If I could give zero stars, I would. Be VERY AWARE of this company. I have seen multiple negative…read morereviews that people have left on other sites (same name but wrong company) about this company. Unfortunately I saw none until after my horrible experience. They milked us out of thousands of dollars with absolutely nothing to show from it except some blogs (literally less than 10). When trying to cancel the contract, the refused - even with months notice. We contracted for SEO, plus social media, plus blogging, etc. All of the blogs needed editing by us (why pay someone if we are still doing the work?) on a weekly basis, and it was evident that they just used AI to write the blog. There were spelling errors, grammatical errors, some activities weren't even for the correct area, the photos were of incorrect items and/or named incorrectly. The didn't listen when we gave them feedback. Corrections took forever to make. It would take weeks of going back and forth to fix and AI generated blog before posting. Extremely frustrating and not worth the time/effort/money. Although they said they worked on SEO meta tags, etc., I am currently going through my website on the backend, and everything is blank. We paid them for an entire year (yeah, our fault but they refused to let us out of the contract even though we were dissatisfied.) In addition to not doing the work, they completely messed up the voice and tone of our branding with the work they did complete. I have spent countless hours fixing font that was inconsistent, titles that didn't match the layout of the website, and errors that some rookie tech person didn't pay attention to. It is completely frustrating. If I had the money I would hire an attorney. They also claim to be from Florida, however the agents who reached out were from all over the world, and often the time change was difficult to reach people when we needed. Do not use this company. Do. not.

Working with Konstrumedia and Leo Rodriguez has been one of the best decisions I've made for my…read morebusiness. Finding someone who can combine creativity with reliability is not easy, but Leo checks every box. From the very first conversation, he took the time to understand exactly what I needed, asked smart questions, and came back with ideas that went way beyond what I had in mind. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work and about helping his clients succeed, not just cranking something out and moving on. What impresses me most about Leo is how creative he is while also being extremely detail-oriented. He doesn't just throw out generic content--everything he creates feels tailored, thoughtful, and visually strong. Whether it's design work, video, or content strategy, he knows how to capture the message in a way that looks professional and grabs attention. He has a great eye for what works and isn't afraid to put in the extra effort to make something look and feel right. On top of his talent, Leo is one of the most reliable people I've worked with. He communicates clearly, sets realistic timelines, and actually delivers when he says he will. I never have to chase him down or wonder if the project will get finished, which is a huge relief. It's rare to find someone in the creative space who is both an artist and a professional, but that's exactly what you get with him. Another big plus is his pricing. For the amount of time, effort, and creativity he puts into his work, his rates are more than fair. He doesn't cut corners, and you definitely feel like you're getting value for every dollar you spend. I've paid more in the past for people who didn't deliver half the quality, so working with Leo has been a breath of fresh air. Beyond the technical side, Leo is just easy to work with. He listens, takes feedback well, and always comes back with improvements that make the final product even better. He treats every project with the same seriousness and energy, no matter how big or small. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and that makes all the difference. If you're looking for someone who is creative, hard-working, reliable, and affordable, I can't recommend Konstrumedia and Leo Rodriguez enough. He's the kind of person you want on your team long-term because he makes the whole process smooth and delivers results you'll be proud of. I plan to keep working with him for future projects without hesitation.
