I contacted him one last time and he kept on telling me he would call me back a family member is in the hospital and he's dealing with a lot. I just let him have it. I think he sold my phone or lost it. I ended up getting a new phone. I just wanted my old phone fixed. I counted it as a phone I was never getting back. In my previous review he replied and said I left my phone past the time. Which was not true. This guy lies a lot. He gives you the run around. He's not organized nor is he a professional business person. I am reminded how he stole from me. P.s I was going to take him to court but people around me said it wasn't worth it. I would have spent more money on the case than getting my property back.

Cellular Gallery offered to replace the phone and said they would send a replacement by 2nd day Fedex after the same day they received the original phone back. They received the original from me on Monday 5/5/2025. Thursday 5/8 I still hadn't received the replacement and emailed them for an update. Friday 5/9 I received a USPS tracking number from them. They had sent the replacement that day and I won't have the replacement phone until Monday 5/12. Assuming USPS delivers on time, which is always suspect. I don't recommend buying from this seller although at the time of purchase I thought I was buying from Walmart.

The fact that the replacement phone was not sent out for more than a week after I returned my phone was inexcusable although you were comfortable in blaming it on being out of town, being sick or your assistant not doing her job. Before you left town when you 1st realized that the phone that I returned was operating properly why didn't you call me to explain how I should properly access my calls on the replacement? That would have warranted a positive review. However, i walked in looking to get the advertised deal for an iphone 11 for $10 a month. The main focus of the advertisement was that this deal is for "new AND existing customers". The staff her told me I would be forced to open a new line that's the only way to get the deal or add some kind of ghost line to my account. I didn't understand this and starting asking a couple price comparisons and what not between the different iphones, every price they gave me was completely wrong. Eventually I just stuck with the 11 feeling super unsure and frustrated at this point and they said it was be $25 a month but insisted (too many times) I put more money down to reduce my monthly payment. After an hour of trying to check out they tell me the system is down and they'd call me when in worked again. They were extremely apologetic but at that point i was almost relieved that i was walking out with nothing from them because of their lack of knowledge and professionalism. P.S. I asked if every stores system would be down and they said yes, however, I decided just to check in at another store and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a brand new iphone for the deal i was told i couldn't get....never got a call from this location about the system coming back up or anything! This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. After its fixed I bought a screen protector from the business as well. The same day the phone falls and the screen cracks pretty badly from a small distance even with the protector on. A week goes by and the phone stops sensing touch again. I call to tell him the situation and he tells me he cant do anything over the phone I need to bring it in and hangs up on me as I'm talking. I bring it back to see if they could do something about the faulty protector and low quality screen and he tells me there's nothing that can be done. He says screen is glass its going to break and ask google or ChatGPT why the screen broke and why the screen protector didn't work.
