They will ignore you when customers call store phones EVEN IF your infront of them at the counter because to them over the phone customer are more valuable than walk-ins. 5.) it's recommended that you order your own items, batteries plus bulbs will literally look up what your trying to find on Amazon or EBay and charge you double the price they see on screen for that product & the reason why they do that is to make extra money so don't let them order it, better if you order it yourself.
