I had some old VHS tapes that I really wanted transferred quickly, and HB Media Solutions came through for me ASAP. From the moment I reached out, I could tell these guys really get it. They're not just doing a job -- they understand the mission, the memories, and the meaning behind what they're working on. They treated my project with care, kept me updated, and delivered everything back fast without cutting corners. The quality was excellent, but what stood out most was how genuine and easy they were to work with. Good guys, professional yet down-to-earth, and clearly passionate about what they do. If you've got something important you want preserved or brought to life, HB Media Solutions is the team you want on your side. read more

My husband's childhood memories were preserved on a USB drive. The process was pretty quick. I would recommend this company.

This place was recommended to me by a friend who used its services. I transferred 20 VHS tapes to digital format and had them put on a hard drive. VHS tapes that I didn't think could be copied were transferred to digital. Even though most were very old (20-30 years) and the quality was poor, the copies were decent and worth it because of the memories that we now have on hand for viewing. I preferred having a local place transfer the VHS tapes than mailing them to some company. I didn't trust putting these precious memories in the mail and was afraid of them getting lost or destroyed. The job was done faster than expected and the price was not just reasonable but better than most other places. I did incur extra charges because the tapes had a lot more footage on them than labeled. But having documentation of the kids growing up and important occasions is priceless. I have shed many tears of joy watching and enjoying these videos. read more

After seeing reviews on yelp, I decided to finally break down and finally get my engagement video converted from Hi8 to dvd as I no longer have the camcorder that It was recorded on. I brought in on a Monday and was given an expectation of a week or so. Less than 24 hours later, I received a new saying the dvd was ready for pick up. Wow. And it looks great too. Would definitely do again and will recommend to others needing this service. Owner was extremely friendly and explained the options Available and pricing. read more

My wife took the DVD of our wedding to HB and they made a duplicate for her while she waited! They have very high tech equipment and a fast turnaround time. I would highly recommend this business. read more

I needed to transfer 1 VHS tape to DVD. The special price advertised online is $11.99. I called and was told $22.00. When I queried, he said that the $11.99 price is only for multiple tapes and then said, "I have to pay the bills." I doubled checked the website where one tape is still $11.99. Moving on. read more

Excellent for getting old tapes into DVD's. They are fast if you need them quickly.Good value

Had two very (intrinsically) valuable DVD's that we needed placed in a streaming fashion to send to our son in California. The detail HB Media Solutions took in explaining the process and the turnaround time was magnificent. Rate this a 5+ star experience. Excellent value and very quick turn around with tremendous results. It's reassuring to know there is media quality available here in South Florida. Kudos and thank you! read more

I picked this place after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp. Harold called me within an hour or 2 of placing my order. He asked me how many tapes and what kind they were. I let him know that these were PAL VHS-C Tapes and that I needed them done quickly. He assured me he wouldn't give up on them even though they hadn't been stored correctly, he also guided me on getting them in the right format, I ended up going with a digital copy on the hard drive as I was going to need a digital copy anyway. Great service, great communication, he kept me in the loop every step of the way and the tapes arrived way earlier than I thought they would! Very excited to watch some very old home videos that I haven't seen in forever. Thanks again Harold! I'll always keep this business in mind if I ever need anything digitized again! read more

Ok folks here's the skinny. Harold is fantastic. A straight shooter, knows his stuff and over delivered. Had our 17 tapes digitized and returned sooner than expected. We live 40 miles away and wouldn't use anyone else. Top notch service. read more

Excellent customer service. I had many moldy tapes that I had transferred to USB drive. He cleaned the tapes and I gave the drive to daughter for Xmas. Haven't watched it yet, so I will have to get back to you on that. However, his ability to communicate pros, cons, and options is very professional and worth a phone call readers. His pricing is fair as well. read more

HB Media Solutions undertook the job of transferring about 125 old videotapes to DVD for me. These were old home movies that needed to be duplicated. I had both crazy quotes to do the job and time projections of months or longer. The HB Media Solutions owner, Harold, listened carefully to my needs and devised a solution that was fast, smooth and quite reasonably priced. He also stayed in touch with me every step of the way, including contacting me for instructions when a couple of tapes turned up defective. The overall level of service was very, very high, the job went fast, smoothly and inexpensively and Harold and team were very pleasant to work with. I could not recommend this business more highly! read more

HB Media Solutions - 130 old videotapes converted into DVDs - Video/Film Production Near Me - Sunrise, Florida

Went here to turn some old VHS tapes into DVDs. They were in the process of moving so I was nervous when I dropped them off because the place looked a little cluttered and cramped with orders needing to get done... But no need to worry. They got my order ready earlier than expected and they were so nice about everything. Prices are reasonable too. I would definitely recommend them for updating the format of those old family movies! read more

I needed some old videos (Beta, VHS and HI8) done quickly for a family get together. Herald was wonderful to deal with and said he could digitize the tapes within 2 weeks. He did it and the result were excellent. The price was also very good. I would recommend HB Media very highly. read more

First class service! Harold was an absolute pleasure to work with! Going well above and beyond for my situation... First off, they wanted to talk with me on the phone prior to me placing the order so that they understood what I needed and could set reasonable expectations for completion, which was great as they were very professional. I needed to my parents' wedding video from VHS to jump drive to play parts of it during my own wedding in the coming weeks. This was the only copy of the video that exists and would be a highlight of my wedding, so needless to say it was very important to me and needed to be handled with car. Harold took it upon himself to go above and beyond and get my parents' wedding video digitized for me several weeks earlier than planned. Plus I received the VHS back with great care. He even put it on a jump drive for me since that version would be easier to manipulate on a computer and using a projector. Harold did not have to go this above and beyond like he did, as I feel that he initially quoted me a very fair ETA based on the timing of my request. But the care and diligence he extended to me, even at the inconvenience of himself, was a reflection of how he puts the customer first. He gained a customer for life with his efforts. ...and that is why HB Media Solutions will be my go-to vendor for the remaining VHS videos that my parents need converted and I will go out of my way to refer him to other friends and extended family. read more

I found this business by searching on Yelp and the reviews were so great, I decided to try them out and yes I can concur I gave them five stars because I had the same great experience as all the other positive reviews . In preparation for a multi-generational move, we had 40+ photo albums to move or digitize. We decided to go digital. In preparation, we selected nearly one thousand photos, slides, DVDs, and VHS tapes to convert. During the selection of the images, it was like taking a journey through the early 1900s to very recent. We dropped off our photos in ziplock bags labeled with our contact info and waited for HB Solution's call. Since receiving all of the memories in digital format, we have our memories, but in a lightweight, easy to move format. I would highly recommend you all use your time at home during 2020 or anytime reorganizing to do the same. If you don't live locally, you can mail your memories to the office. HB Solutions was a great price and always answered my questions. Now I'm going to display some of the best memories on a digital frame. Why have the memories stored away? read more

Harold did my VHS into a DVD in one day! He truly cares to make his customers happy and satisfied. I'm glad I found this place.

The people at HB Media solutions are SO WONDERFUL! They transferred my mom's wedding video from 1959 onto a DVD so that my mother could watch it. This meant so much to her after the passing of my father. They expedited my request and the price was SUPER reasonable! The owner (Harold - I think he is the owner) could not have been nicer. I am going to take my mom's slides to him next so he can convert those, too. I cannot recommend them highly enough. And they do it in-house, so if you have something priceless, you want to take it there for sure. THANKS! read more

They took great care of me. Converted my VHS-C tape into a dvd. Amazing, courteous and fast service.

Harold took fantastic care of me and my photos. His work ethic is unparalleled and he will not stop until his customers are fully satisfied with his work product. It is a rarity and a delight to be able to speak directly to the owner of a company when you have questions and get answers and solutions right on the spot. Because of Harold's professionalism and dedication to ensuring his product is of excellent quality, I highly recommend his business and services. read more

Guy who owns the place up charges way too much and has a huge ego. Constantly gave us attitude and was overall unprofessional

I had 60 DVD video discs from 1980-2000 developed from VHS movie transfers. I played one recently and no data on the disc, I called Harold and he had me bring them in to his facility. They are masters at data recovery. He tried different approaches to resurrect the data. Eventually he went in and opened several folders on one disc and then permanently finalized the DVD movie disc. He and his staff are now working on the rest in a timely fashion. The price for the total job is most reasonable. read more

I needed some old tapes converted into dvd's. The customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this business.

I own a few vinyl LP's that I wanted to convert to CD's for my own personal use (i.e., not for resale). I engaged HB Media Solutions to perform the conversion at what I believe was a reasonable price. Harold took meticulous care with my old records, devoting a lot of time to insuring that the conversion was performed correctly. This is not as easy as it may sound as an LP conversion must be done in real time, while maintaining an accurate separation of tracks. Further, the songs on the CDs came out better than the LP versions as Harold diligently removed the pops, hisses and other extraneous noise. When I picked up the LPs and CDs Harold took the time to explain to me how I ought to input the artist and song title information into my computer. I unhesitatingly recommend HB Media Solutions. They really care about the quality of their conversions and it shows. read more

I just wanted to praise the services and products provided by HB Media Solutions. ( hbmediasolutions.net) of Sunrise ,FL. The overwhelming response to a Groupon offer was monumental and they were working 24-7 to keep up with demand, and despite the fact that Mr. Bransom will be working this Thanksgiving to provide the Groupon customers and other clients their orders he not only made my day by calling me and assuring me that he had mailed my VHS tape conversions and sending me those items for a family reunion in time for an ailing family member to share for our Thanksgiving dinner. This was the best $$ i've spent in quite a while. I found a stack of old home movies on VHS and realized that I had no way to ever look at them again. Coincidentally, a living social deal with HB media was received in my in-box at roughly the same time. Harold was very communicative with me and advised of a timeline for completion of service. I'd say that the quality was better than I remember them being on VHS. Thanks for preserving my memories Harold! read more

I have been saving over a dozen VHS tapes for 20 years... special memories especially for my son. His Dad passed away when he was a baby and my son is at the age now where he really wants to see more photos, videos... actually SEE him and HEAR his fathers voice. This was a VERY special mission for me to get all these tapes transferred to DVD for my son especially. I found HB Media Solutions on Yelp and he had the best reviews! Wanting to make sure I worked with someone I could trust with these valuable memories, I drove extra far out of my way and it was worth it!!! Harold has been GREAT. So empathetic and understanding... very professional and kept me updated on the progress. The prices are extremely reasonable and even better... he turned them around SO quickly for me because I wanted to make this an early Christmas Gift for my Son.
