I went to pick up my phone and after receiving it I noticed the screen was a bit raised and mentioned it to the tec and he said it was supposed to be like that because of the screen he put on it. he had shut the phone off to do the repair so I powered it up on my way back to my car and before I even got in there were white and green streaks going across my phone. I immediately turned around and went back in to confront the tec and the store was closed up with a sign that said "we will be back in 30 mins". After waiting over an hour for this dude to come back he tried to tell me I dropped the phone and this could only happy if there was impact. I promised him I hadn't dropped my phone and didn't even leave the stores premises before it was fucked up again. He tried to charge me an additional $200 to do the replacement again and after I told him that was bs he did it for free. 15 mins later he is done and hands me the phone back and the screen is still raised again. I asked if he put the OLED screen in like I requested and he said that they had run out of them So he just used the LCD screen they had in stock. So now I have the LCD screen on my phone and it is having all types of problems with the touch screen and display (typing random things and the brightness is going from 0-100 and 100-0 constantly, the phone is also overheating whenever I use it. I will never be going back to this place. He didn't tell me they were out of OLED screens until after he was done THE 2ND TIME. If he had told me they had no OLED screens I would have went elsewhere.

She also added a screen protector for me, mine was broken and can't reuse them. Lo and behold before I could post the review, less than 24 hours I came home from work and I dropped the phone . It hit just under the side were the screen protector was not all the way down and my cover is flush with my phone. Erica was not there and I was told it is not covered and he will see what he can do to ask the manager but parts not in anyway until mid week, so I waited until the next day to reach Erica. I noticed that the week before I first went they had me there all day 1-7pm with my 1 year old. They kept saying 30 min then 1 hour and so on. I paid back of phone and front phone to be fixed $250 then a week after my phone dropped and I had to come back and charged me $100 but this time the charge wasn't from cellphone fix (business name) the $100 was a different merchant ( Sq jyj solutions corp) the business owner colombian was the one to tap my card and I got home and I started seeing these charges then I called him I asked if he used it he said I tapped that he gave it back .. I had parked in front no way I could have dropped it from counter to my car .. it was a business man that was charging these charges .... At first he was nice family man but now I will never come back here .. taking advantage and greed .. Minutes after paying, my credit card company contacted me about multiple attempts of fraudulent transactions. I also noticed that the name of the business that showed up on my credit card statement the second time was different from the first time, which was suspicious. Shortly after, I saw about $600 in charges that I did not authorize. Given this experience, I strongly suspect they were behind it. This is very concerning especially as a single parent with responsibilities, I can't afford to deal with schemes like this. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Please be very careful if you decide to use their services. Waiting time and fraudulent transaction
