Well, that's exactly what happened when I stumbled across one of his pictures on social media. I immediately went to his profile, and I was completely in love with his pictures. I was blown away. I did not read his reviews online or did not know anyone who could have recommended him to me. I booked him right away for our engagement/10-year anniversary shoot and that same day I wasted no time and booked him for the wedding as well lol. He was the first one I booked even without having a venue or anything else. As I went to my vendors for the wedding when they asked who the photographer was everyone spoke incredible things about him, about his talent, professionalism, and how amazing he is and to think that all of this started based on one of his professional pictures on social media. His pictures were unique, artistic, and completely different to what you see out there, which was exactly what I was looking for. Then, once my husband and I meet him "we fell in love" lol literally. What's not to love? He has a great personality, approachable, professional, funny, adventurous, and cool. He is easy to work with and a true artist and a creator of magic with his lens. He truly loves what he does. However, it is the experience and service he provides to all his clients that are the most important for him. When I booked with him he would respond very quickly. Now that my wedding is over, it has been impossible to have a conversation with him. I booked with this photographer/videographer specifically for the drone footage because my venue was so beautiful. They were not able to fly the drone at my venue due to being near a private airport. You would think they would make sure they could provide all of their services prior to me booking with them. Once I received review of my wedding video, I noticed random drove footage of a lake that was not part of my venue. So not only did they just not even tell me they couldn't fly at my venue, they just assumed I'd be okay with this random footage instead of telling me why they could not fly that day. It has been 10 months and I still have not received my photo album or the video. I recommend this photographer if you like playing the waiting game for responses. His documentary-style photographs were excellent, and I was amazed by how many moments and views he managed to capture perfectly in the course of a brief ceremony. One person that made my life easier during this time was Paul from Orange Candy. He met us at our venue, not once but twice in advance to discuss shots. He was open to my suggestions and responded to my constant emails about shots I saw on Pinterest and wanted to emulate. Day of the wedding he was super professional, showing up to my hotel room early and relaxing me with his joking nature and calmness. He took beautiful shots of me getting ready which I will treasure forever. Since we did not see the need for a limo to go 30 blocks from the hotel to the venue, Paul drove me to my wedding! What more can you ask for in a wedding photographer?! During the wedding he let me be the boss and was hands-off and let me tell him what I wanted pictures of (lots of dancing and partying). After the wedding he delivered exactly what he promised, images of my wedding edited and burned onto DVD's in a timely fashion.
