I got there, and the technician told me it would take an hour. I was told that it would be $70. Then, after it was completed, I was told it was $100. When I said that I was quoted $70, he honored that price. But, it seems that they just throw around prices, if he was able to jump from $100 to $70 in a second. Now, the screen isn't working properly. It doesn't always recognize my finger and sometimes the placement is off. I would have been better off with a cracked screen.

I was told what position I was in line and how long it would be before I would be assisted. When it was my turn, the young lady answered all my questions and told me how long it would take, for me, this is okay. I left and returned a little earlier than they suggested, so I waited in the lobby. When things were almost finished, someone came out and apologized for it taking so long, they had to do some extra cleaning, which was my fault for waiting so long to get my phone repaired, it was full of dust and pocket lint.
