I've been coming to this Ross location for years, and it's usually one of my go-tos for cute home décor and paintings. They're often stocked with gems that add the perfect touch to my place. As a size 10 girlie I used to always find great shoes here too but for the last couple of months, the selection has definitely been lacking. The smaller sizes still have plenty of cute options, but the size 10 aisle needs some love! One major highlight is Jeanette at the front. She does security and greets you as you walk in, and her energy is EVERYTHING. Morning or night, she's always positive, kind, and patient, even when customers aren't the easiest. Truly a sweet spirit and such a bright spot every time I visit. Parking is plentiful, though not always close to the entrance since the lot is shared with a few other businesses. The store is located right next to Five Below and Dollar Tree, which is convenient if you're hopping around. Overall, still a decent Ross location, I just hope the size 10 shoe section gets restocked soon! read more

I just popped in quickly for a backpack today so didn't do much shopping. But, the store was clean, seemed in order, and was pretty quiet. It looked very well stocked with a lot to choose from. Ross is always a great place to shop with decent prices. Customer can be hit or miss depending on location and time of day. This morning my encounter was very pleasant and quite the breeze. I was in the area and decided to stop at this Ross Dress for Less to check out the sale and clearance items. My first impression of the store was not great, there was stuff all over the racks and shelves, very disorganized and kind of messy. I understand that customers sometimes go through the items to check them out, but I feel that a good store manager would ask his staff to keep an eye on messy areas and help put stuff in its place. I did not find anything of great value, so I did not buy anything. The overall look of the store did not make me feel like shopping and checking out every department. read more

Shopping for one of my daughters, I stepped in here on the right footing, thinking it was befitting on a Tuesday night. Dissimilar from other outlets, Ross carries a Maternity section, although small, but good quality clothing at great prices. Plus, with my senior discount, I knew I couldn't lose. Ay-ay-ay I was wrong! Attitude, attitude, attitude from arrival to escape. I mean, that's how I was feeling midway thru, to the end. Asking for help at the jewelry counter was painful, not to mention the associate nearly threw the heavy jewelry containers at me during checkout. And she griped about having to print separate gift receipts for each item, seven total! 'Get me outta here,' I thought. To the extent, that I got my selections rung up (which I was so happy with) and forgot to mention my discount! When I got to my car, I remembered as I was driving away and called the store right from my Yelp app, as I was still checked in (I love my app!). The employee who answered couldn't respond to my simple question. After several minutes, she came back and said that not only did I have to go right back (before store closing) to get the discount applied, but that they would have to issue a refund and start from scratch. Umm... I'll take my losses--thank you--time is money. I like the quality and savings at Ross. I also understand people have "off days" and personal problems that we must not take to work with us, so I prayed; giving the young woman grace, but in terms of business, this particular location is an altogether mess. The fitting rooms stink (literally) and the floors look like they've never been mopped. I came in as a matter of convenience and to save a little, but it will be a long time before I go back hoping to find positive change! read more

i do not know where to begin, that is how terrible my ross experience was this afternoon. my elderly mother did not realize where the line began and proceeded to go to the register. a ross employee shouted at my mother "you can't cut the line you need to go to the back". my mother was shaking and taken back at the cashier's attitute. the cashier was not wearing a name tag and i kindly asked for her name - her response- "why". needless to say she refused to give me her first name. not long after that the loss prevention employee told me to wait outside!!! the employees were so rude and mumbled under the breath mean comments. i waited outside and when my mother was at the register- i opened the ross door to see if my mom needed any help. that is when once again i was asked to leave. not one employee had a name tag on and there attitudes were so inappropriate. my mother came outside and we proceeded to the car. a minute later the police arrived in front. i cannot imagine why the police were called or why i was thrown out. i had to take a picture of the sales associate bc she refused to tell me her first name. she is a miserable employee- and to treat a senior like she did is concerning. read more

Ross is a very simple store; stuff that didn't sell at other stores winds up here at a discount. I have found Tommy Hilfiger shirts that retails for $75 and I've paid $10. I found a Starter jacket from the Ireland Olympic Team that I bought quite a few years ago and I still have. Because I'm a guy and we don't throw clothes away if there are any threads left. I have found quite a few little treasures at Ross, so I continue to shop here. For Christmas they stayed open late; very late. They were open until 1:00 AM, which I thought was a bit ridiculous, but okay. I can't say anything about what it was like to shop at that hour because I was sound asleep by then, but it's nice that they were staying open later. I'm sure there were some people who took advantage of that. I also like how I'm usually greeted when I enter the store. Almost always there is someone who welcomes me, usually the security person. I like that. It's a small thing but it's very nice to feel like you're wanted. One suggestion for the store would be to have more workers on the floor. The shoppers can make a mess and someone needs to come along behind them and straighten the store back up again. It's unfortunate that it needs to be done, but it does. Some shoppers are not the most desirable but they spend money too. But their mothers apparently didn't do their job very well, and that's all I'm saying. read more

This is one of the messiest Ross' I've ever been in. And it was not just on this occasion. Every time I come in here the place is a mess. Granted they are busy, but there should be people around on the floor trying to put things together. Every time I've been here is Sunday though, so that might have some bearing on the fact that lines are long and the place is messy. I would have to come during the week to find out. They do have some good deals if you take the time to look for them. Not as great as home goods but they do have good things here and there. I like to come in just to see what they have, I hardly ever buy anything but I have gotten some things. An ok place, the fact that the place is messy won't stop me from coming back. read more

I didn't know that they started with Holiday Hours already and it worked perfectly fine when I went this past Sunday to do some Christmas shopping, since I was in that area. They opened early and it was not too crowded, so it was perfect. I spend about an hour and half and I found great deals, in fact I wanted to buy more things because they have so many cute gift sets. This locations has been the best Ross I have gone to, with impecable floors, filled with plenty of merchandise and great staff. Thank you and who knows, maybe I get to go another time. We came here a couple of weeks before Christmas. While I get that these discount stores are going to be different than the mall stores, this one was in a lower category than most. One of the things that we found odd was that they had no holiday clothing. Right before Christmas? It didn't occur to them to prepare? While we found almost nothing we were looking for, we did come up with a couple of things. Which meant that we had to get in line......and wait......and wait. There were easily 50 people in line ahead of us and only 3 registers open out of about 10. If we had had more time, we would have gone elsewhere, but we were stuck.That's just ridiculous! read more

Store is very disorganized, dirty and staff is rude. I rushed in to get a book and a Christmas attire for my 3 yr olds holiday party at school to only be stalked by their loss prevention. He literally stood there while I was looking through the sizes as he pulled out his phone leaning on the rack in front of me. Then he proceeded to follow me throughout the store. I understand fully the purpose of why they are there, however to be noticeably followed. If he would do his job right, he would know that he should be discreet in order to catch the real thieves and not waste his time with those that are shopping ethically. I called the manager to inform him that I felt harassed and stalked which was useless as he did not seem to care. Never again will I enter this ghetto Ross. read more

How about Shop with LESS Heat?! H-E-L-L-O store mgrs, yes I'm frugal and appreciate the lower prices, but it's S. Fla and HOT--not to mention all my fellow bargain shoppers cramming the store's narrow aisles, compound the body heat situation. Let's also discuss my other pet peeve about this store: confusion about who is the customer. It's bad enough the customer is tasked with removing the hangers from the items they're buying (admittedly though, that's a clever subtle way to distract customers while they're waiting in a very long checkout line. Lastly, what's with the cashier not even handing you (again, the customer) the receipt?! The customer has to remove his/her own receipt from the register. Shameful! I'm done. read more

Not one of my favorite Ross locations. Relatively unkempt and packing a mediocre selection of items at best. This store either gets good items that get picked through at record pace or is basically just flipping leftovers like most of these type of outlets. read more

I come to Ross because i like shopping . but customer service is below trash. Its every Ross! the securities have better customer service than the actual cashiers , the securities "welcome you and say have a nice day" meanwhile the cashiers tell you to "take your receipt" and start doing something else , like cleaning or put clothes in hangers while im still looking for my receipt. read more

Line goes back to the dressing room and there is 1 cashier open for purchases. This is Saturday at 6PM. Weekend, busiest time and they only have 1 cashier for purchases. Absolutely shameful. read more

I used to be a big fan of Ross, but lately it has gone downhill. The help there is what it really is. It is like you are bothering someone when it comes to asking for something. The prices on the clothes are tough to beat and the have an OK selection, but the people that work there are sometimes just downright mean. The lines, the god awful eternal never ending lines. Ross has got to do better with staffing. I have yet to actually have a pleasant experience as far as checking out at Ross. Other than that they have a decent selection and I can usually depend on them in an emergency fashion situation. More selection and better prices on dresses than TJ Maxx and Marshalls however they lack most of the higher end designers compared to their competitors. Clothing is usually in the correct place which makes for easier browsing. read more
