of it. Speaking of the owner, the behavior was every bit as disappointing as the merchandise. You would expect someone running a business to understand the basic principles of customer service, courtesy, and respect. Instead, the owner came across as arrogant, dismissive, obnoxious, and needlessly rude. Quite frankly, the owner has the personality of a gnat and the customer service skills to match. A little humility and a great deal of basic manners would go a long way. Let's be clear: customers are not asking for special treatment. We simply expect to be treated with respect and to find merchandise that is worth considering in the first place. When the products are this disappointing and the person running the store is this unpleasant, there is absolutely no reason to spend a single dollar here. There are plenty of other businesses that deserve customers' money. This store, in my experience, is certainly not one of them. Bottom line: substandard merchandise, atrocious customer service, and an owner whose attitude is even worse than the products being sold. Save your money, save your time, and shop somewhere else.
