Great place to get ur appliances. I went to see Jonathan and he was great. Really good prices

9/18/26 A refrigerator was to be delivered 1:30-4: 30. suddenly, the driver calls me from my development's gate at 3pm. He doesn't see the call pad. I'm here 29 years and no one else had a problem. After his first few words, his accent was so thick I could not understand him. Then he started rambling and I didn't know if he was speaking to me or someone else. I tried talking to him, but no answer and I hung up. Not sure how he got in so quickly without me buzzing him in, but he must have tailgated a car coming through. I can't believe the driver showed up with no advanced notice, which would have given my wife more time to empty the refrigerator and freezer but it did work out. On the previous monday, my wife tried calling the salesman who had left her his phone number regarding the delivery. I believe it took two full days for him to get back to her. I have stage four cancer and I'm in bed most of the time. Through my ring camera, I could see he and his partner struggle to get my new refrigerator in the front door whereby they tilted the dolly backwards and suddenly the front doors of the refrigerator flew opened. I cannot believe how the front doors had not been secured in advance... Especially while it was raining. After they left, I asked my wife about the serial number. I was surprised when I opened the refrigerator doors, there wasn't a tag showing the model and serial number. We looked through the paperwork. Hours later, my wife found a sheet of paper on top of the refrigerator that the men left with the serial number. In all, it took less than an hour for all of this to occur so that was pretty good and the refrigerator seems to be working perfectly... Obviously I'm just not happy with the delivery process. read more

So the saga continues.... I am still waiting for my refrigerator to be repaired by Brandsmart repair with an extended warranty purchased. Hands down, this has been the worse experience I've experienced in a long time. I have already spent hours of my time on hold with this company. I have always been a person to refrain from posting horribly negative reviews, but this company need help with customer service. I have spoken to numerous supervisors and continuously receive mixed messages with the end result being a broken fridge. They take immediate payment when purchasing the warranty but drag you through the mud when you need to use it. Never ever will I purchase anything from this company. Sorry to be so negative. read more

Nicholas shah was a great help. Highly recommend dealing with him directly. I will be coming back for the great assistance

I purchased a $2200 refrigerator there. I love it right after I purchased it. I got an email saying there is a $600 mail in Rebate. I fit the criteria Whirlpool wouldn't help me and my salesman. Jay would not help me and I tried calling customer service at Brandsmart in Deerfield and they don't answer their phone. Ideally, I should get $700 back but I'll take the 600 MAIL and Rebate if someone can help me get it but I should not have to beg for it I waited 70 years to have water in the door and I am retired and need that money. What really upsets me as they never answer their phone. read more

Linda was the best! She helped me find which TV would be best for my new dorm room! Great customer service and very kind hearted.

I have been shopping in Brandsmart for many years, but I won't ever return to this store. This is my third refrigerator and broke after 2 months. I waited for a week for the service and another week for parts. They sold me a Kitchen aid supposedly TOP OF THE LINE.... My last refrigerator only lasted for 4 years.... LG another top of the line.... My range and dishwasher also lasted 3 years.... This place is getting really bad..... read more

I placed an order on their website. They took my money without fail, but failed to send my order. When I waited for nearly an hour for a Customer Service Agent, I was told that my item was sold out. Yet, it is still being sold on the website with no notification that it is not in stock. I received no email from them either, letting me know of the inventory information. I needed this item and they screwed me. I was forced to pay $20 more for the item elsewhere and pay for next day delivery. All they did was state that they cancelled my order and a refund will be received within "3 to 5 business days". HORRIBLE COMPANY. THIS WAS MY FIRST ORDER WITH THEM...AND IT IS MY LAST! read more

Came back from vacation only to find my dryer had a burning smell to it so I had to drive to Brandsmart to buy a new dryer and a washer machine. I went to Brandsmart because they have a very big selection and very competitive prices. The salesman Tyan Chambers was very knowledgeable and did a great job in helping me choose which machines and all the accessories for the install. What's even better is that they offered me 12 months no interest to pay. Overall, I was very happy with Brandsmart and Mr. Chambers. read more

Do not buy from Brandsmart!!!! Purchased a LG washer and dryer in August 2025. After 6 months our clothes started getting black grease on them. Contacted Brandsmart they came out to fix and had to order parts. Did not work. Came back in March samething again. Came back in April samething. Now May samething. Always saying they had to order parts. I never asked for replacement only wanted to be fixed. They sold us a lemon. Now we are contacting our Attorney Generals Office to register a complaint. Read other reviews and you will see they are not going to help there customers when there is a problem. We have ruined a lot of clothes in the last 4 months. I have purchased 2 other sets of washer/dryer from them no problems. In the last 30 years I have puchased many other things a well. Needless to say I will never puchase anything from them again. read more
