My phone had a pretty bad issue, and I was worried it would either be expensive or take forever to fix--but they made the whole process quick and stress-free. Victor especially stood out. He was super knowledgeable, explained exactly what was wrong in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair before moving forward. You can tell he really cares about helping customers rather than just rushing through jobs. The repair itself was done faster than I expected, and my phone came back working perfectly--like nothing ever happened. Pricing was fair, service was top-tier, and the overall vibe of the place was great. I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs phone repairs. If you can, ask for Victor--you won't regret it.

It was so nice to have someone answer the phone. I am not crazy about these automated tellers you get when you call a business, so it's nice to have a real person answer. This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. And if you want to buy some fresh coffee, they sell it there also. I would recommend this place.

Fortunately, I found UltraTechX at 9146 Glades Road in Boca Raton. Alex, the owner and the technicians, were absolutely fantastic--professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing; I never felt like I was being overcharged. In just two hours, they had the iPad screen fixed, something the Apple Store would have charged three times as much for! If you need any device repairs, this place is the way to go!

There really isn't that many places that repair computer these days so I was a little hesitant that they could even do the job honestly. But I stopped in the other days and things started well. It wasn't too busy. Once it was my turn at the counter the nice fella there explained that the diagnostic would cost I think 85 bucks or so and that if a service is performed that would be taken off the total at the end. That's the part that I could feel would be a test of trust. I gave us my computer putting my faith I would get it back better or at least without its memory wiped. they called the next day and said the hard drive wasn't really repairable and that they could put in a new solid-state. They said they would do their best to transfer all data. Cut to 3 days later. Computer was back to fast,, tons of memory and everything was transferred. Amazing. I'm sure they cant fix every problem, but they fixed mine.

This is a fine and convenient service located inside the Coconut Creek Super WalMart on Hillsboro…read moreRoad near Parkland, Fla. I spotted this small shop the week before asking the proprietor as I walked past whether he sells cell phone covers. He answered in the affirmative. I suffered another week with a less than stellar- that is, torn- cellphone cover before finally coming in. I almost didn't not come in because, in past, getting a cellphone cover usually was a hassle usually where I get told I have to buy a new phone to get a phone case/cover to fit. But this experience was a breeze. It started with being added to unlock my phone screen to verify what model it is. After that, I was walked over ti the shelving (like a built-in bookshelf) where covers that fit my model are. In under one minute I chose two (2) of them. There is no indication the covers I bought are Used. I think they are New merchandise and so glad they are still available in my model size. The proprietary is of small we ords, very professional and professionally dressed, and helpful. I paid by swiping at Checkout counter the way many people now pay for quick-service food. He made a point of thanking me before I left. He and this shop will be told of mind for whatever happens to my phone next.

**Edited for update** The owner called back to offer help…read more Gotta appreciate it when a business owner does that. Zero stars. It's only 1 because YELP forces you to add one but the owner/tech decided he didn't want to be an honest business man and really doesn't deserve it. iPhone screen needed to be repaired because it was cracked and started ghost typing. He "repaired" it in 30 min. No problem. $130. Owner/tech says if there's any problems, he'll order another one just in case, and he'll take care of it. Gives me receipt with 90 day warranty. Thanks. 3 weeks later, phone falls and cracks again but also screen pops out and off on 1 side. Can't be used. I read the warranty: If phone cracks, it voids the warranty. But the warranty also says this warranty is only valid at Florida City Walmart. This is Coconut Creek Walmart. Warranty was no good the moment he gave it to me. I go back to the store. Different tech is there... I explain the situation and she says the same thing about cracked screen voids warranty. I explain to her yes, but the screen shouldn't have popped out which means he didn't do a good job. She goes to text him and he calls back. He's willing to change it for $95. I say no and argue that its not fair that he did a bad job and he wouldn't recognize his mistake. A phone can fall and crack but the screen should not come off. They again brought up the warranty and I said I read the warranty. It's not valid. I described what it said and explained this isn't Florida City. So it's no good. But since he wasn't there in person, I wasn't going to stay there and put the tech that was there under all that negativity. It wasn't her fault. But just know if you go there, depending on who does the work, you may not get $130 worth of good work. Just pay $40 on Amazon and do it yourself. Don't come here.

Worse experience ever. I decided to take a chance and switch over to boost on Feb 9th. Feb 10th,…read morereturned to the store with issues of texts returning undeliverable. At this time, I now had a chance to meet the so-called owner of the store. He and his customer service/technician tried desperately to salvage the problem of which they could not. The store by this time had 2 additional upset customers that were also experiencing problems. The manager/owner (I think) by the name Mike then informed me and the rest of the customers that the company was bought out by AT&T and that they are having issues and basically the company does not know how to handle the changeover. One client was returning a phone that appeared not to be working, and the other client was having issues and the customer service/ technician was trying her best to get him to take one of their cheap looking phones of which he declined. I decided not to take a new phone when offered on Feb 9th as the one I had was more expensive and better quality. The Boost website allows you to check to see if your phone is compatible should you care to "bring your own phone". At this time, I asked if it was better for me to take a new phone and possibly it could work. I was willing now to down grade. The manager Mike refused and said no! He stated that he would now have to sell me the phone and that I could no longer have the deal and added that it was policy. He then tried several times to fix the issue with the phone and now added that AT&T does not have the capability of fixing the issues with Samsung S phones. All customers with Samsung S phones were having problems. He then handed me a sheet to see if I could fix it and then told me to contact 611 and they should be able to help to remedy the problem and stated that if that does not work that he will now "take care of me" should I return. He took my number and gave me his number and stated he would call around 8pm for status update. Never happened. On Feb 11th, I returned to the store again and informed the customer service/technician that the customer care team from boost 611 instructed me to return to the store and for them to give me a new phone. I inform her that they gave me a refund and she was pissed off and immediately called her boss Mike on the phone. I told him what the Boost Customer Care team stated, and he refused now to "take care of me". So, I stated no problem I will return back to my carrier. From Feb 11th to Feb 13th Boost Customer Care Team became the nightmare on Elm Street. They were incapable of resolving the problem. Boost now would not port over my number and stated to the carrier that it would now take 3 days, yes 3 days. The carrier stated that they have never heard of that and that I should contact Boost customer service and demand them to port this over. A process that takes less than an hour now takes 3 days. The carrier got frustrated with them and just gave up herself as the language barrier was deplorable and she could not make sense as to what they were saying. I informed my carrier to just give me a new number to remedy the issue. Problem Solved! Oh, remember the refund that I told you they gave me? That was a lie, all my information that was taken by Boost Customer Care and confirmed that the refund would appear back to my account within 24 -48 hours never happened. I contacted the Boost 611 again Feb 14 and they now tell me the account does not show a refund. Would I recommend Boost to anyone? Not even my worst enemy. Moral of the story, if you want quality service, this is what you DON'T want: Customer service representative that ask you to help them take out a sim card because her nails are 3-4 inches too long. Lacks complete customer service basic training skills. A manager with NO form of customer service training background and knows what it takes to retain clients, especially NEW ones. I guess all that matters to this business is the immediate $ they can get and not the long-term residuals. Keep away folks!!!! You have been warned.
