It was the most frustrating situation ever. At the end, things worked out and my phone was working again. I was grateful for the effort. I was signed up for a plan for up to five lines, even though it was just me, and a device protection plan without asking me. Those add-ons add to a higher monthly bill. I noticed them when I downloaded the app later. I suggest downloading the app and looking over the contract. When you are there the seller talks and you trust. I thought I communicated what I wanted, and it was understood, but it wasn't. I didn't see a contract when I was there. I was given a receipt for the installation and things looked good. These add-ons were not listed there but when I got home and reviewed things looked This location is small. The store is in a shopping center with plenty of parking spaces all around.
